I had a shipment booked with gati kwe for transportation of my household items from dimapur to kolkata. I received the shipment with a delay of 6 days and almost 80% of the items were totally broken and in unusable condition. My tv was broken into 2 pieces, wooden bed was cracked, wooden table was broken, almirah was bent, wooden dressing table was damaged, wooden showcase was damaged, all glass items completely broken, all clothes (Which were inside trunks) were wet and had yellow stains on them, metal racks were bent, metal shelf was bent and the list is never ending. Please do not ever use gati kwe for transport if you want your shipment delivered in one piece.

Please note that the shipment was delivered with a delay of 6 days and maximum number of items were totally damaged.
A number of documents were requested when I complained, which I provided and then survey was conducted where Gati Kwe confirmed a certain amount to be paid by the company for my loss and later changed their own words and reduced the amount by around 50%.They did not stop here... after this they said it was booked at shipper's risk and said that no monetary settlement will be made. Booking receipt was created by Gati Kwe with Shippers risk marked on it and they got it signed by their own representative and did not even inform me about it neither got my signatures on it.
I was not informed about insurance policies, not informed about shipper risk part and did not sign these conditions during booking...Please let me know is this the way Gati Kwe works and cheats always??How will my loss be taken care of, who will pay for it...

Please note that I had already submitted complaint to Gati Kwe and they asked me for number of documents which I provided, they conducted a survey of the loss and confirmed an amount in the Inspection Report which later they them self denied and reduced the amount to around 50% and ultimately said it was a shippers risk and hence we will not perform any monetary settlement, whereas the booking receipt which had shippers risk marked was not signed by me (Customer/shipper) but was only signed by Gati Kwe representative.

Gati Kwe did not explain insurance policies to me, did not mention shippers risk part to me, neither was it signed by me before shipping, , they them self signed the receipt writing whatever they want and now declined claim settlement.

    I used gati service to transfer some stuff of mine from indore to hyderabad. When the cartons got delivered, to my surprise, they had been opened by someone during the transit and moreover, the cartons and the things inside it were eaten by the rats. Lot of things got damaged. Is this the way gati handles and delivers things!!
    Poor handling. Bad service. Will never recommend and use gati services in future. Pathetic.

        fake gati guy taken away my i10 and misuse it

        My i10 car was taken by fake gati guys. I gave them my car for transportation to vijayawada andhra pradesh. They misused it. They took the car to rajasthan two times before removing gps device.
        Gati team do nothing to stop fraud.

        I've no complaints on the response by the customer service staffs as the delivery happened on time as was communicated!

        However, why do you hire delivery boys who are not empathetic?

        Delivery of the consignments (5 boxes -150 kgs in totality) was done to the apartment. As there was no one in the house other than me, i requested the delivery guys to help take the heavy consignments to the 3rd floor. Even i offered to pay them additionally for the same, explaining the scenario.

        They simply refused! Also, my husband had called earlier to your call centre and your call centre executive had confirmed that the delivery guys would call before delivery to confirm availability, but they called after having reached the apartment already. Had we known gatites are coming, we could have planned our day accordingly right??

        Such rude behavior is really dissatisfying & annoying, to say the least!

          I ordered trolley through myntra app and they are sending it through gati hazmat courier... I will be tracking my product in gati website with docket num[protected], destination location given is incorrect.. Its given as guwahati but it should b dhubri...
          Daily i am getting message that it is undelivered due to mismatch of pincode whereas my address, pincode and phone num is completely correct and moreover an i am not getting any calls from the delivery boy only..., they are not delivering the product on the correct location... I called them several times but no use... Dey r telling me to wait...
          They are doing this wantedly i am damn sure...
          They are antedly not sending the parcel from guwahati to dhubri dont know the reason behind it... But seriosly its a big headache... Kindly resolve this issue and contact gati company to do d needful

          Gati people is updating false status daily and not delivering my product. Even today also they updated status as undelivered.. We tried to contact through phone but they are bluffing us, adddress is incorrect kind of silly reasons. We have ordered many packages online and never ever our address or pin was an issue for any of the courier service team. I am afraid these people might have mishandled the package.

          For the continuous 3 days i am getting update in GATI KWE tracker that its out for delivery but i am not getting any calls from delivery boy .. by the evening i wil get message as undelivered due to mismatch of address and pincode whereas itz correct and i order many products online but never our address or PINCODE was an issue for any of the courier service team till now.. my location is in dhubri assam(which i mentioned while ordering) but they are mentioning in their tracker that destination location is guwahati, they are searching for dhubri location pincode(783301) in guwahati, obviously they wont reach then if they are searching dhubri location in guwahati, both are different place...from that one can make out gati is fooling us...
          so stop bluffing customers and deliver the product.
          as a PROOF i am sending you the gati tracker update which u guys are falsely updating everyday
          I HOPE CONSUMER FORUM TEAM WILL HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE.

