For consignment sent to me Gati person refused to deliver to home saying that he does not know door numbers in my home town vizianagaram. Even though I offered help he refused to do door delivery. He asked me to come and collect. The product reached home town on 4th may 2019. I received a call from local GatI on 10th may. I immediately complained on 10th may 2019. Compliant no is 34699196. I was assured by Gati I would get call from local gati within 2 days. I did not get amy. Again called on 12 may. I was told within 48 hrs I will get call from GatI head office and also product delivered. Nothing happens until 15 th may. On 16 may again I called and they said they will have product delivered by 17. Today is 19 may. Neith er I got call nor product delivered . Completely fed off with Gati.

    My name is kishore (Gati docket id:[protected], i got call from mohan raj delivery person (Mobile: [protected]) from gati for receiving package. He was unable to find my address and called me several times. I was standing at the corner of my road to receive him, when he saw me he behaved very rude and ask me to to sign and treated me very badly. I was very irritated and returned the order, this happened on 4th may 2019. After this i have made several calls to call center about this issue and raised complaint id: 34678091.

    Again when i checked the status on 12-may-2019 the status has been updated like i have refused the order again when they tried to deliver, no one called me and no one tried delivering package. The same delivery guy has play fool. I again called raised complaint by email (Web complaint no: cs157128) on 15-may-19 and they agreed to take action on this. But when i checked on 18-may-19, they have booked the return shipment to the shopping site where i bought.

    That shopping site gearbest is telling its my problem and they said they will destroy the product. I feel i am cheated and lost around 1500/- rupees, there is no action taken against the deliver guy till date even though i complained in all modes, several times. The call center guys are not responding and playing tricks when ever i call and say docket number, they are saying they cannot hear me. Its really a nightmare experience. Don't ever book packages through gati and loose it.

    The shipper said the product will be destroyed, since GATI has reported the shipper saying "Undelivered Due To Customer /Consignee Refusing To Accept Delivery" as the reason. Your delivery guy with attempting for delivery have updated this reason, I have complained on this so many times.

    Just tell me what is the action you have taken against your delivery guy? Who will pay me two thousand rupees I lost because of you, just reply...

      Rocking chair crumbled state damaged and received in a pathetic condition. This chair belongs to my 80 year old sister who is a heart patient.
      After frantic attempt through their call centre after so much of pestering and talked to seniors in call centre i could get the documents in which i have to lodge the claim. After sending the requisite documents i hv got a call saying that they cannot pay any money whatsoever since it was shipped under shipper"s risk. Very disgusting. They are not responsible for the completely broken chair for which i have sent them 36 snaps narrating the story.
      How they cannot be responsible for handling, transporting and packing... Packing was so shabby. All members of the chair broken. My sister 80 years old starts weeping. We are all 60plus. Very bad treatment. At the origin nobody has informed us that if it breaks by chance we would not be paid any compensation.. If this is their company policy they can transport any goods to anybody in any condition?
      Very indifferent treatment, who will give justice to this lady, my sister 80 years old heart patient who has made this custom-built for her comfort by our known carpenter..!!
      God saves us.. Somebody should intervene to correct for these kind of transactions.. We need an able persons help..
      Even concerned official has come on the line after 8 days talking without consideration saying company policy and the funny part is they say that it is is shipper's. That is we, the senders responsibility..!!
      Atrocious.. Obnoxious..

      Even the debris removing person too refuse to take this. He needs payment of Rs500 minimum to take this to a dump yard.. Very badly damaged.
      I do not understand in spite of sending so many snaps and a detailed honest story Why so much of delay ni even considering for compensation?
      Request Some competent Authority should intervene to settle this issue without further delay..
      Very pathetic.

      Why no action? No reply from Consumer Complaint Forum or from Gati!!!
      Already 24 days passed.. No action.. Very disappointing..
      Received today[protected] a vase from Jabong in a broken condition. Have not opened the packing as yet. Tried to contact courier boy but he had left. Infact I had received a call from the courier office if I need all the 3 pieces as I had ordered 3 of the same. I would like the broken vase to be replaced asap.

        who is feeling very bad for Gati kwe 's sloppy way of handling, packing and transporting her beloved custom built Rocking Chair from her home town in a very irresponsible indifferent fashion and blaming the customer himself for onus of responsibility for all the damages.

