Gaana app user. Im facing truoble as my account is debited by 99₹ for last two months. I hav mailed the customer care to delete my account as i dont want the service further. But theres no rply from their side. I want my account to b deleted as soon as possible as my nxt due is on 9 th september.

        I have been charged with Rs 399 as on 24/04/2020 (As is reflected in y indusind bank credot card) by Gaana company for services which has not at all been enjoyed or used by me, i should be charged if i used the data of the company.

        Below is the date of transactions and other records ----

        Date of transaction/deduction of charges --- 24/04/2020
        Credit card debited for the deduction --- 5376 xxxx xxxx 1003
        Bank name of the credit card -- Indusind bank
        Name of the complainant --- Gaurav verma

        Please HELP me get my funds back asap.

          I made a ganaa account with my mobile number and purchased 1 year ganaa plus. It was all working very well until last month when I logged out of my account to login on an an other device. Now i can't login because I am not receiving the OTP message.
          Please help.

            My credit card was charged Rs. 99 as a monthly subscription fee without my consent.

            A day before this charge was levied, I received a mail asking me to renew my subscription. But since I did not wish to continue I did not take action on the email. It did not mention that by default they would auto renew my account.

            They also have no facility on their app that lets me stop auto renewal on my own.

            I have complained to their customer service team but I haven't received any satisfactory response and they just said that's a standard email they sent to all customers. So they agree that it's misleading and are still continuing to use such emails.

            I would request you to kindly look into the same and help me get a refund as well as ensure that no future charges are levied on my account.

                Suddenly a message popped at 399 rupees had been deducted from account by gaana.com
                I double checked and I had no auto renewal option on and there was not even a prior notification as per the gaana policies
                I don't want their [censored] services anymore, I just want my money refunded and my account closed permanently.

                  So "gaana" is deducting money from my credit card without any otp/pin and without my consent even though i never used gaana neither downloaded it, they deducted 99rs more than 4 times from my 2 credit cards. I want refund as i never used gaana to listen songs

                    It happened on july 22nd.

                    I used some code to get a free 3 month trial period of gaana subscription. Jut like netflix, prime video, they also took the card details to start the free trail and mentioned that money will be deducted if you don't cancel the subscription but they will notify you 2-3 days ago before the end of the trial period. They did not send any mail or message 2-3 days before and deducted my money without any notification/permission. One day i woke up and receive a message that my account has been debited 399rs. I couldn't understand where this money has been debited because they didn't even send mail after the deduction and you subscription has been renewed. After 2-3 hours somehow i figured out that gaana has deducted my money.

                    How can gaana deduct my money without notify me some days ago. This is so unethical. Even netflix, prime video, coursera they all send a mail some days ago regarding renewal. I am not even using gaana since last 2 months.

                      I want to close & delete gaana account permanently. But no one responding from gaana. Help me in closing the account.in gaana platform, there is no option to change email id or mob number. The old mail id registered in the account was not in used stage & also been deleted. The mobile also rarely used. Thats why, i want to delete the account permanently, but gaana customer care is not responsive. So please delete my account.

                              Please delete and close subscription and all services of gaana.com, delete my account as soon as possible. I have complaint about this to gaana support also received reply from gaana team but my issue not resolved.

                                    Refund my subscription

                                    I had a very bad experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

                                    I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.
