I sent my bike from Delhi to Daltanganj (Jharkhand) on 6th March'18, When my maternal Uncle received from Daltanganj, Visor and Clutch were broken completely and not usable.

This was very sad to see the way it was unprofessional handled during transportation even after paying almost double than railway charges. I am attaching picture clicked when received from Daltanganj.

I was told to submit few forms along with ID& Address proof in soft copy, which I followed, But they did make any visit to my place to collect original documents to process it further.

They told me they will visit to collect documents but didnt, they kept saying me to visit their office and submit.

Kindly look into matter and do the needful. they are intentionally delaying the process of settlement.

Earlier I was told that documents will be collected and later on I was asked to visit your branch. I just could not understand what went wrong in 4-5 days and compel your team change your statement

    The pickup date of the shipment was 01-may-2018 from ranchi (835217) and the delivery location is hyderabad (500089). The assured delivery date provided by gati was of 08-may-2018.

    The docket arrived in hyderabad outbound on 08-may-2018 (03:32 hrs), however it has not moved to the local warehouse for delivery until now (10-may-2018 11:11hrs).

    Raised a complaint on gati customer care but still the issue has not been resolved. Complaint num: 17556953. The complaint office says to wait for another 2-3 days because of some issue at hyderabad outbound location and upon asking the exact reason for delay they are dodging my question.

    There is no need of you guys. I myself took this issue, reached out to the warehouse and resolved the case on my own.
    My items were lying in a different warehouse and no body had a clue initially. It is a case of negligience feom Gati. Had i not raises a complaint and followed on this issue peraonnaly, i would have never received my shipment.
    And here you guys come after two weeks, absolutely clueless what to do.
    You guys have a crappy service and incompenent customer service department who are incapable of handling retail shipments.
    I thank to the person in charge of thw warehouse who understood my urgency and graciously helped me out.

      Hello sir/mam,

      I am sonu from pujab. I purchased a tv from kodak and after some time i am facing some problem in it and i call kodak for replacement. Kodak is ready to give me replacement. Kodak send me new tv on 2-5-2018 from delhi to punjab by gati courier and dispatch that tv to jharkhand they did not giving any proper response to me i called them so many times everyone is giving someone no to talk with them.         Bike was heavily damaged during transport by gati transport ltd. Complaint has already been lodged and damaged photos have been submitted online to gati customer care. Inspite of repetitive calls by me, no response from gati representatives and no compensation has been released. Now after elapse of around one month, gati representative mr rahul shukla responded that no compensation will be issued to the damage by company. Please provide justice to the loss of the customer. Regards

          Dear partner,

          In regards to the consignment was booked under cn no.[protected] on[protected], by road, from vasai to guwahati, 92 box, for consignee named best it world india private limited, guwahati, which has not been received by the customer till date.

          The assured delivery date was 21st april 2018 which has been exceeded by a week now. No body responds on telephonic calls to various gati guwahati contact nos. Calls are being willingly rejected by gati officials. Gati is failing to provide satisfactory services to customer and has been found negligent in rendering services by huge delay in delivering the consignments including misplacement and losing all the documents of many previous consignments booked by us which caused several delay and much inconvenience to us.

          We had very much pressed for an urgent delivery for tender order is pending with us but it seems our many requests have had no influence on your tardy working. We shall be glad to know when we may expect delivery. This delay on your part is causing us considerable embarrassment.

          As mentioned earlier it was an urgent delivery case so we cannot compromise on the late delivery of material at our site. It is mandatory to have material delivered for a sufficient pace of work to be kept going as it is a fast track project so no delay in its deadline can be tolerated. So it is advised that an early action may be taken in this regard from your side to carry out the delivery as soon as possible.

          We must really insist upon greater promptitude in regard to deliveries.

          Hope you understand our concern and will do the needful in this regards on high priority basis.

