Subscribed for a month on 7th December but unable to download any song. Whenever I try it again takes me to subscription page. They are not responding to their customer care email either.

    I want to delete my gaana account linked to mail id, for god's sake there is no reply from your customer support and the support chat in your application is pathetic and agent picks the chat, and never replies and that chat never closes

          I have taken a paid membership subscription from ganna.com. As they mentioned that I[censored]sers have Ganna Plus subscription they could download songs.
          My subscription plan is also Ganna plus and also paid yearly Rs 399 but I am not able to download any while I tried to download from my web browser.

            I am facing an issue since morning. I can't able to download songs although i m a plus member of gaana app . When i tap on the download icon, it shows like it really download the song but suddenly it stops and shows the recursive sign . Although i had uninstalled gaana app but now, on reinstalling, the same error occurred. Wants to search the solution on YouTube as well as on the internet but didn't find anything useful . Help...

              I am Gaana Plus user, i am not able to download any song added to my playlist. Its showing queued and then not downloading. I am very distressed by it as i have lost my previously saved playlist too.

                Hey! I am facing the issue with my gaana app. I can’t download the songs anymore. It is showing downloading in queue. I have tried logging out and every possible thing. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I purchased gaana plus today for 1 year. Unlimited downloads and ad-free experience was their offer. I was able to download 20 songs but whenever I put additional songs for download it is queued. I am unable to download songs. If I am unable to download songs this is useless for me. So I want either immediate solution or full refund.

                    My credit card has been debited Rs.399 without my permission and no ask for OTP. Don't know what hacking process is been created at your organisation but investigate on this seriously. I am going to launch fraudulent case against your organisation.

                                  I have two gaana account, one is logged in with my mail id or Facebook id where I can't add my phone number. As, I have another account with that same phone number. I need to delete the second account and want to merge that phone number with my primary account.

                                    I didn't enable any auto renewal on my gaana plus account. But you had renewed the today. Moreover i didn't receive any email communication about the same in advance. My current subscription is an active unit[protected]. But why did you renew it on[protected] without any communication and my consent?

                                    So please cancel this auto renewal and refund my full payment amount to my credit card.

                                    I have active times prime membership which entitles me gaana plus once my current subscription expires.

                                      Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my hdfc credit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. Though i have unsubscribed from gaana and i have been not using your app since long time. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got..
                                      This is looting act. Now i want my money back.
