Hello guys
I shipped my furnutures on the 4th of october from erode (Tamil nadu) to noida.
They said it will take only 7 to a maximum of 8 days to arrive in noida.
So i fly to noida and got home and today is the 14th of october and still nothing!
I called the local office and customer care and even raised a complain and no one answered me! They just say we are working on it and wait!
The package moved from hyderabad outbound on 8th to out for next location delhi stc but still on the way!
Docket no is[protected]
No one gives me the driver's number or even a warehouse's number.
I have to stay at the hotel every night and pay a minimum of 600 rupees because i have no furniture...

I'm trying to add a screenshot but I can't.
If I don't get my packages soon or receive damaged products, be sure I will take this to police station and my county embassy will be behind me.
This is not a joke and it's a serious problem.

just called costumer care again. They said there was no car to send it with because I have 16 boxes and apparently it's too much! so they will send a car tomorrow and I'll get my furniture in 4 days!!!
Guys, it's been already 5 days late and I should wait another 4 days! (and this happens IF they send a car tomorrow which I don't think it happens!)

Still no new car and no update. If this order was one package and not important, I could wait but the fact that there are 16 big boxes with all my furniture and I'm paying for hotel every night, making it impossible...

After 5 days delay and about 50 calls and chatting with customer service, my furniture arrives at Delhi. I'm in Noida. I hope they reach here soon!

Someone from Gati called me and said that the truck was broken and it took time to fix it!
now my furniture is in Delhi and it takes 3 days to arrive to Noida hub (which is 20Km away!!!) and then hopefully after that, I get them!

My packages shipped from Delhi to Noida and it's been 7 hours and still haven't seen an update! I don't know how long this one gonna take...!

My package arrived at Greater Noida now.
The thing is, I wanted to deliver the package at another sector first and now I want to change the address (only 7Km difference). So they said we need to ship it to another hub, near your new delivery address and can't do it here!
So they shipped and now I think it's in the final hub.
I can't find ANY number to contact the hub and ask them the delivery time or maybe pick them up myself because I'm already waiting for 14 days in hotel and don't want to do it more.
You can't find a number of Gati's hub anywhere!

    I ordered a boat sound bar on 1st oct ' 19
    It got shipped with gati courieron 4th oct '19
    Now, it is comming from kolkata and is being delivered to kolkata.
    I closely kept a look on the updates on tracking number[protected].
    On 10th oct'19 it reached the hub from where it will be delivered. The assured delivery date given was 7th oct'19.
    I called up gati couries on 11 of oct as why it is not out for delivery, to that the customer care said that system is down please call us later, but later the number is busy.
    On 12th oct'19, i saw that it is 1pm and still not out for delivery to which i called thier customer care and thankfully the call got connected and a complaint got raised to which i was assured that someone will call me within 4 hours. But i did not get any calls intead upon tracking i saw that it was out for delivery at 17:02 and at 17:50 it states undelivered due to entry prohibited on security reason
    I did not get a single call from their side, neither the delivery guy called me and they simply updated this statement.
    I want gati courier to look into this matter and deliver it asap,

      Never deliver any online order shipped through gati, always cheat the sender by giving false info. I ordered a thing docket no[protected], my address was completely different but they attempted delivery in some wrong city altogether. Neither their delivery person is contactable nor the company. This has been happening for all the orders. They never share the reason for this cheating and fraudulent behaviour.

        I bought a sony tv from flipkart. They sent it through gati. My docket no is[protected]. Delivery man did not come to my location. He said my location is not serviceable. I agreed to take it form raidighi 20 km away from my location but fooled me. Said next day he will come. Today i find it cancelled due to unavailability of customer. Call recording is with me. Why do they cheat me?