            Yesterday i made complaint regarding docket[protected] which is been delayed in material delivery from delhi to mumbai gati executives are so irresponsive arrogant didn't even bother to address the issue forget about resolving.
            Their unprofessional attitude towards consumers its like they are doing some favour on us when you questioned them regarding

              Dear sir /ma'm
              My seller paytm shipped materialdocket[protected] on 20 april 2018 by gatikwe from delhi to mumbai.
              According to gati item assured delivery date was 25 april 2017 but my item is delayed reasons i don't know even gati can't explained.
              Its been over 5 days today 26th april material
              Is still in source location delhi when i asked them reason they aren't ready to explain.
              This clearly unprofessional deliberately delaying my shipment for pooling other materials my shipment is put on hold even after crossing assured delivery deadline which was 25 april.
              Please help me with this.

                I ordered a product from Flipcart to Chhatarpur. it reached Chhatarpur on 21st April so i contacted local gati customer service, they were not at all in mood of talking to me. And they said they will deliver it when free... Gati person misbehaves many times and threaten to cancel the order falsely. Very poor behavior and service. We still have not received the order. They might falsely cancel it while i need it urgently. Pl look into and take suitable action against such poor persons so that they get a lesson for future.

                  I ordered a product from hong kong to bhopal. Yesterday it reached bhopal so i contacted gati customer service they were not at all in mood of talking to me. And they said they will deliver it when free... Wait what? Are you guys running a business or what? Ok so i tried live chat and there pravin d was my agent... He asked for docket number and said please wait and there was no reply for more than 1 hour so i tried chatting again and again for 6-7 times... My question was so simple that i asked gati people my courier has arrived and kindly tell me weather it will be delivered on sunday or can i go to office to pick it up and if yes please tell me address of the gati office... But they pissed off for such questions... Really bad service gati 😕😕😐😐😩😩😡😡

                    Regarding dammage of bike fridge suitcase and breaking of lock docket no[protected]
                    I was booked item 18 mar 18 from goa to lucknow total 18 items by gati rep nadeem
                    And 17 item recieved on 26 march 18 and 1 item missing. Any how above 1item also recieved on 05 apr 18. I was not recieved invoice and bills by courier rep nadem by till datey various item bike fridge and suitcase was damaged and suitcase lock was broken by company
                    So it is requested that this case is taken up and this case is inquiries by board and my loss of item vallue appro 39000 paid by company immediately. And person who was broken lock penalties him.

                    All personal and all staff was involved neglect me previous one month.
                    He was not give me claim not provide any bill

                      I sent a consignment from bangalore on 6th of april with an eta at hyderabad on 9th. As per the tracking information, the consignment reached hyderabad on 14th of april. It has not been delivered till now. Even after regular follow ups, the only answer i get is that the parcel will be delivered the next day. Nobody is taking up this issue and the customer service is worst.

                        Dear concern,

                        I have booked my material to kolkata on dated 03/04/2018 through gatikwe, najafgarh office. Docket no.[protected].
                        They had given 09/04/2018 as assured delivery date. But when my customer has not got it, i have checked the status of material on gatikwe website. They had written that undelivered as customer has asked for changing the delivery date. I immediately asked my customer about it but they said there is no conversation held between them and gatikwe.
                        I raised a complaint against it. Gatikwe had taken immediate action and assured me that they will deliver the material by evening.
                        On next day when i again checked the status of material on gatikwe website, i was shocked. They have written that the material was undelivered due to the deps damage.
                        What the hell is this!

                          I booked 1 window air conditioner through gati-kwe from mansa, punjab to hyderabad vide docket no.[protected]Given by company). When i received the shipment, front panel of air conditioner was completely damaged. While booking, the executive from company confirmed me that the damage during transit will be covered by the company. But now company is denying for any claim against the damage.

