I placed an order no.[protected] dated 28th may 2018. The product is tummy trimmy excerciser. You shipped through courier gatti kwe. Tracking shows misplaced address and shows reaching jorhat (Assam). I will be pleased to receive it at my address. You should check it thoroughly. If it is not possible to send it to my address you should have not accepted the order. If not possible, refund my entire amount including shipping charge. I will not place any order in future.
Docket number[protected] from Alwar to Delhi shipped on 8th june 2018 carrying Cycle “Montra”, on receving it on 13th june 2018 the entire gear box was found to be broken, the refund process is complex and there is no hope for that the company personal is charging me more than quoted price for delivery

    Docket no[protected], i send house hold items from ghaziabad to bhuj, total send items was 07. When i received items, one box was badly damaged condition. And some of valuable items inside the box are also damaged.

      I am supossed to receive my shipment on 28 th May 2018 as per Gatti KWE assured date

      But till now I haven't received it.

      I have went to 3 Gatti Courier Branches where they are just simply saying that parcel is in another branch and so on they are just escaping.

      Even I have not received a proper response from customer care after lodging 4 complaints...

      I haven't experianced such a poor service...

        Hi,
        My dealer booked a parcel in delhi behalf of me for my customer.
        At the time of booking he has paid courier charge 1700 and again at the time of delivery courier person charged 1500 from customer, so gati-kwe charged twice for single parcel. Its cheating, fraud and they are robbers.
        Their service also very worst. After booking there was no update in online for 4 days then after many followup they have updated online. I mean they charged for courier, but not dispatched for 4 days after followup and esclation they dispatched.
        Parcel reached chenni, but they did not delivered parcel for 4 days again many follow up and escalation they delivered it and charged 1500 etc.
        I am going to file a complaint in consumer court. Please everyone who suffered from gati-kwe file your complaint here.

          Description: I had to courier my luggage from Bangalore to Mumbai as I was moving so I had contacted Gati couriers for the same. I had handed over my luggage on 29th May 2018 (Tuesday) to the Gati person and was charged Rs. 4450. I asked the person that whether I can pay 50% of the amount later when the luggage gets delivered; however they said that they take the full amount in prior itself. I had paid and I was told that the luggage will be delivered safely by Friday (01 June 2018) and was provided with the Docket number later. I contacted Gati customer care service on Friday to know the status of the delivery and I was told that as per the system the estimated day of delivery is 04 June 2018 (Monday); so I waited till 04th June, although I called on Sunday once to confirm if the delivery will be done by Monday and had received the confirmation. I had not even received a single call or sms or mail regarding the same. Later I thought of checking the status online on Gati-KWE site and found that the status is reflecting as 'Delivered'. I called again the customer service, and they were telling me that it has been already received at the destination. I am telling them that I am at the destination address and I have not received any package. I have been calling so many people since then, everyone is giving other number to contact.
          Desirable resolution: Customer Service needs to be more proactive and give accurate information. If any mistake occurred from their side, acknowledge it, and move swiftly to correct it. Also, try to achieve timely delivery.

            My parcel with docket no.[protected] was picked up on 23rd may 2018.. The last update was on 27th may that it has been received at delhi gateway and the assured delivery date was 1st june 2018.. But when i contacted them, they are saying that they have not yet received the parcel from shipper and that they are forwarding only the documents!!! (The shipper had dispatched the parcel on 22nd may)...

            What king of pathetic service is this???
            Do you pickup parcels to deliver the documents or to deliver the parcel???

            The parcel contained some very important and valuable items that i required very urgently by 3rd june!!

            The gati customer service is hopeless... No use of calling them...

            Had experienced the same earlier too and my parcel was delivered 2 weeks after the delivery date.. That too badly damaged!!

              The docket booked at warangal on 18.05.18 to chennai. But till today we are getting hope less response from gati customer service. No any reason updating from gati for non despatch of consignment.

