Hi, regarding my package which i ordered from amazon, though it reached my near my place on 10th may 2018, they held till 18th may and then moved package to shimoga, its been another 3 days they are not delivering. I called gati customer care nearly 10 times, everyday they are saying they will deliver in 24 hrs, but they are not doing. If i contact their online chat service, they are purposefully making me wait for nearly 1 hr and no response. I'm supposed to get this by 18th may, but still i have not received. They wait for other package to also deliver to other customers so that they can save money, and we have to suffer for that. I have attached details.
