I redeemed a coupon from gaana and cancelled trial period before given time limit for renewal but this gaana app charged me rs 399 wrongly. I'm damn sure that i did not opt for renewal. I tried to get in touch with them but somehow i talked on their customer support then they declined to give me refund. Seriously pathetic. Beaware guys, they wont entertain your query. Baaki aapki marzi. I'm gonna take it legal.

    Last night gaana.com has debited 399/- rs. From my credit card without any prior notification or reminder. This is fully unauthorized charge i never set auto renewal on my account.
    I have chatted with them but no response from their side.

    Worst experience happen 1st time with me. Gaana.com is not trust full now. They have down their value now. I will never suggest anyone to use gaana.com now and those who using gaana.com i will ask them to not use it.

    I kindly request gaana.com to refund my money in my card back.

    Hello sir i am a gana plus user . And automatically my account is debited with 399 without my permission for auto renewal .I want to cancel my auto renewal and kindly refund my money full amount in my account and cancel my plus user account . And i am a student and i have verified my id kindly refund my amount
    I dont want to auto renew from my paytm wallet..so please cancel the gaana subscription or close my gaana account.

      Gaana.com has made an unauthorized charge of rs. 399/- to my credit card even when no direct purchase was ever made with the card on gaana.com. The charge was also done without pin/otp as prescribed by rbi and hence in violation.

      How gaana.com got hold of the card details and have gone ahead and charged without authorization appears fraudulent.

      This amounts to fraud and gaana.com should give up such dubious ways of forcefully extracting money from people before it loses their trust and is no longer their choice of service provider.

      The company has not responded nor taken any steps to reverse the charge so far.

        auto renewal of gaana plus subscription without informing

        I used paytm offer of gaana plus and get 3 months subscription. To get this offer i have to give my card details. Since then i am checking how can i unsubscribe and disable auto-renewal. I am not able to understand why users have limited access. Why we do not have option in gaana app either for disable auto renewal. Every app has these options for users. (Ex. Amzon prime they even refunded the money in 24 hours if you want to stop subscription...

        I have gaan + sony liv subscription for one year.. My sony liv subscription is not working.. someone from customer support gave me code GN1YCLGFd9FY which is not working. And when I contact them second time no one is respond. I am continually sending message since half hour and there is no reply. And now they say our working hours are over.

          money gets debited from my account but subscription not working

          I have purchased gana+ yearly subscription at rs.299 using itunes.
          After a year it's get renewed automatically. Rs.299 was debited from my account and i also get auto renewal confirmation mail from apple.
          But subscription isn't working at all.
          Apple invoice order id is mnm5000htb and document no. Is[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue asap....

          I am an undergraduate student and have no income source. Yesterday unknowingly ganna took 399rs for its ganna subscription. I don't want any subscription. I had already told them about my mistake and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income.

          The transaction id and other details are already been mailed-by me.

Amozon prime they even refunded the money in 24 hours if you want to stop subscription after renewal also they have option in settings such as stop auto renewal and remove account if you wish) gaana aap is worst. Learn something from other applications and update your gaana app. You have the worst consumer services.

            At 08/10/2019 my money was debited from my card due to auto reneval but i dont want to buy this thing because i am student and i am lack of money so i am requesting you to please refund my money as fast as possible.

              Hii, my name is Gaurav Sangwan, I used my 50 Flipkart plus coins to get Gaana Plus subscription for 3 months on 30th July, 2019
              But when I am pasting the code in gaana coupons it is showing that user ID is invalid.
              In my Flipkart coin balance it is showing that 50 coins has been deducted and you have claimed your offer for Gaana subscription for 3 months.Please solve my problem as soon as possible...

              I already have premium subscription of Gaana.com and its not over yet and gaana.com have deducted the amount from my credit card for renewal purpose. This is clear case of customer abuse, pathetic service by them.
              I've already paid money for one year in may 2019. But now the app is not showing option for download, instead it is showing for repayment of the money. Why so?

                Hi,

                There has been a fraudulent transaction by Gaana+ from my paytm account when I had never requested for auto renewal. This is a fradulant transaction without my consent. Moreover the subscription amount of Rs 399 has been charged twice (i.e. Total of Rs 798 charged to me)

                I don't want to renew Gaana+ anymore. There are no subscription details available anywhere. I am unable to understand how the charges were deducted without my consent ?? This is an incorrect, fraudulent transaction. The whole amount needs to be refunded back to me ASAP.

