I have purchased gaana plus students membership 1year subscription bt still i cant download songs n in download settings it shows me to become a plus member to use this features...

I have two gaana account, one is logged in with my mail id or Facebook id where I can't add my phone number. As, I have another account with that same phone number. I need to delete the second account and want to merge that phone number with my primary account....

I didn't enable any auto renewal on my gaana plus account. But you had renewed the today. Moreover i didn't receive any email communication about the same in advance. My current subscription is an active unit[protected]. But why did you renew it on[protected] without any communication and my consent?

So please cancel this auto renewal and refund my full payment amount to my credit card.

Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my hdfc credit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. Though i have unsubscribed from gaana and i have been not using your app since long time. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached...

I created a account, I played lots of songs, like songs but still I'm not getting any coins I create another account and I'm facing the same problem...

Gaana app user. Im facing truoble as my account is debited by 99₹ for last two months. I hav mailed the customer care to delete my account as i dont want the service further. But theres no rply from their side. I want my account to b deleted as soon as possible as my nxt due is on 9 th september....

I just purchased the ganna plus subscription but it shows ads and not playing HD songs and causing problem...

I have been charged with Rs 399 as on 24/04/2020 (As is reflected in y indusind bank credot card) by Gaana company for services which has not at all been enjoyed or used by me, i should be charged if i used the data of the company.

I made a ganaa account with my mobile number and purchased 1 year ganaa plus. It was all working very well until last month when I logged out of my account to login on an an other device. Now i can't login because I am not receiving the OTP message.
Please help....

My credit card was charged Rs. 99 as a monthly subscription fee without my consent.

A day before this charge was levied, I received a mail asking me to renew my subscription. But since I did not wish to continue I did not take action on the email. It did not mention that by default they would auto renew my account.

They also have no facility on their app that lets me stop auto renewal on my own.

Deduction of 99 rs per month even though i dont see any current subscription plans. I need to stop paying 99 rs for no reason...

Suddenly a message popped at 399 rupees had been deducted from account by gaana.com
I double checked and I had no auto renewal option on and there was not even a prior notification as per the gaana policies
I don't want their [censored] services anymore, I just want my money refunded and my account closed permanently....

So "gaana" is deducting money from my credit card without any otp/pin and without my consent even though i never used gaana neither downloaded it, they deducted 99rs more than 4 times from my 2 credit cards. I want refund as i never used gaana to listen songs...

It happened on july 22nd.

I used some code to get a free 3 month trial period of gaana subscription. Jut like netflix, prime video, they also took the card details to start the free trail and mentioned that money will be deducted if you don't cancel the subscription but they will notify you 2-3 days ago before the end of the trial period. They did not send any mail or message 2-3 days before and deducted my money without any...
