I've a shipment coming to my address in kolkata (I shopped from pepperfry.com) and it reached the local hub at khanna location on 30/10 and the the delivery date in gati tracking site is also showing 30/10, however it did not move till 5/11 and the status updated as address/pin mismatch however i've another shipment delivered to the same address by gati so don't know how same address can cause a mismatch.
I tried to follow up with the customer care through chat and have spent close to 6 hours over various sessions, however all i got was they needed some time. Today it was scanned for delivery but marked as "undelivered due to concerned customer/person not available" which can't be true as my parents were home all day waiting for the shipment. This package has some fragile items which needs to be delivered asap.

Please help me getting the same delivered as soon as possible. The shipment docket # is[protected] and reference # is[protected]

    Hi, my docket no.[protected] with gati labh service was supposed to be delivered on 4th nov but unfortunately it has not yet started from the origin station till 4th nov. After multiple attempts to talk to support team. There is no update since past 20 calls and multiple follow ups.
    Customer service is not helping at all.
    Please help urgently as the company assures gati labh delivery to be done in 4 days and charge customer accordingly

    not sure what you mean by "give us some time". Shipment was supposed to reach the destination on 4th Nov whereas it did not start from its origin till that date. so please wake up and understand the issue first

      I am from delhi and i had ordered a product via gati, the product tracking detail is stuck in same notice for almost 10 days now which is 'international operation centre, in transit' i had another order which was ordered a day before that, and that order has came to me almost a week ago but this product is taking forever. Also note that the package contains only camera stand which is worth 200inr. So there cannot be customs issue

          I have bought an item from gearbest.com. Item link is this (https://www.gearbest.com/smartwatch-accessories/pp_[protected].html?wid=1433363...
          It was shipped via gati and given tracking no. Is eq[protected]in. I can only track it through gaticn.com (Which is gati china website), it still says after a week that it is in transit. I have called gati support, but they have no idea about the package. I don't know where to look for this.
          Apart from that, i had received a call from dhl, that they have the parcel and i have to submit some id proofs. I am confused about it, because item is shipped via gati and coming via gati and tracking via gati.. What is the role of dhl in all this?
          Please share some update about this.

          actually i don't have the 9 digit code, because i was given only that tracking number which is mentioned in my original post.

          However, i don't know what happened overnight. BUT NOW I can track my shipment via IndiaPost. it is now dispatched to my pincode via speedpost. I will update here, when it reaches me successfully.
          Hi I have ordered one material on 10.10.2019 which is not yet delivered after 20 days however expected delivered data was 19.10.2019. Docket no is given[protected] . When I checked address and phone number in google at my city for Gati, No one is picking up phone and address is also not correct to pick up the same from GATI.
          Hi I have ordered an ite from akko gear. they provide me details like the item was shipped through Yanwen xpress and the delivery partner is GATI.

            First of all change your name # better name it dheemi courier service "koi paidal bhi chle to tumse jldi le aaega courier" i ordered my product on 30 september and its 26 october today and still my product is at rudrapur from last 16 days and i'm calling them everyday like its my job to remind them to do their job and they dont bother to even pick my call like they are favouring me, utterly disappointed from you guys, you are lucky this page don't allow me to give you 0 stars, i request flipkart to change your courier partner asap.

              I have booked a docket[protected] on 17th oct from durgapur to kolkata. But it delivered 2 days delay on 21st oct. Once received we noticed that product was damaged and door panel broken. It was a micro-oven. However heating and start button also not functioning.

              I have informed servicing agent and noticed it was completely damaged from inside.

              As a service from gati, i am really shocked how we can receive such a poor service from such a good transport company.

              I have attached some damage picture to ensure it was damaged. Additionally i will be grateful at least if we can receive proper compensation for the same.

              Hopefully it should not be repeat for other customer.

                Promised to deliver on october 23, and now after a few calls to the customer care all i get is don't worry it'll be delivered soon. Tracking says it's been in mumbai for a couple of days but just not reaching me in borivali. Worst part no one knows why the date estimate moved to october 30. Generic reason of. Surface infra issues... Not sure which surface they are referring to... Don't think i'd try them again as even the people who picked the package were not so professional...

