I have booked an item (Samsund lcd tv 32") on 26.06.2019 from basti (Bst) to rampur (Rmp). The item was delivered around 03.07.2019. But few days later after opening the packet i found that the front panel lcd screen was damaged from 3-4 places. Due to this problem i am unable to view any programs on my tv. Earlier i have also complained about the issue but no response was received from gati courier. My docket no was[protected]. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    My pickup has been registered with ref. No. 19207302. It was scheduled on 22nd july. It is not yet been done. I am calling everyday for the last 4 days in [protected]. I am being assured everyday that the pick-up will be done that day only. I was provided with the no. Of mr. Govinda dey ([protected]), the local pick-up man and the attitude with which mr. Govinda talked is too rude and unbearable. The management with which your team is working is highly shocking. If you can't do the pick-up, inform atleast so that i can look for other options.

      I booked a consignment with gati on 18/07/2019 from hyderabad to gurgaon. They sent a third party company (Dot packers and movers) to pick up the consignment. They picked it up on 18/07/2019 and since then they haven't provided the right information relating to my consignment. They gave a docket number which is invalid and asked me to speak to head of ap and telangana mr. Bhasker sheety (+91-[protected]).

      He was very rude to me saying he is not in the office to sort out the issue and couldnt provide me anymore information

      As of now, i dont know where my consignment is. Please be aware of gati, neither the management nor the customer support is atleast trying to sort this out. We have been following up daily but no use at all

        I had booked a shipment with gati kwe of the docket number[protected] for transfer of two boxes from mumbai to kolkata. My shipment was supposed to reach on the 13th of july. I am continuously contacting the support team with little help. No one is able to give the exact location of my package nor an idea of when it will be delivered.
        Very disgusting service indeed. I don't intend to use gati for any further shipment and strongly do not recommend it to anyone.

        I had two boxes scheduled from Bangalore to Mumbai and even after repeated complains and calls, haven't recieved them.
        The pick up was done on 27th May and each time i call i am assured it'll be delivered in the next 2 days and that hasn't happened at all.

          There is a misrepresentation of tracking status.
          Status says "undelivered due to customer not responding to calls".
          However, i have not received any call from your side.

          Under false and misrepresentation data act it's a legal case.
          I would like to know will my order be delivered or should i take the neccessary action as i have taken print of my call history from the network also and there is no call received or missed from my side.

              Hello,
              I order placed from papperfry, order delivery logistics is gati KWE
              Tracking number :[protected]
              Gati gave expected date 25th June as per screen shot, but Gati KWE not deliver product as till date of 27th June
              If they can't deliver product as per time schedule then why giving expected date?
              I talk to customer care but not getting proper response from them side,
              I expect compensation for my inconvenience, kindly help me for same

                  I have ordered one Item and it's being shipped by your courier Services on 2nd of Jun. Scheduled Deliver Date was 9th Jun. Waited till 11th Jun and lodge a complain ( Complaint No[protected] and after that following up with Customer Services for at least 7 times and each Day I am being said that it will be delivered by Next Day. Today is 15th Jun and today evening also Customer Services person told me it will be delivered by Monday. Is this something Joke?
                  Why you are taking such consignment when you are not being able to delivered it to Metro City even? Who will bear the loss for this delay???

                    I sold an item to a buyer trough snapdeal with order ID: [protected]. Buyer returned the product through Gati with AWB #[protected] as he had size issue with item.

                    Gati local office (Sivakasi) received the item on 3rd of June and instead of delivering the product they keep on marking fake reasons like

                    Pin code mismatch
                    address not valid
                    office closed, etc.,

                    Frustrated with this, I raised a complaint in GATI with complaint number CS158160. I received a call from GATI saying we are marking this as RTO as per shipper request.

                    First point this product is online sale product and this is already a return and how come shipper request for RTO???

                    When I asked proof for shippers request, they simply cut the call and start sending email saying contact shipper.. Now I lost money and as well as product due to this useless [censored] courier GATI...

                    Their customer service is worst and simply they mark as RTO as per shipper request. Now I lost my money and product.

                    GATI Sivakasi office incharge named Murugan (Contact No:[protected] didn't even call me for delivery. When I contacted him and questioned, he is giving useless answers.