          Delivery of product was due on 10th May. Product is lying in Mahim office of GATI but they are just not delivering it to Parel despite more than 10 calls to customer care and even after speaking with the person in charge of mahim office (Rajani Borade)

          They just tell in morning that the product will be delivered today but no one comes. Even the update on docket tracking is falsely updated

              1. I have booked my household items (29 packages) through gatikwe from goa to nainital on 16 apr 2018 by mr praveen sharma, auth vendor of gati (Docket no[protected] and received on 29 apr 2018 in extremely bad condition. After nine months of follow up finally on 29 jan 2019, mr vipin of gati office, pune informed me that refund for damaged items cannot be processed view one major reason that it dept/cell is unable to change the column from shippers risk (Myself) to carrier risk (Gatikwe) in their software/system.

              2. Till date i am in possession of original pod copy and as per rules should be with gatikwe (Not even honoring their own rules). Pod copy indicates that luggage was transported at full responsibility of company i. E. Carrier risk as promised by mr praveen sharma and there is a mistake done at company’s end while filling the form online and which is not the responsibility of shipper i. E. Mine. Mrs bhagyashri mankar customer support associate and mrs bharti dhuri, csm - epnq of gati office pune had also confirmed me on 09 jul 2018 (Email) that file for change of shippers risk (Myself) to company's risk (Gatikwe) in system/software is raised and obn no. Is being generated. Post change in system, survey will be conducted and claim can be settled. Survey was carried out by mr ranapratap of absolute survey on 30 sep 2018 and i believed that obn number is generated and amendment in system is complete. A report was submitted by absolute surveyor on 25 oct 2018 and on 04 dec 2018 by me to gati.
              3. When, i saw no response from the firm, thereafter i register a complaint with grievance number: 1131751 online at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in on 01 feb 2019, after which m/s gati contacted me and offered a refund of rs 11715/- as per survey report submitted by absolute survey on 25 oct 2018 to m/s gati. Soon after that consumerhelpline submitted the reply
              (Grievance was forwarded to the company by nch but no response has been received. If you have already complained to the company in written, not received any response from the company or not satisfied with the company response. You may file your case in consumer forum, following the procedure prescribed by them.) on 23 apr 2019
              And disposed my complain, however till date despite many email reminders to m/s gati at various addresses, i have not been credited with refund amount, i have not even been contacted by m/s gati for any delay. I have submitted a total of 65 emails to various addresses of gati (Csa4_pqnq, csa6, csa9, csa15 and coord-siemens, gati customer care) starting from 01 may 2018 till 07 may 2019 and received 34 email as reply and a high majority of the replies are computer generated response, thanking for submission of email and m/s gati will reply soon.

              4. It is evidently visible that m/s gati is committed to resolve the issue. All reply/call were received only when i informed them that i am seeking for legal option now. Therfore, after so much mental agony and extensive follow up, i would like to prosecute the firm for the inability to honor their own statement and violation of operating procedure and also want to charge for whole amount of rs 23000/- paid to the firm for delivery.

                Dear Sir,

                My parcel (docket no[protected]Â have arrived at destination i.e. visakhapatnam on 05 May 19. However, i did not receive any call from your local delivery office. It is only me who somehow found the phone no of the local office located at outskirts of city and enquired about my parcel.

                I have been told by Gati reps at visakhapatnam that my parcel cannot be delivered at address and needs to be collected from their warehouse. At the time booking from Faridabad it was assured by the Gati reps that the parcel would be delivered at address. This is unacceptable, as the warehouse of gati is located at city outskirts and i do not get enough time to get the parcel collected from the warehouse during working days. Also online status indicates "customer delayed delivery request", why is your staf[censored]pdating wrong status for the delivery.Â

                THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IS A SERIOUS MATTER OF CONCERN FOR A REPUTED ORGANISATION.

                REQUESTING IMMEDIATE ACTION/ REDRESSAL FOR THE SAME.

                  Gati delivery person called me to ask for location, once I guided him properly, he says Gati don't have services at first floor. & it's company's instructions not to deliver at first floor. In the case then why the hell these Gati guys even take the booking of our consignment and keep on troubling us with their pathetic service? What resolution can you provide now? Docket number is[protected]. While speaking to delivery person his style of speaking was with full of worst attitude. And I asked him to return back the consignment to origin. These Gati provides very pathetic services and charges high. Wastes our time and checks our patience. Worst ever delivery service by any company is none other than Gati only.