              On 26.08.18 the consignment reached chennai godwon ambattur chennai and till today they are updating as the consg.. Has left out for delivery. Even we have raised the issue by mail to customer service and they also confirming that the cons.. Will be delivered.

              We also told them that we will complaint to consumer court. They are not seems like solving the issue.

              Very poor customer service...

              Help us... Guide us...

                We dispatched goods from Punt to Palwal on 25/5/2018 vide doc no[protected]. Ten liter drums were packed in Cartons with heatlon packing over drums to prevent damages. But the customer four cartons damaged. The images are attached herewith. This is very pathetic as we have paid Gati more than double the regular freight as it is said to be courier handling which is supposed to be handled carefully. But this is non professional handling which has caused such losses.
                Hence we request the amount of four damaged cartons to be paid to us by Gati-KWE.

                  But today 29 may 2018 it didn't move single inch. Worst service experience.
                  Will not recommend to send any item through this courier service. Worst service. 0 (Zero) star rating courier service. They will not providing late delivery actually they are sleeping with product.

                  It was my worst courier experience wit Gati. Never suggest to avail your service.i have cancel the order.
                  I have sent my bike from berhampur, odisha to rabale, navi mumbai on[protected], while they promised with in 7 days delivery. But its[protected] but status still showing Intransit(Hyderabad outbound). my docket no is[protected]. Please help. there is no tracking through mobile no. waste service should not have selected gati.

                    I had to transport a unit from mumbai to a small city in gujarat. I contacted gati as the unit was sent to me by the same courier company. Upon calling and giving them a description of the cargo i was informed that i would get a call back from the local guy. Mahavir called me up and i game him the same details that i gave to customer care center upon which he said a guy (Amit) would be around the next day to check the cargo and give a correct estimate with the packing charges. Now up until now the estimate for the shipping was given ₹5000 + packing charges of ₹450/4 cubic feet. But the third guy naresh who contacted me said that it would infact cost me ₹10000 + ₹[protected] for the packing. He got my number from mahavir and told that the previous estimate was wrong and did not account for volumetric weight. He also told me to give the whole amount cash before hand. Gati previously told me that i needed to only pay packing charges cash and the rest on delivery. He then implied that he was giving me a discount after. Which i okayed the amount and asked him for pickup. Two guys came for the pickup but naresh suddenly informed me that i needed a waybill as the material had value and wasn't scrap as he 'thought' it was. The whole week no one informed me that i needed to generate a waybill for my cargo. I had been clear that the value of the cargo was ₹20, 000 - ₹30, 000. This took up my whole week calling up gati and its local guys

                      I am from gujarat, rajkot. I have ordered a material from hongkong which was booked in gati. It was scheduled for delivery on 24th of may but till now the material is not reached to india. I am calling/emailing them since 5 days but there is no proper answer from them. Before 4 days i asked they said it's in custom for clearence but when i had a conversation with the delhi customs they said we haven't received any material with this docket number. Then after gati officials said it hasn't left the hongkong faculty. I am posting please check it out. That is a gift for my friend he's birthday is on 30th.

                        Hi, regarding my package which i ordered from amazon, though it reached my near my place on 10th may 2018, they held till 18th may and then moved package to shimoga, its been another 3 days they are not delivering. I called gati customer care nearly 10 times, everyday they are saying they will deliver in 24 hrs, but they are not doing. If i contact their online chat service, they are purposefully making me wait for nearly 1 hr and no response. I'm supposed to get this by 18th may, but still i have not received. They wait for other package to also deliver to other customers so that they can save money, and we have to suffer for that. I have attached details.