                  My dkt no[protected], parcel arrived on 18th of oct but they are not delivering, assrd date to deliver was 18 oct, courier boy is not delivering on time and updating fake statuses in the package tracking. They updates "delivery rescheduled as per customer request" but in reality, they didnt make any contact with me and no body asked them to delay delivery. I am very upset with them. My previous orders recently got cancelled by selle because your courier boy updated fake unndelievered trackings. This time with this order gati is doing the same, customer care executives making excuse like overwhelming response blah blah. This made me lose trust with courier service and i will think twice in future. Fake tracking status, excuses etc. Thanks, i hope you will make some appropriate steps to deliver my order today otherwise i will lost my all trust. My complaints left unresolved till date, noone is listening

                    Gati courier services ramgarh jharkhand has not delivered my product after received at hub on 12th oct 2019.
                    I have tracked online on gati website, it shows person not available in the location but we were present all the time in my home saunda basti ramgarh jharkhand.
                    Gati courier never attempted to deliver that product, very worst service.
                    And one more thing they doesnot know how to talk with customers... Very rude behaviour.
                    Never post or deliver any product through gati courier. Offices of gati should be shut down.

                      Hello,
                      I have already posted my complaint because of late delivery. Finally, after 21 days i received my bike today and when i checked all things i get to know that my mirror is missing and so many scratches in my bike. What wrong with gati service. You are just harassing the customer always. I want my mirror at anyhow, and one more question if i fined from police in checking time who will pay that much of fine. I have no-fault why i will suffer for you. This is seriously the worst and useless service i have ever seen. Solve all problems immediately otherwise, i will give a case. You have to give money for late delivery and for my mirror also.

                          I ordered a Washing Machine from Flipkart on 10th October 2019 and the assured delivery date was 15th October 2019 but today is 17th October and I am still waiting for my shipment.
                          As per track record it is showing that on 15th October 2019 shipment is out for delivery but undelivered due to concerned person/customer not available whereas I was waiting for my shipment whole day and I didn't received any call from gati team. Now today again tracking was showing shipment out for delivery from morning and now it is undelivered due to incomplete address details. If address is incomplete then on 15th Oct how these people reach to the same address to check that person is not available. I just wanted to mentioned that given address is correct as I received so many shipment on the same address.
                          I contacted with their customer care they gave me complaint number but nothing happened.

                            I have booked my vehicle (Honda unicorn) from bangalore to odisha on 30-09-19 through gati packer and mover. As per there commitment the vehicle was supposed to reach odisha by 08-10-19 to my home nalco nagar angul, odisha. But when i asked for an inquary they told me there is some issue so your bike packed on the date of 04-10-19 so don't worry you can receive your bike on your doorstep by 08-09-19, when i check my docket number on the date of 08-10-19 it was at another state and shows me the delivery date will be[protected]. I called customer care, again and again, they always say like it is on the process, we will call you, will arrange a call for you, etc, etc. On the date of 11-10-19 when i called then they told me due to some late you can receive your bike on[protected]. Then again they made me foolish and always one line we don't know when can you receive the bike, its on the process, we have registered a complain, we will arrange the call, etc. Today is 15-10-19 till i bike not delivered and the billing name is not correct also and address what i gave them they bill that destination is also wrong. I called them more than 30 times. Mostly it should take a maximum of 6 to 7 days but it's already 16 days till i have not received my bike yet. The worst service i have ever seen. They are just harassing a customer and the customer service is too bad. They should have to penalised for this. They should have to return me my money.

                            This is already 19 days and still i have not received my vehicle. Bike is verry nessary thats why i parcel that through you because you told me it will take only 6 day. And i paid 6000 rupee for your service, but i want to ask where is the service and for what reason you charged this much of amount, here question-is this the value this type of service. Its your fault so why i pay you full amount. YOu should have to return some of my money as a penalty. And still I have no update where is my bike and when i can get my bike, if you cant give me that information i will register a complain in police station as the missing bike. I want my bike and my valuable money back.

