I have subscribed to Gaana on 20 June 2021, Sun and the amount has been deducted. UPI Ref no.[protected]. But the app still shows me as free user with ads. User id is [protected]@gmail.com.
Please look into it urgently or refund me my amount. The bank has confirmed that the money is received by gaana. It is credited to Gaana's Bank account on 21 Jun 2021

Even though my bank has confirmed that the money got deducted, you guys did not refund me. Shame, you guys have to resort to such cheap tactics and steal consumer money. Will never come back to Gaana app... Gaana is Ganda app...

              I'm Tina Chowdhari, I took the Paytm coupon for Gaana but just before the expiry of the coupon period, they auto-renewed the yearly plan of Rs. 399/- on[protected] without my consent which was absurd as I was totally unaware of such options to Disable the Auto-Renewal Button. And it was totally without my consent and they also refused to refund the amount.
              Kindly take actions against Gaana strongly as I have found the same fraud has been happening to other users also. And I request for refund of the same amount as soon as possible. Thanking You.

                Coin Redeeming Problem

                I was experiencing coin redeeming problem while purchasing and contacted Gaana.com support however they were responding nonsensically and asking me to share details repeatedly.

                Now app crashes when trying to redeem coins earned.

                Kindly help me resolve this on priority....

                      My gaana subscription has been auto renewed even though i had tried to unsubscribe the pack but its not possible to unsubscribe through app and their given links. so i just request to gaana plz unsubscribe my pack and refund the amount hat has been deducted and their given contact number is also not valid its not able to make contact.

                        I want to delete by ganna account permanently because by mistakenly I had made two accounts one with my phone number and another with my email id.
                        Now I want to delete one account and link the same into another which I am not able to do right now..

                            Sir First I purchased 1 month gaana plus with 500 coins then after due to so many ads 3 times i purchased one month gaana ads free with 250 coins
                            so after making payment from paytm it is getting failed
                            i have lost
                            my money too as well as coins too.

                            so i kindly request you please guide me how to delete my gaana account permanently i am not intrested to you it ever and will ask everyone in my known to delete or uninstall and switch to some other app.

                                    I had renewed my gaana.com subscription on 3rd March 2021 by paying Rs. 399/- to Gamma Gaana Limited through net banking vide transaction No.IGAKQIVDT3 TRANS. bUT TILL DATE MY SCUBSCRIPTION HAS NOT BEEN RENEWED.
