I have order a ordered a stuff online which was delivered by gati - kwe services on 7th march 2018. I got a call from the delivery guy mentioning that sir you come downstairs and collect the package. I told him that i am not there home and that the parcel will be collected by my dad who is at home. Instantly his response was that sir we wont deliver to your flat. I can drop your parcel near staircase. The delivery man was very arrogant and said we dont have such policies to deliver the item to the flat. Kindly tell me is this the correct policy followed. He expect my dad should come downstairs who is 65 years old to collect the parcel.

    Hello,

    Below the email i sent to gati customer care after facing a disappointing service.

    Myself rakesh, a resident of bangalore. I had ordered a product from gearbest.com which was supposed to be delivered by gati courier service under tracking number:[protected]. The package was supposed to be delivered on 27th of february.

    I received a phone call from a delivery agent named madhu (As per truecaller) from number '[protected]' on 03rd of march with a delay in delivery of 4 days. There was no prior message or intimation given that the package was going to be delivered on that day. The shipping address on the package was my previous residential address and i have shifted to a new house almost 30kms away from the old address.

    Once i received a call from the agent at 12.40pm i informed him about the address change and requested him to give me a specific time of his availability at my old address, so that i can go there and pick the package. He told me to be there by 2.30pm to collect it. I travelled 30kms and reached there before 2.30pm and gave a call to the agent and got a very rude response as he is busy and will take some more time. I requested him to give me a time frame so that i can wait for him there. He very rudely answered that there is no specific time. It might take another 2 to 3 hours and disconnected the call. I waited there for 2 and half hours and gave him a call and for my surprise he started to disconnect the call. I tried to call him almost 30 times as i was in desperate need to collect the package. There was no answer and finally he switched off the phone.

    I called the gati customer service twice for help but got a response as there is no way to track the delivery agent and order cannot be delivered today. My whole weekend wasted waiting for an irresponsible guy who works with gati and had to travel back 30kms again empty handed.

    I am sure that there will be no response received on this email too but i think this is the only way i can atleast express my frustration. It would be great if you guys can do something about this. Thanks for nothing.

      This is regarding my bag.. Which my mom couriered from gati kwe from rajasthan to hyderabad.
      The bag was very well in condition and was locked.
      These gati thieves dared to broke the lock of my bag and stole the stuff which was inside the bag and locked the bag with an altogether different and local lock, pretending like nothing happened with my bag. When i raised my complaint, they took 25 days and did nothing regarding my case.
      Their executive rekha and safdar ali khan - the manager sent an executive to my house without any purpose. The executive bhaskar came to my house, he did nothing regarding the complaint and now he is pinging me on facebook. That's how gati entertains their customer's complaint.
      After calling them for numerous times, they said that the bag was delivered in intact condition whereby even they know that my stuff got stolen. They scanned my entire bag.. And stole all my precious things.
      This is scary. This is ridiculous. Guyz.. Never ever courier your stuff via gati kwe. Their service is very poor which justifies their google ratings now. Their customer care setup is very ineffective and hardly solves any issues. These people don't know how to talk to customers. One of there executive shekhar singh is very rude and was acting like his stuff got stolen.
      Spread this message and stop people from delivering anything via gati.

        It is really a matter of surprise for me that you are not delivering my item at my address, one of the courier boy at your center in dharmsala never visited me and he is telling a lie that he could not trace my address. This is second time that i have been harassed. I had ordered the same product a few days before but it was not delivered to me at my address. Please look into the matter and take an appropriate action against the person responsible for this.

