I couriered 3 boxes using your service on 17th march which was supposed to be delivered on 24th march. I understand that due to the lock down you were unable to deliver it on time.

Two days back i received a call that your company is functional again and i will get the package delivered in 48 hours.

7th may morning i was informed that the package will be delivered today, and said a delivery boy has my package and has left the warehouse. No further information was provided to me. Since i was worried i contacted the person back, it was 9:00 pm so i was sure that no one will be delivering the package today.

Then he informed me that the 3 boxes which i couriered couldn't be found.

I tracked the package using your website it informs me that at 11:20 am today the package was out for delivery.
And at 12:45 am the package status changed to undelivered due to material not found.

Kindly explain it to me how can this happen, does the delivery boy, your delivery vehicle along which my package vanished into thin air. The distance between your warehouse and the delivery address will not be more than 10 km. So please find them.

The package has important documents (My graduation degree and other certificates), books the boxes has to be in one of your warehouse. I humbly request you please explain to me what really has happened and try to resolve this issue quickly.

    I booked a delivery from hyderabad to bangalore on 17th march 2020. It was supposed to be delivered by 21st march 2020 even before lockdown in india. But the same was not delivered due to unknown reasons. Now after a month of tracking and contact with customer care, the website says undelivered due to material not found

    How can one be so irresponsible while items to another state. I was assured that will be no damages but on receiving the items the lcd was broken. Worst service. You got the items insured and you got it broken also. I am not able to place a complaint for the loss.

    I booked a delivery from bangalore to pulgoan on 2jan2021. It was supposed to be delivered by 11jan
    2021 . But the same was not delivered due to unknown reasons. Now after tracking and contact with customer care, the website says undelivered.

        Worst service ever. Please read this before you fall into their trap!
        I scheduled a pick up on from delhi to shillong. I called them 2 days before that is on 12th to place the pick up request, and they happily obliged. They asked me to keep the packages ready before 12 pm and they will come and pick up the packages anytime between 12-4.           With reference to the above said ref. We had booked the consignment through your express transport on dacc (Delivery against consignee copy) basis. We had the consignee copy in our file. But we came to know that this consignment had been delivered to the consignee by not receiving the consignee copy in original and pod has been also updated on your system.

          We here by confirmed that the invoice value has to be recovered from the consignee is your sole responsibility and we request you to re credit the invoice amount to us in the form of demand draft favoring m/s.             I purchased a product from bangdood. They shipped through gati. The parcel reached at 26/12/2019. From 29/12/2019 onwards everyday a sms comes about delivering today but nothing happens not even a single call. When I check gati & shiprocket tracking information, it shows undelivered as I was not available without contacting me. Shiprocket shows estimated date will be between this & that. I also visited the nearest office. I told a guy to keep the parcel so that I can come & collect. He told me it will be delivered to my address. He also provided me a contact number & when I contacted him he also told delivery will be done. Till date nothing happened. I contacted bangdood, gati yet no response. Bangdood is saying wait for some days. Gati is saying we'll try. How long will I wait for them. It's already been 5 days. Don't I have other routine to do or wait for them. Even I cannot cancel as it's been shipped. That's bangdood rule. If this order was COD, I wouldn't had bother at all. I would had ordered the same thing from another site. As it's a pre paid so I want this parcel as fast as possible. I'm aslo uploading some image for an easy proof.

              I have sent my trolley bag with docket number[protected] from bareilly to pune (Door to door delivery). It was supposed to be delivered on 24th december 2019 and today 3 days have passed. I raised complain in gati and contacted so many people. Everyone provides me different status, someone says that parcel is on the way, someone says parcel is in their store, someone says parcel is at wrong location, someone says destination pincode is wrong. I have a feeling that they must have lost or damaged my valuables and hence they are hiding the truth. Please help me.

                    We had booked shipping service from gati kwe to ship our led tv and 3 more items on 10 nov 2019. It was delivered on 13 nov'2019 at destination. As i was in office at time of delivery so i couldn't open package and check it on same day. But when i opened package i found that led tv screen was damaged. When i contacted delivery person he told me to contact with customer care. Customer care told me to contact in office from where it was shipped. When i contacted there they told me again to contact customer care. So, when i connected with customer care on their online chat as customer care number was not working, they informed me on chat as complaint is not registered within 24 hrs so its not their responsibility and asked again to connect their with office from where it was shipped.

