Hi,
I have buy gaana subscription on 27 March 2021 and still I keep getting email that "attempt to renew subscription has failed. And we will retry shortly... for my previous subscription that I bought in 2019 and 2020.

I got email on this email id patelurvish444gmail.com

Please ensure this do not happen.

            I have renewed gaana subscription for a year. Still I keep getting a message that "attempt to renew subscription worth R, . 99 has failed. And we will retry shortly...

            This SMS comes to my phone number [protected]. I am afraid that you will double charge me or my credit score will be affected.

                                Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my kotak mahindra debit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
                                This is looting act. Now i want my money back.

                                    I would like to discontinue my subscription with Gaana.com I had started last year and had paid online. This year, Rs399/- has been debited from my a/c for one more year of subscription.
                                    Could the amount be returned to my a/c. I would like to discontinue the services, I do not wish to Renew my subscription.

                                      I had cancelled my membership with gaana.com 5 days before it's expiry and still gaana.com has deducted my money on date of renewal. I had a clear message from gaana on 25th December that your auto renewal is successfully cancelled, yet they deducted on 30th December.

                                        Hello, i am using gaana app since 3 years and it was awesome untill these annoying and ### ads were not there. Now lots o[censored]nnecessary ads(as i am not interested in any one of those) are displayed and played very frequently by which i am loosing charm of that gaana app. Its a sincere request to sort out this and plz don't tell me to upgrade to gaana plus.