          Here in my area (Midnapore - kharagpur region), we receive quikr doorstep products via gati. And experienced worst and delayed delivery service possible, also experienced false reporting and bad behaviour from gati team, not once, twice in a row. Talking about the last experience.
          The docket number for my order was[protected].
          This was to be delivered to me by 17th feb, 2018. The product reached my nearest hub (10km from my home) on 16th feb. But on 17th feb, morning, i received a call from them saying the product will be delivered on 19th feb, and asking if i would receive the product or not. He didn't even listen to request to deliver the product within time (Harsh commanding tone from their end). Then i agreed to receive the product on 19th feb. They updated in their system "out for delivery" on 19th feb morning. But at night, they updated "customer requested another date" while the truth is that i didn't even receive any call from their delivery guy. I lodged a complaint in gati customer care, giving all details. I was assured that the matter will be taken care of. On 20th feb, morning, they again updated "out for delivery". But then again, no delivery and at night they updated "customer requested another date" without even calling me. I didn't even receive any call from gati customer care about my complaint and while checking status of complaint, it showed "not valid complaint". Also no step taken to solve my issue. Today is 21st feb as of writing this, still no call from gati, no receipt of package, no step taken from their end. This is how they treat their customer. That was a prepaid order overall. I've not received any refund either.

            Sub: holding our material

            I have made so many phone calls to respective officers for returning back our material. As gati have charged the wrong amount and calculated wrong weight of the material. You have charged rs.7600 (Approx) to my customer for delivery of the material. Which is too high as the material value itself rs.20, 000.00

            We have dispatch 350 kg (Including packaging weight) material through gati on to pay basis on 25/01/2018 to bangalore. But you have charged for the weight of 500kg to our customer. This is a big blunder and fraud in weight calculation and false charges. We request you to return our material at free of cost or deliver the material to our customer at free of cost as you have delayed the delivery schedule and also you ruined our relationship with our customer.

            We will go to consumer court in within 24 hours to file a case against gati for holding our material for no such reasons and for ruining our relationship with our customer. You have this material since 3 (Three) weeks and not returning or delivering. Also, you are saying for demurrage charges against our customer for not accepting the material as its truly your people's fault.

            Please note this is written notice and complaint against gati and copy of this letter issue to gati ltd, ahmedabad.

                I would like to make a complaint because the article was undelivered due to the incompetency of the company. The delivery of the article was scheduled on 12th feb 2018. For reference, the docket number of this delivery is:[protected].

                In addition to being not delivering the article, the company updates the false delivery status without contacting us. As a proof, i attached the screenshot of the provided docket number. As can be seen from the attachment, the company delays the delivery by mentioning it as a request made from us, where as no such request made from us. Now, the reason for not delivering is stated as "redirected to new destination", where as no such redirection is made from us. I have sufficient proofs regarding this.

                When contacting the customer care, there is no response at all.

                I would like the respective authorities to take the stringent action against the company for their irresponsible and unethical practices.

                  The app says they tried contacting me 4 times at Hyderabad location, but they called me only once. When I called Gati they are making fun of me.

                  I called gati several times since 8th February, they were professional enough and responded to me properly and I also waited for my product to be delivered until 12th Feb and now complaining to you because today gati is picking up calls and pretending as if they dont here me and giggle in the background. I was told some senior will call me but no one called me and tell me why the docket is not delivered. so I called them back, but they keep giggling in the background and playing with the call and make me disconnect me the call. gati picks the call and says hello hello and act as if they don't here me. or they make fun of me "if i say am I audible go u" they reply no I am not ? my god !

                  wow already lots of complaints below, I have the same issue with Gati-KWE/ does someone solve it ? my god ?

                    Gati must be the worst among private couriers. I[censored] purchase anything online, especially from international sites and its shipped by gati, most likely it will not be delivered, but tracking status will show "delivered" and signed by some common name like "babu." with other private couriers u may experience delay in delivery and they may ask u to collect it from their office, but they will not attempt to steal the parcel itself. Gati is almost like the govt run india post..

                        Hi I sent my goods from Mumbai to baroda on 30th. I was assured of the delivery on 2nd Feb.
                        The goods have not yet arrived and the stakeholders involved are not answering the call.
                        The service provided is horrible.
                        I am frustrated and I recommend people not to avail their services no matter what!!!

