My docket no is[protected]. My shipment was pickup from najafgarh (Delhi on 8 aug). The shipment rached gati delhi stc on 10 aug and from the day till now shipment haven't moved from there. Assured delivery date of shipment is 11 aug. I am expecting shipment at my local hub today which is just 70km from delhi but again shipment was not moved inspite of chatting with customer care on saturday 11 aug. My complaint no filed with gati customer care on 11 aug is 33839028. Kindly help me to resolve my issue to deliver my shipment asap and safely and securely.

    I sent my bike on 26th May 2018 but when I received it the following were damaged:
    1. Gear Level
    2. Clutch Level
    3. Oil chamber
    4. Side Stand
    5. Side Stand Sensor
    6. Footrest frame.

    This ### company left my bike in a condition where it could not be used for commute, I had to pull it for 5 kmz. Being a logistics company they didn't even help me with the transportation.

    I have been following up for 2 months now and everyday they just want some new sort of document and keep making up stupid excuses. The other day they're like send us the hardcopies but never provide any address.

    I have copies of their emails and conversations.

      I booked a order on amazon on 22/7/18 which is arriving via gati on 31/7/17 (Dkt no.[protected] but they didnt deliver it till now and made fake delivery attempt and updated that undelivered due to customer not responding to calls. They didnt call me a single time. Only a single message sent to me but in message also, there is delivery boy name and fake contact number of delivery boy. Now again amazon saying that your order is arriving today, and gati saying that out for delivery. I called customer care but still no solution. It is in a gati office 140 km from my home.

        I bought a television which cost about 70k from flipkart assured seller (Free shiping) on jul 17th 2018. Docket no:[protected]. Flipkart assured date of delivery was 26th july. But a gatti courier man came on 27th evening and demand 500 rs for shipping. They said that the item is big so we charged this for shipping. I paid 500rs to courier man then only they deliver my item. What kind of service is this? This is the worst courier service i ever experienced.

          Gati Courier Service is by far the most incompetent company ever ...will advise everyone not to ever thrust sending your package thru them ...characterised by incompetence, breach of trust and insensitive ...cannot trust their words or false promises. It is difficult to lodge a complaint ..they avoid access to any senior person to speak with for redressal of grievances ...Most disappointing and harrassing experience

            Ok, my parcel with docket number[protected] is still not delivered. After complaining so many times. They kept telling me that it will be delivered today, it was all in vain. They were just stalling time, so that they can get an excuse that they also get Sunday. And on Sunday they will say that we don't work on Sundays.

            It has been mentioned that the company works on sunday, but as i already knew that someone from support will tell me that tomorrow is sunday and we don't work on Sunday.

            This company is highly irresponsible and i am shocked that after even seeing so many complaints posted by the customers, the consumer complaint department is not taking any strict action.

            The company is just toying with the customers. This company puts our country to shame and should be taken down.

            I still haven't got my parcel and the company is also wasting the precious time of the customers.

            Strict action has to be taken.

              As per our telephonic conversation, please take note of the incident that took place on 02.07.18, Time:4.15pm (approx) at-

              Birati Abasan, Flat no- MIGU 11/1, M B ROAD, 237 BUS STAND, BIRATI,
              Nimta, North 24 Parganas,
              West Bengal - 700049

              wherein your reputed company vehicle ( WB03C9629 ) rammed into my premise resulting into breakage of Window Grills and Window Panes, the repairing of which shall cost Rs. 10, 000/- (approx). The vehicle was supposed to deliver its contents to the flat nearby at -

              Birati Abasan, Mig (u) 10/9,
              M B ROAD, 237 BUS STAND, BIRATI,
              Nimta, North 24 Parganas,
              West Bengal - 700049,
              but surprisingly "your reputed company's driver (Name: sonu Mobile no:[protected] )" by his careless attitude parked the vehicle inside my house.
              Therefore, it is requested to you to arrange for repairs of the broken window grills along with other damages that took place incidental to such ramming of vehicle, failing which actions might be taken up against your "reputed company".

              Enclosed herewith the proof of damage and the register showing the entry of the vehicle in the aforesaid premises along with the time of such entry of the vehicle in the premises.

                My parcel with docket number €CGoA0AuK8Ck€ which i ordered from Banggood.com was to be be delivered on 11th july. The assured delivery date was 11th july 2018. Yet it was not delivered. I called the office and one of the staff members who talked back rudely to me and asli said he was going out and closing the office, and whatever i want to ask regarding my parcel i can i ask tomorrow.

                I called during the office hours. So that reply was not justified from his side.
                Gati is just toying with the customers, and the consumer care authority should look into the matter.

                My self Sayan Das, FHR id - 41375R, This is to inform you that i am unable to clam my P[censored]nder UN no[protected] and PF Ac no - APHYD/73231/4482,
                My relieving reference id - GATIKWE/41375R/2015 and last working day is 11th Feb 2015.
                After several followup with concern HR team of Gati over Mail & Ph call also but no resolution received yet.
                I ordered Vu TV from flipkart. It was shipped by Gati courior. I mentioned my address clearly which is 120 km away from Jamnagar but they are finding me in Jamnagar. What is this? If you cant find complete address then why you accept at the time of ordering the product. You should not accept only.
                I have suppose to receive my online order item on 16/7/2018 via Gati courier, but not yet delivered till 23/7/2018. without Calling me/ discussed with me, they changed delivery date. we raised complaint for the same. Complaint no. 33765692.

