Dear customer,
I paid of rs 1600 in GAME KHARIDO TOP UP CENTER CODASHOP WEBSITE ..
I paid the money for top up dimond. & When I complete the payment it showed successful . But I didn't recieve the top up reward diamond. My freefire I'd- [protected]
Please garena team please review the problem & slove the problem as soon as possible. ..
Please refund my money or send the top up reward to my freefire account ...

      I have subscribed Rs99 one month subscription through my Kotak Mahindra Credit Card after that I found that a SMS came where-in it is mentioned that "Auto facility has been successfully activated on your Kotak Bank Credit Card for Ganna from 09/10/2021. An initial amount of Rs99 has been debited from your account. Ganna can initiate subsequent transaction for a max amount o[censored]pto Rs999.00." Which I do not want.             I've been using ganna app since 2 years.
            Now m not able to download songs as it is showing in queued download.
            I can't listen that song online also as msg showing check your internet connection through connection available.
            Pl guide me in this regard.

                    I purchased the plan from gaana 2 yrs back in 199 rs. and this year my gaana.com account has been expired on 17-Aug-2021 and no option is availble to recharge my account and its showing to get the subscription at 399 rs. and based on that i purchased the subscription at 399 rs. as not option was available to renew my account and after few days when i add my money in paytm account i got the message the 199 rs. has been deduced from account for gaana renewal and samething when i discussed with customer care the representative Mr. Kshitiz from gaana support team didn't respond my queries and didn't refund my 399 rs. which i paid for subscription.
                    I need my money back 399 rs. thats why i am raising this complaint as they are not responding on chat and not providing any resolution.

                          I took a trial of gaana in 2 feb 2021 with no auto renewable it finished on 4 aug 2021. But now Gaana.com is again and again trying to loot 399 from my bank account without my concent but i removed all money from my bank account to save my money but it still is trying to transact money. Fraud Gaana.com also not showing option to cancel auto renewable. I also raised issue in gaana.com website and also wrote a mail to gaana.com but not getting any response and they consistently trying to loot my money. Please help me save my money.

                                I have already communicated through mail that I don't want to renew my subscription and have urged to cancel my subscription as I am unable to get any option in your Gaana app to unsubscribe. I have attached the screenshot of my previous mails in this regards for your reference.

                                Still, I am getting mails on regular basis for the subscription and the amount is getting deducted from my account on regular basis.

                                This is really unprofessional and annoying for me as a customer.

                                Therefore, I again request you to kindly end my subscription as soon as possible for Gaana and do not send any further mails regarding to continue my subscription.

                                I expect you to help me in this regards so that I am not forced to some other legal actions.

                                      Hi,

                                      I just activated the combo pack if gaana plus which included sonyliv and something else in 999/-
                                      However only gaana plus is active of 399/- no code received for sonyliv and though I created sonyliv account with same number and email still its not showing any subscription.

                                      There is no code received as well in email or on phone for sony liv, quite disappointing.

                                      Kindly help with sonyliv code.