                              Delivery delayed by more than 10 days. Reference number is "s[protected]" (Shipment from bhiwandi/flipkart to pune)
                              Expected delivery was 08-oct. However even on 17-oct delivery is not done.

                              On contacting (5 times) to gati call center, always get a same answer "we have escalated the issue and you shall get delivery in 1-2 days". However, even after 10 days no delivery done.

                              On gati website status is shown as "undelivered due to customer rescheduled delivery". However, neither me nor sender has ever for any delivery reschedule.

                                I ordered a washing machine from flipkart on 29 th september and they shipped the product with gati courier. The expected assured delivery date of gati was 4th october but today is 16th october and i am still waiting for my shipment. According to gati tracking system the product has already reached my hometown kolkata on 4th of october but after 4th october there is't any update.                                   I have ordered an item on flipkart on 29th september and was shipped through gati courier to be delivered by 12th october the docket number is[protected]. On 9th october at around 8:30 pm, the delivery boy called me and asked me to receive the product at a distance of 15 km. When i refused, they threatened to delay the product and actually they are delaying. Even see their unprofessionalism, they updated on the order tracking that the concerned person is missing. Several times i am calling for costumer support to both gati couriers and flipkart, they console me that the product will be delivered in 1 day. Never comes that cherishing moment. Do these companies have any work ethics? How is it possible that few people can affect the quality of service? The whole of their system is unethical.

                                  Till date issue is not resolved and the product is not delivered. I don't understand, if they are unable to deliver to this address, why do they pick up the order at all. I indeed feel harassed .

                                  Today is 24th October, and the product is not delivered yet. Gati courier costumer care is not responding to the urgency. Worst case of harassing costumers. Legal action is the last option, if the issue is not resolved. I will never cancel the order, I will take the help of Law.

                                  Dear sir,          I ordered a whirlpool washing machine on flipkart 29th of september. The product was shipped through gati courier service Docket no:[protected]. The assured delivery date was 9th october 2019. I got a call on 8th october evening to receive the product at a distance of 15 km, which is not possible for me because I am staying outside Odisha. My father who is of 70 years is unable receive the order at such distance, so i refused and requested to deliver it at my doorstep. But, the gati courier person threatened to delay the product. It was updated on the tracking of this order to be out for delivery 9th october to 13th october. On 13th of october it was updated that the concerned person is not available. I called the gati courier costumer care several times, but they only said sorry without any resolution.Today is 29th of october and it is still not delivered. From 9th october to 29th october I recieved no call from gati courier regarding the delivery of product. Flipkart costumer care called me and asked me to cancel the order. But, I denied.I told them that I can wait for 1 year more, but i will not cancel the order. As a last option, I will go to the court againt gati courier service for cheating the costumer which is punishable under Indian penal code 415 and 420.This mail is just to inform gati courier before proceeding legal actions. Now, durgati will begin for gati courier.

                                    Hello, docket no[protected]
                                    I went to the local gati delivery store at deoghar to enquire about my shipment. The business head at deoghar office spoke rudely and told that they are not responsible for your goods. Also, the man said that he’d deliver at his own wish. When we asked him to give a new delivery date in writing, he refused and mistreated us and said rudely to do whatever we wish.

                                    Such mannerless service and mistreatments is unacceptable. I also want to know what actions would you take against the local head who mistreated with me or i will be forced to take legal actions on this matter.

                                        With reference to docket no.[protected], the assured delivery date for my parcel was 3rd october but it is not delivered till now. I am following up every day and getting the same response that it will be delivered the next day and we have arranged a call back for you with the local team. I did not recieve a single call back till now. Even a complaint was registered for the same and has been escalated but nothing has happened. Please let me know what happened to my parcel and when will it be delivered?

                                        Thanks for arranging the call. In the call, I was told that my parcel will be delivered by 12 PM on 16th October but I am yet to receive any out of delvers notification for the same.

                                        The parcel is not delivered even on 16th October which is 13 days post their assured delivery date. The local team had confirmed that they will deliver the parcel on 16th by 12 PM but still it's not. Pathetic service