          My material was out for deliver but material not delivered. And i taken delivery boy number from gati courier services and called them many times, on 4th oct 2019, 5th & 6th oct 2019 also, they are talking with me like "aapke area me aayenge to call karenge na, aap chinta kyu kar rahe ho sir", then after that i called him many times from different number but he not pickedup. I called many times and also in gati but i am not got any solution finally my order cancelled and returned to origin and flipkart not intimate me regarding this and showing status on flipkart"the delivery partner was unable to deliver to your location" "seller: truecomretail canclled the order." please avoide to buy material from seller: truecomretail bcoz he is taking benefit of money paid on preorder and

            I have ordered the washing machine from flipkart it was courier through gati. The assured date of delivery was on 8th oct. But till now it was not delivered.
            It was more than 48hrs the product was not moved to next level. Please help me in getting my product delivered as soon as possible. I have already raised the complaint by calling the customer care but no use.
            I can't understand after reaching my home town why the delivery is getting delayed. Why simply keeping the product in warehouse without delivering.

              I would like to complain against gati cargo and transport company, i have book two packets of parcel from mahesh tala kolkata to pasighat, itanagar (Arunachal pradesh) on[protected] on behalf of prince apparels, at the time of booking gati s representative assured and given me written receipt that my parcel guaranteed delivery on[protected], but they didn't deliver on the same time, when i was called in their call center they never entertain my complain, today[protected] and till date same parcel not yet deliver, i have send that parcel for durga pooja and today is the last date of durga pooja, now my receiver party dont want that parcel because of delay in delivery, that parcel cost approx 48000, i am small scale businessman, how can i manage such loss,
              Therefore i request to the agency please ask gati cargo to take this responsibility for loss,

                Hello, i am shiv mangal from saraibharati rasara, ballia 221712, india. I have ordered a product “mi led smart tv from flipkart. The ordered item has shipped by gati surface courier with docket number[protected] from patiala. Yesterday (06/10/2019) at daytime, the delivery boy from gati courier parshuram yadav ([protected]) called me for confirming my address of delivery. I told him that i am in delhi right now. Please handed it over to care of person of that address i. E. Shiv mangal, which is mentioned in delivery address. The courier boy has called me 4 times. I astonished by seeing the behaviour of that boy over phone. The behaviour of that boy over phone was very rude. He threatened me “why you have not received your product at my place from where i call you, so i ll return the product back and he cut my call”. Again i called him back. He threatened me not to call him back because he was busy. When i checked the status of my order, it is updated that “undelivered due to address incomplete/ address not found” at destination city. Even though the courier boy has not come to the mentioned address, he has updated the status like that. Please take necessary action immediately against the courier boy and also delivery of the product to the mentioned address. Otherwise people will fear to take products over your courier. I am a regular online buyer. But i have never seen such behaviour by any courier boy. I have also filed a complaint in your site with complaint number: 35018854 today.

                  My package was shipped via Flipkart on 1st October via Gati, but the tracking page haven't updated since 2nd October (Package Left Bangalore). Today was the assured Delivery date, but still theirs no update at all. On calling Gati Customer Care, they registered a complaint with Complaint No : "35019673" at 1:17pm dated 7th October 2019
                  and promised me of calling back within 4hours, but they didn't.

                  Date: 28/10/2019 Status: Installation from Jeeves was shifted from 26th to 31st, which again led to some hassle, but on complaining, they said that, it was due to lack of service people on that particular date. Then after stating that my return period shall run out soon, they promised me to get it done anyhow by 28th(today), which did happen, and Finally after somany days of waiting, I finally got my Recliner installed & everything was ok too(atleast from appearance) So I hereby am closing the case, but please use this case as an example, whenever any e-retail website ships via "Gati", and feel free to cancel the order, giving them this example.

                  I still haven't received the product. Gati Customer Care called today morning, stating they shall expedite it and deliver it to my doorsteps asap, but still the tracking status haven't moved since reaching Kolkata since way passed the assured date.

                  Also, Please make sure to deliver it as soon as possible by escalating the issue, and to add to that, as stated earlier via mail to Gati too, i have had an accident recently, so can't carry heavy stuff by myself, so please make sure that Gati instructs the Delivery person not to ask me to carry the heavy parcel from downstairs to upstairs & please instruct themselves to deliver it upstairs(3rd Floor, Flat 3B, as mentioned in my address already along with the remaining address).