                    GATI is worst courier service I have seen in my life.. Worst service...

                    But what kind of action will be taken against the guys who didn't even attempted delivery and given fake reasons?

                    Earlier I received 5 shipments from GATI on same address. You can check your documents in name of Jay Jay Fabrics, Sivakasi - 626 189.

                    How come this time the Pin Code gone wrong all of sudden. That to this is a manufacturing unit with proper GST registered address.

                    Even they mentioned wrong address and office shifted. Are we fools to accept all these.. I need severe actions to be taken against above mentioned guys..

                    I cant contact my shipper as this is sales made through snapdeal. I dont have any details of him. I lost 600 in this shipment because of you guys.

                        On 1st June 2019 I (chitta Ranjan Sahoo, [protected], Email- sahoo.[protected]@gmail.com) called to Gati Courier, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on phone number [protected] which is mentioned in the web, for transporting my brand new refrigerator unboxed one from Bhubaneswar to Jharsuguda, odisha. I was told to pay Rs 1800 for the same and send the pickup & delivery address to the mobile number [protected](Mr Manoj Kumar Swain). On 4th June19 Gati courier picked up my product from my home and i was told to pay 1800 through phonepe to the mobile number [protected](Mr Manoj Kumar Swain) and I paid immediately but they produced 2 different invoices to me. One is Gati invoice in which shipping charges Rs 1000 & another invoice from A-Z Paid Services Company in which Rs 800 mentioned. For the same I have complained to Customer service but no respond came from customer service.
                        On 5th of June, I was told to pay more Rs858 otherwise Gati will not ship my product and when I asked for the same, I was told not to do argument otherwise you take your product back and I paid Rs 585. His behavior was too rude. During the pickup I was asked about the cost of shipment and I told 22500. But the invoice they have given after pickup nothing was mentioned.
                        My product got delivered on 8th of June and received another invoice from Gati in which they have mentioned the shipping charges 1500 but I had paid Rs[protected]+585) to them and value of shipment Rs10, 000 they have mentioned instead of Rs22, 500.
                        After delivered, I found a big hole made on side carton of my refrigerator and when I unboxed it found the left side of my refrigerator got severe dent at 3 points.
                        On 9th June, I complained to Mr Manoj Kumar Swain through which I had booked and I was told to call on this mobile number [protected], when I called him he told to call customer service and he can’t do anything regarding the same. Due to Sunday customer service phone was not answerable. So i put a mail to Gati customer service for the damage of my refrigerator.
                        On 10th I called to customer service for the damage and I was told to wait for their claim team's phone call. I got the call from claim team and I was told that your claim can be done up to Rs10, 000 not 22, 500 as Rs10, 000 has mentioned . I explained to her for the problem I have faced in different invoice and why mentioned 10, 000 instead of 22, 500 and I was told that to contact through which you have booked and ask them to pay. So many arguments Gati claim team did with me and I was told to receive claim regarding documents through email within sometimes which I have not received yet. I called to Mr Manoj Swain through which i booked and asked why you have mentioned shipment value 10, 000, even if I told him 22500 before pickup. Mr Manoj was not able to answer and later he told me he has put the amount Rs10, 000 based on depreciation value. I asked him how you have calculated the depreciation on a brand new unboxed refrigerator, again he was failed to answer. He is every time talking very rudely and he told me to contact Mr Sworup (mobile no-[protected]). I contacted him and he told me that he is busy he can’t talk with me. Next day on 11th June19 I called to Mr.Sworup and explained the problem, he told me to call to Mr manoj kumar swain but Manoj telling to call Sworup. Mr Manoj telling your shipment shipped through Mr Sworup. Mr Sworup told me to send invoice copies and damage photographs to the Manoj Email ID not to him but Mr Manoj telling why sending to me send to Sworup. After argument Mr Manoj did not give me his mail ID told me send through what’s app. I sent him through what’s app but no respond has come from Mr manoj and Mr Sworup yet.
                        Today on 12th June 19 I got a call from Gati claim team and I was told that they are closing my complaint as they have not received the claim document but Gati claim team did not send me the claim document yet so how I can submit it. Again I was told to receive it within some time but 6hr already gone but I have not received yet. Today I explained to Gati claim team about the shipment value but she told me to take money from Mr manoj through which I have booked and Gati claim team can’t help you. their service is totally worst and behavior is rude. Mr manoj and Sworup not responding my phone. Why i will ask to Mr manoj & sworup why Gati will not ask them as they are Gati company's employees.