                            Shipment[protected] got delivered on 03-APR-2018. Kindly confirm
                            Out of 6 packages & 2 bike only 5 packages were partially delivered on 31 Mar 2018. After a series of complaints registered no one took responsibility to deliver the remaining items. On 05 Apr 2018, the items found reach at Bangalore. But inspire of repeated calls the items are still pending to deliver

                              I have booked dining table, tv, cot, refrigerator and other glass items in gati from jamnagar to mysuru. The dining table, refrigerator stand and all glass items have been badly damaged on receipt. No one has responded till now even after a complaint has been raised on 19/3/2018. It is a worst experience for me that all costly items are damaged by gati and no one cares to even tell what to do. My complaint no is 17360250

                              Surveyor had come on 2/4/2018. He has checked all the damaged items and made report. Till now nothing has happened. I have lost all the important items of my house. Pl see his report of damage caused. I have made great mistake of my life by trusting Gati, where I lost around 60000/- worth of items. I will take this issue to the higher level if it is not resolved at the earliest. I have attached the surveyor report. Pl check and do the needful
                              I thought your organisation as renowned one, but this is completely unprofessional way of treating the customer materials. I have raised the complaint on 20/3/2018. Its almost one month now and damaged materials are still lying infront of my house. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND REIMBERSE FOR THE DAMAGES. PL see the surveyor reports
                              GATIis great cheater and damager. they have damaged my costly items in transit. I have given complaints several times and called many times. but till now I have not received any response. I request each one of you not opt for this damager as I have lost my important house hold items which are completely damaged. I don't care for anything while transporting things. they damaged my house hold items worth of 60000INR, and they tell that the material delivery is at shippers risk. they even don't tell to take insurance. I am at great loss. no one helps.

                                1. Note that none of my previous complaints have even been replied to, let alone an update.

                                2. On 23. March, a representative of your company who identified herself as pooja called the recipient and promised a delivery in 2 days.

                                3. Note that your system does not show any update since 10. March. Despite this, your representatives continued to promise as follows:

                                - promised on 17/03 that item was out for delivery, representative said he would personally follow up.
                                - promised delivery in 2 days on tues 20/03
                                - promised delivery in 2 days on sat 17/03
                                - promised today that item will be delivered in 2 days, and then immediately closed ticket - and marked that 2 delivery attempts were made.
                                - when i called again, i was told no recourse is available since ticket was closed in system.

                                Complaints

                                1. Tracking information provided by agents on call is different from what is seen on site? I was in multiple calls informed that item was out for delivery, when i pointed out that item was not showing so in the website.

                                2. Are your agents expected to promise delivery and then close tickets? Do you expect that items be received by customer, or is a promise of delivery sufficient basis to confirm that ticket can be closed?

                                3. Your customer "service" team uses customer contact information to promise delivery, but will automatically mark "out for delivery" and then return items to sender?

                                4.in my call today, your representative refused to open a complaint (Stating that complaint was closed - without any acknowledgement from customer?). There was no way to talk to any senior representative.

                                5. Gati "customerservice" does not reply to emails from customers

                                  It was my first business meeting in bangalore for safeshop digital marketing with my new team members. My business kit was dispatched from new delhi to bangalore on 14/03/2018. Still today on 23/03/2017 i didn't received my courier. It was very embarrassing as a business prospective that i could not able to deliver my presentation on 21/03/2018 in front of my colleague. I complaint twice in your service desk, received customer complaint number twice but still i am waiting for my business kit. The worst part is yesterday after first complain the delivery boy ping me and assured about delivery and very next day he is not picking my phone. I am ready to provide his number and my message with docket number:[protected] which i sent to him along with call details. I am very sorry to say but i won't recommend anybody especially business or mnc company to trust on your courier. Why should we pay to a courier company if his work is same like ordinary post? I hope they will refund the loss due to their inconvenience. My complain numbers are: 17364455 & 17373247. While tracking in website, the status is address not found again another unprofessional way where i am usually getting courier and even without making a single call to its customer. I will never recommend your service to anyone. Sorry for long post but really it hurts.

                                    I sent my bag from Nasik to Ranchi. When the bag was received the handle of the trolley was broken and the broken parts were not even a part of the package and the guy who delivered it said he had no clue.
                                    How can you be so irresponsible.

                                    The repair is costing me Rs. 1000/-, who will pay for it.

                                      This is really ridiculous. This courier agency cannot deliver some order properly then why are they running such an agency. First they take the courier and then refuse to deliver it. They said they were not able to deliver it but if they knew this they would have told earlier. This is no reason that they were not able to deliver it. They might be knowing that they would not be able to deliver it so they would have informed earlier. This is ridiculous
