Hi purchased product from quickr on 28th August 2018 from Delhi. Product successful picked on 3rd sep, from gati transportation. Due to some reasons product reached to Bangalore gati office on 7th sep. I have been following up with them till product not delivered yet to my residency address. 5time they gave false assurance. Docket#[protected]. En number of times I have followed up with them no one give proper answer. Eve I have called Bangalore in charge Vijay even I did not answer my calls. I have gone through lot of mental stress and bp was high speaking to customer service people. Very rude and not up to the mark. Yesterday I was in a call with customer service more than 45 mins. And no proper response and putting me for a long hold. Wasted my time gone through lot of stress. for all this they should compensate me. I am also going to Bangalore consumer court for loading a complaint against they. Unprofessional service

    Hello,

    My name is lakshita patil. My docket number is[protected].

    On 7th august 2018, i have sent 7 packages from chennai to delhi through gati kwe.

    My estimated delivery date (As mentioned on the website) was 13th august 2018, but i had not received my luggage on that day.

    Then later on the website the delivery date was getting changing from 13th august to 14th august and then from 22nd august to 24th august.

    Finally when the pleasant day came and i was about to receive my luggage. (As promised by the customer care executives and other employees of gati) there was a shortage of 1 carton box.

    I haven't received my 1 carton till date.

    It was missing and it is still missing.

    I need an answer for this loss. How can a company like gati-kwe be so irresponsible and careless that not even a single person knows the status of my missing carton box.

    Till date, i have spoken to multiple customer care executives but nobody knows or having any information about my box. I haven't received any proper solution from them.

    It is been 1 month 3 days now. Today i got a reply from gati-kwe, stated that they have lost my luggage.

    Worst service ever. I lost my important luggage costing rs. 30k.

    Please guys do not take their services. You better pay little higher amount to a better courier company.

    I am very upset but this is really bad and not acceptable.

      Order status shows that I'm not available at home. I have been waiting for the shipment, they never contacted me to deliver the shipment. When I contacted the customer care over the phone, they conveyed me that they are unable to deliver the product due to natural calamities in hyderabad.

      Natural calamities in hyderabad ? When it happened ?

        I would like to say the gati is not up to the mark, as the name "gati" they are not performing well. It should be "dheemi" as the services are going down to down and very slow even their services are fake and fraud can say.

        My ordered product had arrived at nashik local courier service 4 days before the expected delivery date but they not delivered to me and on top of that they sent me a message that delivery was attempted but without delivering the product how can they update the fake report "undelivered due to consignee refused to accept delivery due to damage". It seems like they are not loyal to the customer...

          Sir
          I have booked my parcel which contains five boxes on 29 jul 18 from belagavi to shillong with docket no[protected] and gati representative ensured that parcel will be dilivered within 10 days but it's almost one month over. The items are very important and urgently required. I have also lodged so many complaints regarding this to the customer care executive but no initiatives has been taken to resolution for the same. I am very much fedup with this type of service. Thank you

            I have submitted my miscellaneous goods (Books, clothes, kitchen appliance) on 19th august 2018, i was assured delivery in two days i understand the delay for other two days or so.. But now its more than 15 days and no one is letting me know about the status of my goods, whats happened to them

            It has my books for which i have my exam in the next week and need them i dont know i have paid 3k for the exam even the project could not be submitted by last week, this negligience is going to cost me my career & acaedenmics

              The gati currier service is the poorest service of the lowest level. I have booked my parcels docket no[protected] by gati from belagavi to shillong on 29 jul 18and it was ensuring by the gati representative that your parcel will be dilivered within 10 days after the booking. Even on 25 aug it has not been dilivered at the destination then i lodged a complaint to the gati customer care executive (Complaint no 148581) no intiative has been taken to get the dilivery done

                    गति कोरियर की फ्रेंचाइजी जो सिंगरौली में है उसके द्वारा बार-बार अपने वेब पोर्टल पर इन कंप्लीट एड्रेस डाला जा रहा है जबकि उसके द्वारा मुझसे कोई संपर्क नहीं किया गया मैंने उसे कांटेक्ट किया और बताया कि मेरा पता है सीधी जिले में है उन्होंने बोला कि मिस्टेक से वेब पोर्टल पर इन कंप्लीट एड्रेस डाल दिया गया है Flipkart द्वारा भी मुझे बताया कि आपका पता पूरा ना होने के कारण प्रोडक्ट डिलीवर नहीं हो रहा है क्या बकवास है

                      I had booked a shipment via gati couriers from bangalore to
                      Kolkata on 11th august, 2018. The assured date of delivery
                      Was 25th august, 2018. I am yet to receive my luggage. I
                      Had registered a complaint also on 25th august to no avail.
                      3 days on, it is still unresolved.

                      Taking customers for granted once you have obtained the requisite
                      Money seems to be the norm for these shameless, irresponsible
                      Organization. Zero assurance on delivery and horrible customer
                      Care service. It seems like all these people can do is provide
                      Fake promises regarding delivery. I vow to never use this abysmal
                      Company and urge others to refrain from doing so too.