                            I had a parcel shipped to me through gati, with a assured delivery date of 15 jan, but today is 17 jan and i havent recieved my parcel yet. I was using gati for my courier transfer for the first time and i will never use it ever again. I would also recomend all to never send their courier through gati, as they are also very unprofessional in their approach towards their customer promising everytime but never delivering. The most unprofessional courier service that i have experienced in last 10 years o[censored]sing all courier services.

                              I have used services of gati packers and movers in shifting my stuff from noida to bangalore. First of all they committed delivery within 7 days max but actually delivery was done after 12 days that too after lot of follow ups. They provide service o[censored]npacking also however nobody came to do unpacking. We only did it even after paying them a hefty amount. I have paid 3000 rs as insurance premium amount so that i can get the damages compensated but these guys didn't provide a single penny in return of the damages and theft made. Would request you to cancel their license so that they should not cheat any other.

                                My parcel gati dxt no.[protected] originated from panipat with product from homeshop18 to reach ranchi at my address.
                                I want to know to which authority/rule/act or govt. Directive the courier boy took adhar no. And document. The parcel was pre-paid.
                                There are various fraud cases by mis-use of adhar no. Now when adhar is being linked with mobile and bank a/cs then, what is the guarantee that, the courier boy or any other friend or allies of that person whosoever has access to the adhar no. Will not mis-use it.
                                Don't you think this is a case matter to be brought before consumer forum or a competent court of law in india.

                                Dear Mr Rajesh,

                                This is to inform you that during the time of delivery, in case of prepaid shipment we have to verify any ID proof . In this case we have taken Adhar number and not any xerox documents of Adhar card . We assuring you as this will not use for any wrong purpose.
                                This reply does not fulfill my purpose. I need a written apology and an undertaking that if in future any mis-use case of adhar no is registered then Gati would be responsible for it.

                                  My courier docket no is[protected]. This courier reached at nearest gati office on 28th dec 2017. But is still not delivered by gati to me. I registered complaint on 1st of jan 2018. Complaint no 33028038 to gati. After that status of my consignment changed to 'out for delivery' on 3rd of jan. But i have not received it yet. Distance from the gati office to my home is about 20km. Today even their customer care didnot respond to my query properly.

                                  Actually office of Gati courier is just 4.5km away from my home. So I called them and took the delivery my self. As their staff completely refused to deliver it to me at my home. Really shame on GATI courier. They can't deliver it up to 4.5km distance. Worse courier service.

                                  As per GATI courier they told me today they don't have enough courier to deliver to my location. So they will not deliver it until they will have more parcel. This is very sad.

                                  Please close my complaint I have taken delivery myself. GATI courier centre is not even 20km from my home. It is just 4.5km now.But the attitude there staff has shown is shameful.

                                  I have complained earlier also for which they marked that as resolved which is not resolved as my courier is not received. I have paid money for it and I am sure they have lost my parcel as from last two months they are fooling me. Disgusting services and ppl at gati.

                                    I ordered a product online from club factory and delivery date for the same was 24th december.
                                    I called customer care of gati to raise the complain of non delivery.
                                    They told it will be resolved in 2 days and you will be receiving the order on 28th. Its 30th today and they are asking me to wait for more time period.

                                    The order was an urgent order and i wanted it by 28th.

                                      I had placed an order from lightin the box site which was paid and suppose to be deliver through gati courier. They never tried to deliver and it's been two months i have been calling to their customer care and wrote many mails but no solution. Disgusting ppl and service as they have lost my parcel. My complaint no is 32958455. I have mails with reminders and atleast 10 calls made on their customer care and the answer was that we will deliver ur product shortly. I have paid for that product, either u pay my money or get my product

                                        Item was to be delivered as assured date of delivery on 15/12/2017 vide docket no[protected]. Registered a complaint vide complaint number 32958198 on 18/12/2017, but no answer from their end. The same had happened 2 months back with a different shipment but the courier service was the same. I had to personally visit their location to bring the item.
