To whom it may concern,
I am sorry to bother You, unfortunately I was not able to get any help from costumer support. I keep receiving automated messages that bring no solution to my issue nor answers to my questions.
My name is Adrian Wozniak. I am 30 years old. For years I have been a loyal Garena Free Fire fan and costumer. I am an experienced player (level 63), I regularly spend a lot of money to enhance my account by buying elite passes, outfits, items and skins in the game. I'm also a proud leader of my beloved guild "I❤️Poland" where we truly treat each other like a big family. We got so close with other members of my guild that even we all live in different cities/countries, we managed to meet up few times so its safe to say that the guild bonded us in a beautiful way. Sadly few days ago my account was suspended without any proper explanations.
I would like to inform, that I never used any programs, skripts or any bugs in the game to enhance the gameplay. To prove it, I am ready to provide any necessary data from my phone which I use to play the game, anything that helps proving this is one big misunderstanding.
As I mentioned before, I was unable to seek any help in this matter from the contsumer support, therefore I am hoping You can kindly look into my case again.
I hope You can understand that this means more than just losing an account. I spent a lot of time and money on this game, I got to know amazing people for whom I'm not only a leader but also a good friend.
