I changed my name using name change card but it consumed the card as well as took 300 diamonds and resulted in negative diamonds, and asks me to top up immediately. It tells me that I made a refund, but I haven't refunded anything. I have my Google transaction history and I'm certain that I haven't refunded on anything or received any money back. Please fix this issue and unsuspend my account. Recheck my account details before banning. I can assure you that I haven't resorted to any unfair means and my gaming is fair. It's kinda annoying to be ignored this is my 4 time messaging garena about this issue and I haven't received any response in the past 2 days regarding this issue. Plz respond. I've attached my ban notice and my last transaction history to prove that I haven't refunded anything but still I'm receiving this error message.
