Very worst response from Gaana . I mailed twice to delete my account and once submitted complaint here (totally 3times) . But no response from their side . Highly dissatisfied 😔.

Please delete my account . I registered it with mobile number [protected] . I didn't register any email id .

    I'm undergraduate student and have no income source. Yesterday unknowingly ganna took 399rs for its ganna subscription. I don't want any subscription. I had already told them about my mistake and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income

      Though I've cancelled my subscription few days before the renewal date...I've still ended up with auto renewal of ₹399

        Gaan is forcing me to auto-renew when I have not given any such permission. This is an unacceptable and fraudulent business practice.

        Gaana should terminate my account forthwith and apologise, failing which my lawyers will proceed with legal action.

          I had a very bad experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

          I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.

          Kindly refund me the amount of rs. 399, and cancel my gaana plus subscription.

          I look forward to a prompt resolution from your side.

                About the cancellation and refund of the Gaana subscription

                I haven't used the gaana app for a very long time. I had opted for its 3 months free subscription but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 399 deducted from my bank account. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed they directly deducted the money. I don't want the membership I just want my money....

                Respected sir/mam,
                My account was created with email id [protected]@gmail.com which I'm not using anymore. There's no option to change email id or mobile number due to which I want to delete that account and create a fresh account with my new email id.

                  27th Feb 2022 at 12:13am automatically Paytm transferred money to gana app for gana plus subscription- 399 Rupees. I had never wanted to take subscription at this moment.
                  I didn't knew about auto-renew while buying into the subscription. I would loved to continue with services but I cannot buy the subscription right now. Kindly cancel the subscription and refund the 399 rupees.

                        I got scammed by gaana app by 1000 rupees😭 I'm 17 year old, have to work 5 hours daily to get 3 thousand rupees per month to help my father and myself to get our medicines. Scam by these well established companies are disheartening.
                        They gave coupon code via contest with little heart. Coupon code was for 3 months subscription, they said to pay 1 rupee, as soon as I linked my Paytm wallet, they deducted 499 rupees, i thought it was a glitch...but when I clicked again, they deducted 499 rupees again without knowledge...this is disheartening, now they say that their email given on help page, but after messaging them email, they say they're not available check FAQs, in FAQs they say it is non refundable, but they clearly scammed me

                                  I haven't given consent to deduct money from my Paytm wallet for the subscription. Still it was done automatically on 17th February 2022 and i lost considerable amount of money unecessarily. I did not opt for subscription. I need a refund.

                                  I bought subscription with flipkart supercoins at first. That time, auto renewal of subscription was neither shown nor on. Hence I did not know about this concept neither did I opt to pay for subscription. Even my account was not activated earlier.it got activated today! Then how is it possible to deduct money. Now I need refund because I feel this is kind of fraud. Proof has been attached which is payment details and account details has been updated above.

                                  Please refund my money. I cannot afford this subscription at a loss.