                        From 8th June to 12th June every time I was told to call to this person, call to that person, call to customer service, call to pickup guy, call to delivery guy but why should I call them?? They totally harassed me.
                        I am waiting since 8th June. I am not able to call Samsung team for the Demo and installation of my new freeze & not able to use my new refrigerator. If Samsung will see the condition of freeze, they will cancel my refrigerator warranty service as it has already been damaged and the damage is so severe that this refrigerator may not work further.
                        Here in Jharsuguda, Odisha the temp is more than 44°c and my family facing so many problem without refrigerator.
                        I need full refund of my refrigerator or provide me same refrigerator i have bought. Please help me out of this.

                          I was an ex employee of gati kwe pvt ltd and left the job on 31.05.2017 but still my exit date is not updated on epfo site..i am in continious follow up on mail with hr team but there is no revert from any one...my employee id was 42425j...recently i am in follow up with sandeep dhruv in ho bu he is also not responding...such a poor respond level by such a leading logistic company employees...

                            I have booked a courier of 2 baggages from GATI for delivery in Hyderabad from Ahmedabad on 7th of May, even after a month, still I'm not even able to trace one of my baggage, The first baggage too I went personally and received it and the value they provided for 2 baggages is 2000/-(I was not asked about it).Can we atleast buy 2 bags with that cost?.

                              My Gati kwe docket no[protected].I should be getting my parcel on 07/06/2019 which was booked from banglore to Hyderabad. The parcel was lying in the HYDERABAD north since 06/06/2019. I called the customer care number of Gati many times and raised a complaint but no proper response from them. They claim that their service team called me but I didn’t answer the call. I haven’t received any call from them. And now when I checked the status of my courier on their website, it’s mentioned the reason for delay as customer delay delivery request. What kind of people are these Gati God alone knows. They lie without giving any call to the customer that they have called and say that customer had requested to delay the delivery.

                                I have contacted the support and they have been not helpful. False delivery promises given daily.

                                My order with the docket number[protected] is lying in the warehouse for more than a week.

                                Please look into this, i regret that the seller used your shipping company.

                                This is the worst customer support and the worst shipping experience i have ever had. I will not suggest gati even to my enemy.

                                The order was out for delivery on 1-june-2019 but it changed to undelivered as it said that the customer was unavailable when infact no one contacted me.since then i am only getting fake delivery promises DAILY and the customer care doesnt respond and puts you on hold and i loose my balance and the way they talk is too much. The lady i spoke to has the audaxity to tell me to use professional language when all i used was the term rubbish service. Each morning i am told my order will reach me by evening and when i call in evening the say tomorrow this is going on since a week with the product lying in the destination warehouse then.

                                I swear i will never use you guys, just release my order by today.

                                  This docket number has been sitting in the destination warehouse for more than a week. I have contacted the support and they have been not helpful. False promises and at one point they stopped responding in chat.

                                  Please look into this, i regret that the seller used your shipping company.

                                    Address: Udupi, Karnataka

                                    Booked Scooter delivery from Manipal to Mumbai. Gati Charged for packing of scooter for transportation. I was present at the time of packing and clicked pictures for my reference. Still the Gati staff managed to damage (break) the front handle of the scooter during loading/unloading/transit. I have clicked the pre loading and delivery photos of the scooter.
                                    Please help me for the losses incurred.

                                    There website is showing wrong status as "incomplete address". The address is complete with pincode and phone number mentioned on parcel. The delivery office has not bothered to contact me.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Have booked product "Lee Cooper Men Brown Formal Shoes" from Paytm Mall application with order id [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 13th May'19 but it got delayed to 18th May'19. However, on 18th May'19 also it was delayed. Have taken several follow up but Paytm mall customer care is not at all concerned about my complaint not at all taking follow up with Vendor courier company. Seriously fed up with this paytm mall and gati guys. Instead they are not even sharing their contact details to me and update me.

                                        Request you to please intervene in this and help me to come out of this.
