Money deduction from my account rupees 500 without my knowledge and without use of subscription plus, please register my complaint and refund my money. Otherwise I’ll sue case file in consumer court.

I am UK customer, been using your app for years now, i recently bought new phone, and when i switched gaana app from my old phone to new phone. It prompt me to login with OTP, but even after several tries, I am not been able to recieve any OTP from Gaana. And i observed similar pattern with lots and lots of complaints regarding Gaana.

You guys have such a good app. Why do you play like that with people, I had a extensive library stored on the app. Now it is impossible to access the same account linked with my phone number.

Such a shame, hope this complain will result in some resolution.

Hi, my gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.499 got deducted from my paytm balance..I kindly request you to refund my money back into my paytm wallet as this gaana plus subscription was not needed..

I got free gaana subscription for 2 months. From 27th March 2022 to 24th June 2022 where it got auto renewed without my knowledge and permission. Hence, i need the amount of rs 499 refunded.

They charge me for auto renewal amount even i have cancel the plan, when i asked for help they replied enjoy music we cant help .

I'm undergraduate student and have no income source. Yesterday unknowingly ganna took 299rs for its ganna subscription. I don't want any subscription. I had already told them about my mistake and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income

I need to access it and log in but nothing is happening.

Kindly send an OTP or activation link on my number in US so that I can use the Paid verson.

I have already paid money Rs. 299 for gaana subscription includes nonstpo music without advertisements, still however in two days advertisements started and gaana is demanding me to submit Rs. 299 again this is unscrupulous dishonest and part of conspiracy on part of gaana. please refund my money or else shall start legal action in every possible court and forum available to me.