                  Status : Still No movement at all. Stuck after reaching kolkata since 3days now(on weekdays). On calling customer care, they keep on asking for 2more days on a loop. I repeatedly have been requesting to deliver it asap, especially since the diwali holidays are going begin too. I have been requesting before that, inorder to avoid further delay, but still to no avail the shipment isn't moving at all. They keep on giving me the reason due to Dusshera, it's was delayed,
                  where as the assured Delivery date of 7th October was set by themselves, yet still didn't meet the same,
                  and also DUSSHERA was over and done with, 3days ago on 8th itself. Thereby, traffic and roads had all been cleared up too, then y is the delay? even the tracking website often doesn't work in the morning hours. This has been a horrific experience & totally am frustrated of this gati situation.

                  Status : Still stuck at the same place since then. Calls to Gati Customer care isn't connecting either. The IVR Keeps on saying, "All our agents are busy at the moment, please hold the line" for 5+ minutes.
                  on 10th they said, they shall anyhow deliver it within 2days(i.e, today),
                  but as a repetitive act of callousness, yet again they failed to keep their promise & the tracking status didn't get updated, neither did the parcel get forwarded.

                  This is getting very annoying to say the least.
                  Please sort it out asap.

                  What kind of a service is this?

                  Status : After weeks of hassle and repeated phone calls & mails, they acknowledged that the issue has been escalated to the highest possible tier
                  and that the product shall be delivered on the day it reaches Khanna(which according to them, is supposedly my nearest destination location), which is weird since Khanna is 21.6Km away from my place & I do have much nearby local hubs of Gati too, so I assumed they might be getting confused with botched up updates,
                  but to my dismay, the product actually reached Khanna last light around 3am & is shockingly showing as "Destination" too (again, its 21.6km away from my location!).
                  to top everything, yet again it's at a stand still since then without getting out for delivery since morning (even though they promised of same day delivery as soon as it reaches Khanna).
                  I contacted the Customer Care a while ago(12.10pm),
                  they said they are forwarding a mail to the concerned hub to get it delivered asap by today(i.e, after i had to call yet again).
                  Lets see if they stand on their word this time or not. shall be back here tomorrow with the update & keep posted.

                  Status : As i predicted, they indeed messed up the destination Khanna as stated earlier. They then redirected the shipment back to Kolkata hub, where it was stuck for 8days. What kind of a service is this? I repeatedly mentioned over phone too, that Khanna is 20Km+ away from my place and it might be a bug, yet they kept on stating, it's my nearest hub, which i CLEARLY know was false information,
                  nd now its proved that i was right,
                  they indeed messed up my shipment nd took it to Khanna instead of BARASAT,
                  nd now thet redirected it back to Kolkata Hub, where it was stuck for 8+ days.

                  STATUS: YET AGAIN STUCK & STILL SITTING IDLE AT THE FINAL DELIVERY CENTER TOO, SINCE 19th October 2019 without any reason whatsoever. The Customer Representative Team keeps on promising to get it delivered "anyhow by today" since 4days now, yet still no signs of ne further update

                  As predicted earlier, No one called, neither did anyone show up. Had to call the Gati customer care team to get the Mobile Number & Name of the delivery agent
                  and then starts the nuisance.
                  Called the number for over 20times with 30mins intervals roughly, but no one picked up and as a shocker, the person even started to disconnect the calls. I even tried sending him 2 texts stating my urgency, still to no effect, he didn't revert back.

                  I hereby have been waiting for the package for the entire day,
                  yet again, with false promises from the customer care team(assuring delivery anyhow before 7pm),
                  but to no avail.
                  They still haven't updated, why wasn't it delivered yet,
                  but I am guessing they shall go with the common Gati Lie probably,
                  that many other customer complains too,
                  i.e, Customer not available or something like that.
                  while i never got ne calls from the delivery agent,
                  nd tried to contact him almost desparately too.