              I dispatched a docket from Kharagpur on 1st January 2019 ( Dkt No[protected] for Raipur (C.G)
              The official in Kharagpur entered the wrong destination and subsequently it was dispatched for Chandigarh.
              I wrote many complaint mails and constantly tracked the docket but no rectification was made. The docket reached Chandigarh anyhow and after 21 days the destination was corrected to Raipur. The docket finally made its way to me stated destination after 27 days and I discovered that out of the 5 packages I had sent for, only 3 were delivered to me. I am horrified to discover this and I am not sure where the two other packages went

              I will never resort to using Gati's services in this lifetime again and I strongly advice others to never use their services again
              Worst Courier service in this country undoubtedly
              I will be going to consumer court shortly to press charges

                    I placed order in amazon. They booked shipment through gati kwe. Shipment came till whitefield. Later they didn't call me but mentioned in system as "undelivered due to concerned customerperson not available".
                    If i call amazon itll show as connecting, then again show as call disconnected.
                    Worst tracking system ever.
                    It was updated in whitefield branch. Take serious action on the person who did this wrong statement. He is cheating customers and company at a time.

                      The docket no:[protected], was scheduled for the delivery on 19th Nov 2018, but till date its not delivered and in their online tracking website they have updated it as delivered which is wrong and also notified to PaytmMall the same.

                      And even after multiple email to the customer care there is no response they are simply asking for time to which I have already provided them enough time of approx 3 months.

                          This is the worst company i have seen in my entire life. They have broken my household furniture and not accepting the claim. Each time call them they tell the claim is in head office.

                            I have never encountered worse behaviour in any other customer care service as I have encountered with gati. Very poor. They don't even apologise for late or no delivery and don't give proper information either

                              I had got my 32" lg led tv, from gati-kwe (Lucknow), couriered on 13.11.2018. The tv was received on 17.11.2018 in mumbai and it's screen was broken beyond repair (Photos attached).

                              Since then i have been following with the gati-kwe office in lucknow as well as that of mumbai office for recovery of claim. Since, more than last 1 month i have written several mails and made several phone calls to the concerned claim office and courier offices, but there has been no help from anyone.

                              The gati-kwe team has even conducted the inspection of the tv and then also there is no proper response from anyone.

                              The last mail i have received on 24.12.2019 from mr. Sameer parab (Delivery in-charge in mumbai kandiwali office), that i need to get the tv repaired and then initiate the claim.

                              This is the most pathetic response from the gati-kwe team, as they are the one who have broken my tv in transit, for which i was charged a good amount and now i have to first bear the repair charges and then get the claim processed. A good 1 month is wasted in all this and this is the kind o[censored]nprofessional response / help i get from gati team.

                              I hope someone senior and responsible from the gati team reads this post and resolve my query. Otherwise i would be left with no choice other than file a case in the consumer court.

                              Sir i ordered TV from flipkart. They send the product through GATI .Once the product arrived, On the day manager called and inform me the product arrived status.The manager sampath assure that next day the deliver the product but as of now i didnot receive the product yet.I called many times to the customer care, Nobody take action

                                My parcel (Docket number[protected] was suppose to reach by 7 december when it was out for delivery, but even after 14 days it didnt reach me. Every day i call them they are like they will call back in an hour but no one calls. Then again when i call they are like they will deliver the parcel the next day and this cycle continues. Gati just doesnt take care od its customers, please dont use gati in future, service providers like gati should be heavily penalised, for harassing its customers. I think these people steal our products and sell them.

                                  A package booked through amazon.in on 5dec 18 reached to yavatmal warehouse on 10 dec 18 they just eaten the package from that day and inspite of assured delivery date of 13 dec they didnt delivered. Later on i went to another city and was not able to receive the pkg hence instructed them not to deliver the same to me and return the product to the seller so that i get my prepaid amount of 42000/- (Forty two thousand) refunded. But gati is sleeping with popping a bottle of sleeping pills or eithr are with dead servers.
                                  Worst kind of service yet in my life.
                                  Do not go by their words they really sucks, dnt adhere to deadlines, worst customer service, very poor and cold response.
                                  Gati sucks.
                                  Its service is worst of all.

                                      This site is extremely poor and shat. My package[protected] not delievered since 8 days. I have allready updated them to plz arrange a delievery on a urgent basis till 11 december. My package was coming from delhi from homeshop18 they take around 8 days but still no response. Ecom express delhivery bluedart and ekart are much much better than gati. They will deliever the parcal the parcal from delhi location in just arround 3 days but they are extremely bad. Plz deliever it today. I hope next time my none of stuffs shipped with gati in future.

                                      My docket number is[protected] . just prey to god and i will give final warning to homeshop18 that never dispatched my order with gati. Becuase this is one of the worst and shatt company i had requested them sine december 5 and called everyday to plz arrange delievery on 12 december they are just replying one thing we will try and assure delievery date is 13. If it will deliever tommorow i will make sure to make this company bad as much as possible straight warning...
                                      My amazon product not delivered by gati they will never call me or return. My parcel to seller my docket no is[protected] please deliver it as soom as possible
