I have purchased gift card for gaana + subscription from wooho.com. I am not able to redeem as per given instructions in gift card email. Please provide me early resolution....

Here is no option to delete Gaana account or changing email address.
I have two different accounts and want to delete the old one but neither their website nor their apk app is offering to do this....

I had renewed my gaana.com subscription on 3rd March 2021 by paying Rs. 399/- to Gamma Gaana Limited through net banking vide transaction No.IGAKQIVDT3 TRANS. bUT TILL DATE MY SCUBSCRIPTION HAS NOT BEEN RENEWED. INSPITE OF MY REPEATED MAILS THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED....

Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my kotak mahindra debit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
