My parcel with docket number €CGoA0AuK8Ck€ which i ordered from Banggood.com was to be be delivered on 11th july. The assured delivery date was 11th july 2018. Yet it was not delivered. I called the office and one of the staff members who talked back rudely to me and asli said he was going out and closing the office, and whatever i want to ask regarding my parcel i can i ask tomorrow.

I was worked gati ltd bangalore BLRD location from 1st march 2016 to march 31st 2017 but in this duration provident fund not added in to my account, gati hr not responding my call and mail, i checked in pf website also in that pf details are not reflecting, kindly give me the solution for this waiting for your support.

My tracking no. Is[protected] yesterday was my delivery date that is july 4th but i didn’t get my percel from gati-kwe and they will not inform me... And they will returned to banggood.com without my permission how irresponsible and when track my percel in banggood site it shows my percel was arrived on june 20 but nobody informed and contacted me from gati-kwe please troubleshoot my problem otherwise please refund my money thank you......

I booked a hoodie from paytm mall on 13th of june, expected delivery date created by paytm was 28th of june and their partner network is gati through which they have couriered the order..in gati's website it is showing like the order have reached the city already on 22ndth of june but they didn't even try to contact me or deliver my order to me..

Sir, I ordered a bp machine through Paytm and The delivery was done by Gati_International. The product had to be delivered by 28 June but they didn't. The product was reached to their nearest hub on 22 June, yet they cant deliver it. When we contact them they said they need 1 week more and every time they are just taking complaints but nothing is happening. But till now it was not delivered. One of the packages has been reached to jharsuguda on[protected] but the other is at bhubeneswar from[protected].

I booked my air condition in three packets from bharatpur to guwahati vide docket no[protected]. When i received the product i seen that my one packet open and missed that is stabilizer approx amount rs. 4500/- and other one outer part is in vary bad condition. I complained on their site and inform to there local manager but there is not good response.
Now they are not picking my call also.

Please help me....

Its been 21 days of the date of assured delivery our shipment[protected] has not been delivered yet, on 18th i have got a call from customer care saying that the shipment is traced in Charminar branch and on a conference all with the consignee i have updated the delivery address again with Charminar office team but till now we haven't received.Post many follow ups nothing getting worked out, the Hyderabad Gati logistics team is so negligent...

Docket no[protected], i send house hold items from ghaziabad to bhuj, total send items was 07. When i received items, one box was badly damaged condition. And some of valuable items inside the box are also damaged.

My dealer booked a parcel in delhi behalf of me for my customer.
At the time of booking he has paid courier charge 1700 and again at the time of delivery courier person charged 1500 from customer, so gati-kwe charged twice for single parcel. Its cheating, fraud and they are robbers.
Their service also very worst. After booking there was no update in online for 4 days then after many followup they have updated online....

But when i contacted them, they are saying that they have not yet received the parcel from shipper and that they are forwarding only the documents!!! The docket booked at warangal on 18.05.18 to chennai. But till today we are getting hope less response from gati customer service. No any reason updating from gati for non despatch of consignment.

On 26.08.18 the consignment reached chennai godwon ambattur chennai and till today they are updating as the consg.. Has left out for delivery. Even we have raised the issue by mail to customer service and they also confirming that...