                  Totally disgusted.
                  Today afternoon,
                  A person from gati called & claimed to be the manager of the local hub,
                  accepted the incorrect failed delivery update attempt, due to their delivery agent's shortage,
                  and assured my of delivering the shipment anyhow by tomorrow before 1pm(25/10/19)
                  //I am writing this just post midnight, so please bear with me with the "Tomorrows",

                  While it was again out for delivery on 24th itself,
                  but now a while ago this time, they FALSELY updated that the product was "delivered",
                  leaving behind few traces of their fraud too,
                  firstly my Fraudulently marking the time of delivery as 11:02pm (24/10/19)

                  I tried contacting via calls, sms & whatsapp too, to the local manager as soon as i got the false notification,
                  but to no avail.

                  even tried contacting the customer care team of both Flipkart & Gati, they both took up the complainant, and promised to revert back by 30th(Flipkart) & tomorrow (Gati), respectively.

                  I shall be lodging a complaint at the police station tomorrow morning,
                  and also further Escalate this case,
                  now officially being a Case against Gati KWE for Fraudulent delivery.

                  Finally today morning, the Gati officer woke up and replied on seeing the texts and screenshots of everything and then apologized for the same, accepting his delivery person's mistake. To which, he assured me of delivering the product anyhow before 1pm and he did so too. Yes you read that correct! AFTER almost A MONTH OF DELAY, Finally I have got the shipment. Naturally the box is weared and tears due to such a long transit, so i am just waiting on the installation team to showup tomorrow & check if everything is intact & shall be closing this case tomorrow. BUT PLEASE BEWARE, ALWAYS MENTION THE E-COMMERCE WEBSITES, TO AVOID GATI, while ordering anything. If they still do, its better to cancel, giving the reason, "The shipping partner Gati is not reliable", and if you wish, you can link this thread along with the comment, as an example post.

                  Status: Installation from Jeeves was shifted from 26th to 31st, which again led to some hassle,
                  but on complaining, they said that, it was due to lack of service people on that particular date.
                  Then after stating that my return period shall run out soon, they promised me to get it done anyhow by 28th(today),
                  which did happen,
                  and Finally after somany days of waiting,
                  I finally got my Recliner installed & everything was ok too(atleast from appearance)

                  So I hereby am closing the case,
                  but please use this case as an example,
                  whenever any e-retail website ships via "Gati",
                  and feel free to cancel the order, giving them this example.

                    Pl refer docket no, 47328812. I have booked my house hold items from hyderabad to allahabad on 09 sept 19. I paid the charges as 14000/- but got bill of 12000/- i have received my fridge washing machine and two cycles completely damaged condition. One carton is open and half of the items are missing. Streel truncks are damaged. I need my items in the same condition as i have handed over to the transporter or in lieu compensations.

                      I booked a service GATI LAABH to carry some books fromt he publisher to the author and the publisher was unsure which service was booked over helpline. The pricing was also unclear to the publisher sender. Gati missed its scheduled pick up and postponed pick up for a day. Then they came in a hurry and also did not take the cash and booked for another service which costed more than double. In hurry they took the packet and sent over surface whereas to reach us in Delhi in 7 days. Upon delivery Gati person demanded a n amount which was far more than that of the booked GATI LAABH, but we were helples and therefore compelled to pay that hefty amount even for a surface service while the same amount could give us Air service. I immediately raised my complaint but nothing positive happenned except imposing blames sometimes on us or the sender while they are claiming themselves flawless and innocent. They have taken a log long time for resolution but actually taken log time just to say sorry afterwards. I MAY HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO BE AWARE WHILE USING SUCH SERVICE OF GATI, else they always target customers to churn out more money for lesser services.

                        I had order a parcel[protected] on 15 of august and assuered delivery date was on 27th of today. And even till now i. E. I havent recieved any update on my parcel.