                    Had booked a consignment with this courier company but from past 4 days they don't have time to pick up our courier. When we call them they always give lame excuses and promise to pick up the next day which never happens. I have paid more thinking i will get good service but their attitude and service is pathetic.

                      So my courier was dropped at 23 march 2019 at gati kwe surat center and was assured to deliver by 26 march 2019 in chennai.So i tried tracking my docket number on 24 march 2019 but it showed an invalid docket number.so i complained to them but they didnt knew about this problem.they solved it but when i saw it the status of the delivery it was still in surat on 25 march 2019.So my delivery started when i complained to them and then got delivered on 30 march 2019. it had medicines and food in them which doesnt sustain such long period.                         I shipped a 5 kg shipment from chennai (Maraimalai nagar) to bengaluru on 2nd apr. The assured delivery date was 4th apr. Docket number is[protected]. Today is 12th apr, 8 days passed the assured delivery date, but still the package is undelivered. It is in jigni for the past 8 days without anybody doing anything about it. I registered a complaint with them already. Complain number is 18833931. I call them almost once in two days. Everytime they say they will look into it and in reality they take no action. I asked them what is the penalty for such a late undelivery. They said some other person from complaint department will call me. But i haven't received any call. This is extremely frustrating. This is the worst service i've ever experienced.

                          Dear sir i have a currier in gati kwe... My parcel sended from bangalore to bongaigaon on 26.03.2019... But still on transit. They took money from me rs. 1350 for fast delivery 3-4 days... But its goining 10-15 days still not received... Docket no[protected]... When i connect to customer care they are taking complaint but im not getting any resolution... Kindly take action for this company... I have very urgent for this parcel...

                          And please guys do not send parcel by gati kwe... They are cheat... And veey costly than other company...

                            I, siddhant rathore had sent the shipment of docket no[protected] from kanpur to hyderabad on 20 mar 2019. Shipment reached in a very horrible condition. Even the packing was completely torn and neither the dealer nor the company is answering to my request. Their behaviour had been very bad and neglect. Kindly help me out and take some steps so that company should understand that they are not beyond the users and have some integrity to value their customers.

                              I had sent my luggage from belagavi to shillong on 8th march. I got the luggage on 22nd march but there were lot of damages present. Even after sending the gati authorities pictures of the damage, texting them on whatsapp or text and even sending e mails they have not bothered to help out. Their concerned person in hubli is not even receiving calls.in the email that i have sent the customer service only asks for the docket number and then stops replying after that.. I dont know how they treat their customers who even stop receiving the calls... The consignment was packed by them and even the receipt was made by them but they are not taking any responsibility.. The only thing they say is to give them time... They have not replied since the last 3 days.. I am sure i won't get any insurance money back but atleast the staff people who are not helping and ignoring.. Some action should be taken upon them.. I have their mobile numbers if you guys want. Please sack your staff atleast... This is not a professional company at all

                                My parcel was shipped through gati courier service having docket no[protected].
                                Destination address was tinsukia, assam but upon reaching tinsukia, destination address was changed to dibrugarh, assam without any contact done with me.
                                Now, the delivery of the parcel is uncertain. There is no response or help from the customer support as well.

                                Local office should have contacted me prior to any destination change. I need the parcel delivered asap

                                4 Days have passed since the complain, No hint or attempt of delivery. Only phone calls from customer service assuring help and quick delivery but of no use.

                                How can Gati be so lousy and Pathetic? Parcel is at the local office since[protected] and there is no sign of any delivery so far. No calls, no attempt at delivering the parcel

                                I submitted my complaint on 16th March, 2019 regarding damage to my vehicle while transit with my docket number[protected].
                                I got a call a from Gati customer care and they asked for claim documents, but after that no action has been taken yet and I didn't receive any communication from Gati.

                                Kindly look into it.

                                      I have ordered a pc cabinet from amazon which is being shipped through gati. The docket no for the item is[protected]. The order has arrived at the nearest hub on 9th march and its yet to be delivered. Whenever i contact the customer service they come up with fake promises which are yet to be met. They first promised to have it delivered on 10th, then they said they will deliver on 12th, it was 13th after that, and the latest promise was on 14th. I dont see it coming today either. These guys make better politicians with their fake promises that a courier service
