To permanently delete the gaana account

I want to close & delete gaana account permanently. But no one responding from gaana. Help me in closing the account.in gaana platform, there is no option to change email id or mob number. The old mail id registered in the account was not in used stage & also been deleted. The mobile also rarely used. Thats why, i want to delete the account permanently, but gaana customer care is not responsive. So please delete my account.

closure of my account.

Please delete and close subscription and all services of gaana.com, delete my account as soon as possible. I have complaint about this to gaana support also received reply from gaana team but my issue not resolved.

So, i want to close and delete all of my data, services and my account as soon as possible....

Charging my account again n again

I already informed that i dont want to subscribe to gana plus than why are you people debit in my account? In the month of june my account was twice bedited with 399. I am asking you stop doing this and make my payment refund to my account.

Refund my subscription

I had a very bad experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.

I have upgraded to gaana plus user on a student account by paying rs. 149 on jan 21 2020.

Now i have been treated as free user instead. Kindly upgrade or return my money immediately.

Credit card amount deduction with auto renewal

I have cancelled the auto subscription of gaana + in june 2019 and removed the my credit card details from app, after that in june 2020 they again taken charge from credit card without asking any credentials. And now they don't have my card details and how to taken amount from my card. They did fraud with storing my card details without my permission in there system, while details already deleted in june 2019....

I subscribed to gaana+ in march for 3 months and on 11 june, the company auto renewed my subscription without any prior notice and according to company policy, they were suppose to mail me about auto renewal. gaan 1 year gift card purchased from amazon online is not working

I am facing an issue to activate the gaana gift card for last 7 days. First i got subscription failed, then i got invalid pin number and now i am getting card temporary deactivated message.

I connected to gaana customer service through email, but they failed to resolve the issue and blame it on amazon.

fraudulent auto renewal for gaan +_

I had already submitted complain once on gaana website in complain/feedback section but since there is no action i'm writing it again here.

I had received 3 months of trial membership coupon code for gaana from paytm on march 12, 2020. I had used that coupon code from my account "[protected]@gmail.com" on gaana.

My plan was set to auto-renew on june 9, 2020. They have an option to disable auto-renewal and i had disabled the auto-renewal option on june 5th. But they've went ahead with the auto renewal anyway! With a one year plan of rs. 399

unable to merge two accounts/delete account

It's very strange "3 months back on 24th feb20 i subscribed gaana plus membership but now this time its auto renewal and an amount of 399 has been deducted from my credit card". Money transection has been taken place today 1 o'clock while gaana send otp at 3:50 am. How it's possible a deduction without otp or a transection without my knowledge. Kindly help us to refund my amount....

Refund for subscription

Gaana charged me 99₹ for monthly subscription without my knowledge and even cut this amount on odd hours so that even we cant reach them to cancel this.