                    After again contacting them they told me like they do not take responsibility of household item. Which was shocking for me as it was never informed before. After i argued with them why it was not informed before and we are paying shipping then its your responsibility the they said that they will have a look and check what they can do. Now, to repair this tv, service center informed it would require rs. 12, 000 /- as panel is damaged. We are still waiting but no resolution yet.

                    So, i would suggest all customers never to ship with gati kwe as they don't take responsibility after items are damaged. It is very disgusting service by gati kwe, very much disappointed with their overall service.

                          Gati is by far the worst courier service i have tired. Their customer support is a joke, some lazy people unwilling to move their #. India post is far better then them. Their tracking is a lie. You can't track your orders from other countries on gati.com if you call their customer support they will refuse to help you saying they can't track this number. I will advise you all not to choose gati for your international orders.

                          Now just look at them. It was their job to deliver from india, this is why I am advising you all never to use gati, they will keep blaming others for their mistake. I have been going with their customer support for three days now and nothing good came from it. They can't even track a number which i can track on gati cn website. For me, I lost a few dollars but the blow on your reputation is going to be terrible. You guys don't have even the slightest idea on how to run a business. Ofcourse you don't care you are just a customer support executive.

                            I ordered a parcel from aliexpress which is supposed to be delivered by gati. Since 15th august the parcel status is stuck at the international operations center, in transit. I tried resolving the issue with their customer support, with no luck. I ordered using gati because i thought they delivered faster than india post needless to say i was dissapointed. My tracking number is eq[protected]in.

                            Since 15 th August it is in transit. It is in India not in a different country. I want to know what is the reason, it is stuck there. You are just deceiving your customers. No updates till now almost 9 days have passed and i dont think there is going to be. You are entitled to pay me the complete cost of my parcel.

                              I am having a similar experience with them. I ordered a product thorough AliExpress through Gati. It is stuck at international operations center in transit since 15th august. I think they are hiding something. Try refuse to give a stern reply. Both of our experiences converge at the same point.

                              I have ordered 3 items which is stuck in 'international operation center' for long. not sure what is wrong with GATI? i was happy and expecting early delivery by looking at 'Gati' as delivery method in Aliexpress. I think indian post is far better than Gati because no one is able to help and support. I contacted in many supporting centers in Gati but all are blank about this.

                              Not sure why Aliexpress is using 'Gati' as a posting method??

                                I have a shipment from paytm mall via gati. Its been more than 4 days since the shipment is out for delivery. I have called them multiple times, raised multiple complaints but proper update or action from gati side. Ive never seen such an useless delivery system. Please do not opt for this gati useless.

                                Ive raised complaint with payttm also. But as ususal they are also a useless waste

                                I had made multiple complaints on the ecommerce site:Paytm and multiple complaits with courier partner GATI. but none of the complaints were looked into or worked upon. After raising the complaint to this forum "consumercomplaints.in", GATI courier has taken my docket number and LOOKED into the issue and delivered me the product on next day 19th Nov. Thanks to this forum for resolving my issue and giving me a peace of mind.

                                and simply i see stat as "custmer reqsted for reschedule", biut i never got any call from any one. its almost 6 days past. but no updates. i raised compalint with GATI app also. but its useless as usual

                                  We have purchased an home decor item from the axis bank reward edge points. Axis bank given the handover to the gati-kwe for the courier services. We have complained them three times that our parcel didn't reached us. But they are not giving any response to us. The awb number of our parcel given by the gati-kwe is 39065960

                                    I've a shipment coming to my address in kolkata (I shopped from pepperfry.com) and it reached the local hub at khanna location on 30/10 and the the delivery date in gati tracking site is also showing 30/10, however it did not move till 5/11 and the status updated as address/pin mismatch however i've another shipment delivered to the same address by gati so don't know how same address can cause a mismatch.
                                    I tried to follow up with the customer care through chat and have spent close to 6 hours over various sessions, however all i got was they needed some time. Today it was scanned for delivery but marked as "undelivered due to concerned customer/person not available" which can't be true as my parents were home all day waiting for the shipment. This package has some fragile items which needs to be delivered asap.

                                    Please help me getting the same delivered as soon as possible. The shipment docket # is[protected] and reference # is[protected]

                                      Hi, my docket no.[protected] with gati labh service was supposed to be delivered on 4th nov but unfortunately it has not yet started from the origin station till 4th nov. After multiple attempts to talk to support team. There is no update since past 20 calls and multiple follow ups.
                                      Customer service is not helping at all.
                                      Please help urgently as the company assures gati labh delivery to be done in 4 days and charge customer accordingly
