Here in my area (Midnapore - kharagpur region), we receive quikr doorstep products via gati. And experienced worst and delayed delivery service possible, also experienced false reporting and bad behaviour from gati team, not once, twice in a row. Talking about the last experience.
The docket number for my order was[protected].
This was to be delivered to me by 17th feb, 2018. The product reached my nearest hub (10km from my home) on 16th feb. But on 17th feb, morning, i received a call from them saying the product will be delivered on 19th feb, and asking if i would receive the product or not. He didn't even listen to request to deliver the product within time (Harsh commanding tone from their end). Then i agreed to receive the product on 19th feb. They updated in their system "out for delivery" on 19th feb morning. But at night, they updated "customer requested another date" while the truth is that i didn't even receive any call from their delivery guy. I lodged a complaint in gati customer care, giving all details. I was assured that the matter will be taken care of. On 20th feb, morning, they again updated "out for delivery". But then again, no delivery and at night they updated "customer requested another date" without even calling me. I didn't even receive any call from gati customer care about my complaint and while checking status of complaint, it showed "not valid complaint". Also no step taken to solve my issue. Today is 21st feb as of writing this, still no call from gati, no receipt of package, no step taken from their end. This is how they treat their customer. That was a prepaid order overall. I've not received any refund either.