                I have been trying to connect with the Gaana+ Customer Support since yesterday but there is no response.

                I am a frustrated, harassed Gaana+ customer. Pls help with the refund of the fraudulent charges.

                  I registered my self on gaana with free coupon of 3 month after that app asked me to attach card details to register with a free coupon then i registered with it doesn't mentioned that after 3 month they will auto debit my card i used the app for 1 month i didn't like it much then left it as it is suddenly got a message that gaana app debitted my card i am trying contacting them through emails and calls not even single interaction is being done this is really pathetic

                        I have subscribed for free 3 months subscription previously when i got the

                        I was forced to add my credit card details to get that free subscription
                        But intimated that i will be notified through sms/email when i need to get

                        But today without any intimation i was charged for renewal of 399/12
                        Months. From my credit card.

                        Please cancel my renewal and refund the amount to the original mode of
                        Payment.

                        I don't find any option on how to unsubscribe from renewal in gaana app as
                        There no option to remove credit card details.

                        Please return my money and unsubscribe me from gaana+, and also remove my
                        Credit card details.

                          I had subscribed to gaana plus for 3 months with freecharge voucher but then i was charged money for one year subscription without any intimation. I want my money refunded as i was not asked about this nor was any hint given to me regarding this. As soon as i got to know about this i contacted gaana email team but the guy simply says that it is not possible to refund the money as subscription has been activated, i requested him to cancel the subscription but still nothing was said. This behavior of the company is very unethical. They should atleast let their subscriber know about their charges before doing so such unethically and they should respond better. Also why did they charge one years subscription and not one month's. I was never asked about this who gave them rights to do this?

                            I am student. I recieved a coupon code in flipkart + for 3 month gaana subscription. Then i went on to gaana.com for applying the coupon but gaana did not accept my card showing error like (Standing instruction not supported on your card). Then i saw the student plan for₹150 per year. I subscribed for it, it asked me for my id card and ensured my student status and i paid ₹150 but it showed error in transaction but money has been deducted and my bank shows transaction has been completed agai st gaana.com so i want either my money back or gaana subscription for a year.

                              Dear team,

                              I was a subscriber of gaana.com & got a voucher of the same to use your services for 3 months. I was told that this pack it not auto renewal & you wont be charge anything after 3 months & this free subscription will be expire & deactivate automatically from your account.

                              But i have been charge 399 rs for the same & services was running automatically. I have spoken to your support team via chat on application but they denied to refund my amount.

                              Request you to take this up & refund my amount as i was told that i wont be charge & service will be automatically deactivated from your account.

                              I have sent more then 50 messages to your team in the app but nobody is responding properly. This is wrong that you guys are just playing with your customer & not refunding my money. Kindly support & refund my amount.                                 I want to close & delete gaana account permanently. But no one responding from gaana. Help me in closing the account.in gaana platform, there is no option to change email id or mob number. The old mail id registered in the account was not in used stage & also been deleted. The mobile also rarely used. Thats why, i want to delete the account permanently, but gaana customer care is not responsive. So please delete my account.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have subscribed for free 3 months subscription previously when i got the offer from Paytm.

                                  I was forced to add my credit card details to get that free subscription but intimated that I will be notified through sms/email when I need to get renewal.

                                  But today without any intimation I was charged for renewal of 399/12 months. from my credit card.

                                  Please cancel my renewal and refund the amount to the original mode of payment.

                                  I don't find any option on how to unsubscribe from renewal in Gaana App as there no option to remove credit card details.

                                  Please return my money and unsubscribe me from Gaana+, and also remove my credit card details.

                                    Through this notice, I would like to draw your attention that, I would like to delete my Gaana Account as soon as possible. I've tried logging into my account through the website as per the given instructions. But, I am unable to even login to my own account. I don't know what the problem really is. Nothing seems to work, while everything else on every other website seemed to have worked well. Therefore, your kind help is awfully necessary. If needed, you take the responsibility upon yourself to delete my account. I would be happy to provide the needed instructions. Your help will be much appreciated.