                        Gati has lost the track of my parcel or maybe the parcel itself. I want amswers.

                        The customer service is pathtic in itself. The operators are clueless about their work and give irrelevant and stupid excusess which dont make any sense whenever inquired about the status of the parcel. What is the meaning of so called “assured delivery date” when you can’t stand by your words.

                        How much time? Then why is the false “assured” date is given. Have ordered multiple things in the past from abroad simliar and higher compared to the price of the products and it took 2 days hardly for custom clearance. Very poor service given by you guys.

                          I ordered a product from aliexpress’s website on 15th of august and the priduct departed from the origin on 20th of august and according to gati the assured delivery date was 27th of august but it did not fulfill its promise and the customer care people were of no help as they gave irrelevant and dumb answers/excuses. As if writing this, its 4th of september and since two weeks the tracking status has not been updated and the customer care people are clueless about the parcel’s location. I’m highly disappointed with gari’s service and would never use it in future.

                            Terrible experience. Pick up guy was very unprofessional didn't come to pick up the parcel at the parameters and called to come more than 1km to give him the parcel and just don't get me started on the delivery. The assured delivery date was on 21st aug and till now (25th aug) the order hasn't been received! Talked the customer care for continuously 3 days but they were no lesser, as told to me the senior executive namrata who was handling my complaint didn't reply to my calls and a guy from customer care told me that order will be delivered to me by 24th aug, that too didn't happen. Right now also there is no assurance that my order will get to me tomorrow or not. Why do you charge so much when you know that your system is so incapable of working up to expectations.                               My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 14th aug from Hyderabad to Guwahati through gati movers and packers service. While tracking online, it shows it's in guwahati branch since 14th aug, but whenever I call the manager, he says the package is getting unloaded, Will deliver tomorrow. When went to check directly in the office, I saw the parcel there, the manager denied to deliver still, said to take it by myself from the branch. Since there are around 6 huge boxes, it's supposed to be delivered by the sevice, and they had charged me 10800 rupees for the whole thing. So, the service should also be worth 10800.

                                I had booked a chair delivery for my son from jaipur to goa on 29/07/2018 and got an assurance that it will reach goa on 5/08/2019 to my son.
                                But the shipment didn’t reach and gati customerservice continuously mentioned me till 13/08/2018 that due to climate, the shipment is delaying which i excused also to some extent.

                                  Kabir engg works, pipli, kurukshetra has booked two packages weighing 34 kgs for me, video docket no[protected]. As per whatsapp message the consignment was booked on 05/08/2019 and is showing the assumed delivery date as 13/08/2019. Yours being such a renowned company with country net work taking, so much time is not acceptable and i have been further billed to pay rs 2770/-.
                                  I as a war veteran consider both the time being taken and amount being charged as highly excessive.
                                  Further i wanted the delivery to be in puttaparthi but i'm told that i will have to collect it from anantapur which is almost 100 km.
                                  In view of the above my request to you is to please make it convenient to deliver it to me in puttaparthi at the earliest and if not possible then at anantapur at the earliest and do consider to reduce the amount as i will have to collect from anantapur and pay another rs 1000/- or more. Thanks

                                      I have booked an item (Samsund lcd tv 32") on 26.06.2019 from basti (Bst) to rampur (Rmp). The item was delivered around 03.07.2019. But few days later after opening the packet i found that the front panel lcd screen was damaged from 3-4 places. Due to this problem i am unable to view any programs on my tv.                                         My pickup has been registered with ref. No. 19207302. It was scheduled on 22nd july. It is not yet been done. I am calling everyday for the last 4 days in [protected]. I am being assured everyday that the pick-up will be done that day only. I was provided with the no. Of mr. Govinda dey ([protected]), the local pick-up man and the attitude with which mr. Govinda talked is too rude and unbearable. The management with which your team is working is highly shocking. If you can't do the pick-up, inform atleast so that i can look for other options.