                        My luggage not delivered yet. Gati website shows it should be delivered by 25th Aug.
                        But is already 27th Aug and I am still awaiting delivery.
                        I have raised a complaint with number:[protected] to this effect with Gati Team, yet I have not yet got my parcel.
                        really unprofessional behavior by Gati.
                        Should be pursued in consumer forum as we have a valid receipt provided by their Team during goods submission.

                            Is being delivered to siliguri hub on 21 august 2018
                            We had rang the concerned number on 21 noon they said it will delivered by evening.
                            But they failed on 21st
                            Again 22 they said its a holiday
                            On 23 august on call the concerned full team was on conversation
                            They deny to deliver to day or even tmr the delivery is not guaranteed.
                            On asking the reason they explain
                            That the godown is 10000 sqft and they are not able to locate it.

                            They are even threatening me that tgey will break open the 10 kg parcel in thier godown

                            Why are they harrassing.

                              I have order it from Tom Top on 1st August 2018, The product is dispatched on 5th august 2018, Using the Tracking number provided by Tom Top i have track my order it is from Gati courier after tracking from gati courier site using the tracking number provided by Tom Top the status of my order is Delivered but i did not receive my order from gati courier partner while delivering i did not receive any call from delivery executive.I don't why these people doing like this till now i didn't face any issue this is the first time i am facing with this gati courier.

                                  Booked a shipment from honkong on 3rd august (Docket no.[protected]. Has been lying in one of there warehouses from 10th of august. Assured delivery date was 16th aug. Raised a complaint on 15th but till date it has been lying in the warehouse. Customer service is a sham with no feedback, no complaint forwarding mechanism. (Have incurred expenses of more than 50 rupees in calling their toll free no. Numerous times.) they will tell lies of having calling you but your phone not working etc. Etc... And the gem.. Their tracking portal shows status as address and pin code mismatch.. The address and pin code which had been valid and correct for the last 50 yrs have all of a sudden become incorrect. A company of hippocrates and irresponsible executives

                                  I ordered packages fom amazon and these order received by Gati kwe and gati courier boy didn't deliver my package at right address. He call and tell you have to come and collect your order.
                                  His behaviour is very rude. And after 3 days
                                  he refused my order.
                                  And i received notification that the order cancelled by customer.

                                    How hideously gati the company treat its customers?
                                    What is the purpose of sending a quotation with hidden rates?
                                    17 august 2018 11:30 hours quotation was mailed consuming an amount of 5000 for dispatching a tv from gurgaon to bangalore.
                                    Agreed to handover the consignment in the same eve by 18:00 hour.
                                    There startes the cheating and fraudulent activity from the company and it's payment division.
                                    A bill was raised after a couple of hour with 12000 rupees
                                    Why gati company purposfuly cheat a customer by hiding the charges in quotation?
                                    It has to be dealt legally through consumer court.

                                      Hello Sir/Mam,

                                      This is to inform you that I took the services to send my 1 bike and 5 Cartons and 1 Briefcase from Noida to Trivendram, Kerala as well as 1 carton to Ara, Bihar on 4th August 2018. The following are the issues I have been facing from vendor :

                                      1) Initially I was told that I would be charged 8000 INR for Kerala Shipment, and 900 INR for Ara, Bihar shipment. I paid him 7200/- as advance and rest I was asked to pay upon delivery on Kerala, but today, as I spoke to your vendor, Mr Neeraj (+[protected], he told me that I need to pay him 9540/- more upon delivery (Total would be 16, 740/- considering the Tax and Insurance amount).

                                      2) Moreover, it has already been 10 days and today he told me that it'd be taking 1 week more to deliver my shipment to Kerala.

                                      Also, hereby I am attaching few documents :

                                      1) Snapshots of the conversation between me and Neeraj (the vendor)

                                      2) Billing of shipment from Noida to Trivendram and Ara

                                      Please get back to me on undersigned if you need to know anything else from my side.

                                        Hello sir/mam,

                                        This is to inform you that i took the services to send my 1 bike and 5 cartons and 1 briefcase from noida to trivendram, kerala as well as 1 carton to ara, bihar on 4th august 2018. The following are the issues i have been facing from vendor :

                                        1) initially i was told that i would be charged 8000 inr for kerala shipment, and 900 inr for ara, bihar shipment. I paid him 7200/- as advance and rest i was asked to pay upon delivery on kerala, but today, as i spoke to your vendor, mr neeraj (+[protected], he told me that i need to pay him 9540/- more upon delivery (Total would be 16, 740/- considering the tax and insurance amount).

                                        2) moreover, it has already been 10 days and today he told me that it'd be taking 1 week more to deliver my shipment to kerala.

                                        Please let me know if i could get any support from delhi police and get my belongings at the cost it was said.

                                        Also, hereby i am attaching few documents :

                                        1) snapshots of the conversation between me and neeraj (The vendor)

                                        2) billing of shipment from noida to trivendram and ara

                                        Please get back to me on undersigned if you need to know anything else from my side.

                                        This Gati packers and movers is different from Gati KWE, Gati Kwe Isn't involved in this, it's Gati Packers and Movers from Delhi as shown in the receipt
