Accidentally installed gaana app without my knowledge i did it please refund my money...

This gaana app is deducting Rs 99 every month without my consent. Have informed customer support but there is no response. Request them to stop it and refund my money....

Hi,

I just activated the combo pack if gaana plus which included sonyliv and something else in 999/-
However only gaana plus is active of 399/- no code received for sonyliv and though I created sonyliv account with same number and email still its not showing any subscription.

There is no code received as well in email or on phone for sony liv, quite disappointing.

Kindly help with sonyliv...

Today Gana has debited from PAYTM wallet R. 399- without my approval.

I request Gana to return back the amount or i will proceed with consumer court....

I have subscribed to Gaana on 20 June 2021, Sun and the amount has been deducted. UPI Ref no.[protected]. But the app still shows me as free user with ads. User id is [protected]@gmail.com.
Please look into it urgently or refund me my amount. The bank has confirmed that the money is received by gaana. It is credited to Gaana's Bank account on 21 Jun 2021...

I have cancelled auto renewal from the app by chatting with customer care support but still amount is charged in my account. Please check the pics ....

I'm Tina Chowdhari, I took the Paytm coupon for Gaana but just before the expiry of the coupon period, they auto-renewed the yearly plan of Rs. 399/- on[protected] without my consent which was absurd as I was totally unaware of such options to Disable the Auto-Renewal Button. And it was totally without my consent and they also refused to refund the amount.
Kindly take actions against Gaana strongly as I have found the same fraud has...

I was experiencing coin redeeming problem while purchasing and contacted Gaana.com support however they were responding nonsensically and asking me to share details repeatedly.

Now app crashes when trying to redeem coins earned.

Kindly help me resolve this on priority....

I made an account with gaana.com 6 years back. I want my account to be deleted at the earliest. It's very unethical of gaana.com to not provide an option on their site regarding the same. My email address associated is [protected]@gmail.com....

My gaana subscription has been auto renewed even though i had tried to unsubscribe the pack but its not possible to unsubscribe through app and their given links. so i just request to gaana plz unsubscribe my pack and refund the amount hat has been deducted and their given contact number is also not valid its not able to make contact....

I want to delete by ganna account permanently because by mistakenly I had made two accounts one with my phone number and another with my email id.
