why auto renewal charges deduct from my wallet without permitting and notification ? 399rs.
why you not mentioned your customer care number in your website or applications ?
why customer can not call you and only you contact him ?

send me your all proof if you sent notification on email or sms or another ways and where I given you permission for 1 years subscriptions ?only gaana + trial allowed then why automatically deduct money from account ? In midnight 1-2 o'clock .

Refund my money .

        Hello gaaana team, you have auto deducted 399 from my [protected] account without any further information .. you have not sent any renewal email so I can cancel my subscription, and suddenly you charge from my Paytm wallet.. I am a student and I have no income source to pay this amount..
        I want to cancel this subscription and want to refund my money, please refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I have two Gaana Accounts. One with my mail id and another one with my mobile no. I want to merge these two accounts.
                    I had an account signed with an email address but later on, i signed for a new account with my mobile number so my two different accounts have been created and I am unable to merge these two account so plz delete my account with
                    Gmail:- [protected]@gmail.com or just merge my two accounts.
                    But why are your policies so weird means to create a number of accounts registered you are ready to cause inconvenience to your users. And you neither have any option from where we can delete or deactivate our account.

                        I am an agent Gaana user. Recently I made a shift to Gaana and used this tool called MusConv.com to transfer the playlists from my old app and it worked fine. So Gaana allows this feature of migration. So enjoy this hidden feature!

                          Hello,

                          I am already on gaana plus plan for 3 months which was activated on 20 dec.
                          However after some time kn the same day 30 rs was deducted from my laytm account for 1 month plan starting 20 dec.
                          As i was already a gaana plus user this plan is being imposed on me without my knowledge and the charges are also deducted
                          Please cancel my 1 month subscription done by you and refund the amount.

                                  I have a gaana account [protected]@gmail.com. I purchased one year gaana + subscription through Times Prime and they asked for my mobile number and activated subscription on my mobile number linked gaana account. When I checked my account there was no such subscription added but realised that mobile number was not updated in my account. I went ahead and tried to add my mobile number ([protected]) in my account and got an error that this number is already having a separate account. When I logged in through mobile number. It took me to a new account and my gaana+ subscription was added there. I want to merge both accounts as both belong to me. If merger not possible then delete [protected] account so that I can add this mobile number in my main account ([protected]@gmail.com) account. Thanks 🙏

                                    I have two Gaana Accounts. One with my mail id and another one with my mobile no. I want to merge these two accounts.

                                    Why the Gaana is not providing a way to merge those two accounts? And Why it is not allowing me to delete one account, and allow that deregistered email or mobile no to be added in another account?