                      I booked a hoodie from paytm mall on 13th of june, expected delivery date created by paytm was 28th of june and their partner network is gati through which they have couriered the order..in gati's website it is showing like the order have reached the city already on 22ndth of june but they didn't even try to contact me or deliver my order to me..
                      Highly irresponsible people..

                      Regarding this problem i have already placed a complain in gati website and the madam who received told on 2nd of july that i will receive it in 24 hrs..
                      I called back yesterday (I. E. Is on 4th of july) again they came up with new reason that they don't have vehicle to visit place of delivery.. When this is the reason they are giving why did they agree to deliver the courier.. What ever i order online i never faced such irresponsible service.. When the order is in city why can't they deliver it to me.. Why they are giving silly reasons.
                      Now m worried that will i get what i ordered or ll be betrayed by the courier people..
                      Please do take action asap.
                      Seriously gati has worst courier service and even customer care people are not responding properly

                          As per new guidelines of EPFO, PF claim has to be done online. Please go through the process and if you have any doubt kindly share with us.

                          Below provided is a process for online Pf withdrawal.

                          Step I : Activate UAN (from provided link- https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ )

                          Step II : Update KYC details & get it approved from employer

                          Step III: Share your PF passbook with employer to mark your exit in Pf records (generate from provided link- https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemberPassBook/Login.jsp)

                          Step IV : Apply for PF withdrawal from UAN portal

                            Sir, I ordered a bp machine through Paytm and The delivery was done by Gati_International. The product had to be delivered by 28 June but they didn't. The product was reached to their nearest hub on 22 June, yet they cant deliver it. When we contact them they said they need 1 week more and every time they are just taking complaints but nothing is happening. So, i requested them for the order cancellation but they said they cant do that.

                            I just don't know what to do . pls help me sir. I am providing all the necessary proofs.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked a parcel of 2 boxes on[protected] from rajahmundry to jharsuguda with docket no.:[protected] and i was assured my package will be delivered with in a week. But till now it was not delivered. One of the packages has been reached to jharsuguda on[protected] but the other is at bhubeneswar from[protected].

                              I have called customer support for several times but there is no use. Only reply i used to get is please wait for 1 day we will update the status and i was given a complaint number: 17704511. And when i checked complaint status in your website says result is success and complaint data not available.

                              When will my packages get delivered???

                              I have chosen gati instead of other courier services as it is a trustworthy brand. But i have not expected this from you people.

                                I have received the parcel 4 days delayed from actual day of delivery and many of my stuff damaged. Also due to delay delivery and damaged thing i had to face alot of inconvenience. Very bad experience with Gati. I would raise theae matter with consumer court if competition is not paid.

                                  But still (26 jun) i'm not receive my product.

                                  As per your mail and telephone call you was promise with in 1 or 2 days my parcel handover to me.
                                  (Docket number[protected]Moglix Order Number[protected]Gati complete[protected] but, yesterday (27Jun 2018) Gati was cancelled my parcel with reason is mismatching address and pincode.Gati must be inform what was address & Pincode specified on parcel. I was attracted here my address on specified Moglix online shopping.

                                  My last order pump, the corresponding delivery service is not doing really bad.
                                  they are asking me to come and collect the order from the courier office (Pincode 606601).
                                  which is 10 miles away, instead of delivering it to the given address (Pincode 606707).
                                  pls take corresponding action.

                                  Sorry to say this, if not possible to delivering the specified address (pin code 606707) than why accept to deliver and waste of time for customer. I really feel bad to ordering to moglix.

                                    I booked my air condition in three packets from bharatpur to guwahati vide docket no[protected]. When i received the product i seen that my one packet open and missed that is stabilizer approx amount rs. 4500/- and other one outer part is in vary bad condition. I complained on their site and inform to there local manager but there is not good response.
                                    Now they are not picking my call also.

                                    Please help me.

                                      Its been 21 days of the date of assured delivery our shipment[protected] has not been delivered yet, on 18th i have got a call from customer care saying that the shipment is traced in Charminar branch and on a conference all with the consignee i have updated the delivery address again with Charminar office team but till now we haven't received.Post many follow ups nothing getting worked out, the Hyderabad Gati logistics team is so negligent that they are least bothered about the position of the customer.

                                        I placed an order no.[protected] dated 28th may 2018. The product is tummy trimmy excerciser. You shipped through courier gatti kwe. Tracking shows misplaced address and shows reaching jorhat (Assam). I will be pleased to receive it at my address. You should check it thoroughly. If it is not possible to send it to my address you should have not accepted the order. If not possible, refund my entire amount including shipping charge. I will not place any order in future.
                                        Docket number[protected] from Alwar to Delhi shipped on 8th june 2018 carrying Cycle “Montra”, on receving it on 13th june 2018 the entire gear box was found to be broken, the refund process is complex and there is no hope for that the company personal is charging me more than quoted price for delivery
