It was an error in renewal. The services were not used. I could not cancel it. I expect the amount 399 be refunded....

I would like to discontinue my subscription with Gaana.com I had started last year and had paid online. This year, Rs399/- has been debited from my a/c for one more year of subscription.
Could the amount be returned to my a/c. I would like to discontinue the services, I do not wish to Renew my subscription....

I had cancelled my membership with gaana.com 5 days before it's expiry and still gaana.com has deducted my money on date of renewal. I had a clear message from gaana on 25th December that your auto renewal is successfully cancelled, yet they deducted on 30th December....

Hello, i am using gaana app since 3 years and it was awesome untill these annoying and ### ads were not there. Now lots o[censored]nnecessary ads(as i am not interested in any one of those) are displayed and played very frequently by which i am loosing charm of that gaana app. Its a sincere request to sort out this and plz don't tell me to upgrade to gaana plus. Dear Sir I have already Paid 399/- Amount against for 1 Year Subscription...but don't have access to Download and listen song offline......

Subscribed for a month on 7th December but unable to download any song. Whenever I try it again takes me to subscription page. They are not responding to their customer care email either....

I want to delete my gaana account linked to mail id, for god's sake there is no reply from your customer support and the support chat in your application is pathetic and agent picks the chat, and never replies and that chat never closes

Please close the account linked to my mail id...

I am facing an issue since morning. I can't able to download songs although i m a plus member of gaana app . When i tap on the download icon, it shows like it really download the song but suddenly it stops and shows the recursive sign . Although i had uninstalled gaana app but now, on reinstalling, the same error occurred. Wants to search the solution on YouTube as well as on the internet but didn't find anything useful . Help......

I am Gaana Plus user, i am not able to download any song added to my playlist. Its showing queued and then not downloading. I am very distressed by it as i have lost my previously saved playlist too....

I purchased gaana plus today for 1 year. Unlimited downloads and ad-free experience was their offer. I was able to download 20 songs but whenever I put additional songs for download it is queued. I am unable to download songs. If I am unable to download songs this is useless for me. So I want either immediate solution or full refund....

My credit card has been debited Rs.399 without my permission and no ask for OTP. Don't know what hacking process is been created at your organisation but investigate on this seriously. I am going to launch fraudulent case against your organisation.