                        GATI-KWE has damaged my house hold items 3 months ago and they ill treated my several requests for compensation. is there any way I can get the compensation as they have cheated me by putting the transit damages in shippers risk. I have not faced this much damage in any parcel couriers as I have faced with this useless and irresponsible GATI-KWE

                          These people doesn't give on time delivery and least bothered about customers complaints. No customer care will help and they will ask us to contact local office. After paying money to these people we have to call and inquire N number of times and simply they will be telling like call to that number, this number and all. After 5 days of the delivery date, I was able to track where the vehicle is and that too upon using the high influence. Really shame on the service provided by these people.
                          None bothers about the delivery or updating the status. My product was door delivery, but these guys were keep on postpone and telling tomorrow will deliver. Got irritated with their behaviors and I only traveled around 20 KM to collect my vehicle.
                          I can rate 0 to their service.
                          I suggest not to go with this transport.
                          least bothered about the customers and they need only money it seems. Irresponsible staff.

                              I left my job 2 years ago. After resigning two year not updated exit date in my uan portal till now... Due to not mentioned exit date in my uan portal... Because of which i am unable to with draw the amount my pf... I am trying to talk to my last hr employer last 1 year but his mobile no. Is going switch off... And that is not fair thing...

                                I ordered a tv from flipkart and gati was selected for delivery.

                                However, it is showing wrong update sone knowingly by their staff. These guys are saying that they arrived at place and didn't deliver due to unavailability of concerned person; which it self is wrong.

                                I am fed up of both flipkart and gati. Please don't buy online.

                                    Delhivery courier is much better than gati because they delieverrd my parcal in 4 days coming from surat to sasaram which is long distance but in gati from noida to sasaram which is only 1000 km but they taken 10 days to deliever

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am writing here to complaint about the misbehaviour of the delivery person from gati courier who came to deliver a refrigerator ordered from flipkart.

                                      I would like to inform you that i had ordered (Order id od[protected] a refrigerator from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by gati-kwe. A delivery person (V. K. Srivastava) came to deliver my order on 11/05/2018 (Friday) without any assistant with him and he was the only one who was driving the vehical and delivering the items.

                                      As i live on the first floor, on his arrival he called me from the road to ask (Not requesting) me to lift the refrigerator upto my door. When enquired about why he is alone and not having any assistant with him to deliver item to the customers door, he satrts speaking in a loud tone and in arrogant manner he told me me that this is the way they deliver the items thoughout the day and if i want it to be delivered by that day only i have to lift the item (Along with) from his vehical to my door otherwise he will take delivery back. Also, he threaten me i may need to wait for a long if he takes back the item.

                                      Regarding the same i had complaint about the matter to filpkart and gati courior but till now i have not recived any responce about the action taken on my complaint niether i have recieved the item i had ordered.

                                      I am deeply pained/hurt by the arrogant behaviour of that delivery person and feeling humiliated the way he talks to me in front of my society. I hope that an appropriate action will be taken in this regards.

                                      Also, i am worried about the qaulity of the product due the delay in the delivery.

                                      Please take the necessary action.

                                        I vidya bhushan tiwari shiped house hold items from goa to lucknow on 18 march 2018. Total 18 items shipped and i pay gati rep. Najeem 17500 for transportation changes. But he was not given any receipt. He say tomorrow. Till date not given any physical documents to me.
                                        My 17 items recieved on 26 march 18 and two items found dammaged (Bike and frdge) and one item sorts.
                                        When i complaint various time then on 05 apr 2018 suitcase was delivered by damaged and breaking of lock conditions which was i written in recipt copy.
                                        When i was ladge claim gati rep priyanka say that i had not proceed your claim because values of item is one rs.
                                        Iwas call mr jaisawal manager of gati goa but he did not given any responses.
                                        When iwas talk customer care and mis payal lucknow rep he said that only u call to gati goa.
                                        I was call various time to variois gati rep which are mentioned belowa

                                        Before when i was clled to mr prabhkar. He say that gati courier is approved by govenmsnt of india you go any where and do any thigs i do not any thigs regarding your claim.
                                        After than no body pick up my phone call by gati rep.
                                        Gati courier say your vallue of item is 1 rs but if vallue if item is 1 rs then why i paid 17500 rs to gati.
                                        Who is put vallue of item 1 rs gati rep or me
                                        So that i humly requested that gati lincence ceased and all rep. Envalve in this matter 420 penalties severely so that he do not such things like that.
