I have booked materials from agartala at 2/12/2017 materials will be despatch on bangalore. But i did not get any docket number. From 2 days i m calling pritamda he is the manager of gati in agartala branch.. Every time he told me that with in 2 minutes he is giving me docket number by whatsapp. Still now i did not get docket number.
What a worst service by agartala gati.
Please take a proper step so as i can get...

I ordered a product from gearbest on 14th november which was shipped by gati. It reached sanpada on 3rd dec'17, and it was out for delivery on 4th dec'17, i stay in kharghar. The product was not delivered but in the tracking results, it's showing that it's delivered. Tracking no is[protected].
Request you to look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.

I am ex-employee of gati. My staff code was 33461r, due to some personal problems i had left the job as on 18mar2017..
But my full & final process is not done till this time.. I had so many times contact to concern hr but not getting proper responce organisation.. I had clear all the dues of gati & having hard copy proof of exit form & no dues form with authorize sign. My uan no is[protected]..

I recieved call from some rekha (Mob [protected]) she assured resolution to my conplaint, after that some mr pande manager from gati visited my house secretly and he called without informing me he enquired at my house and building as if am criminal and he made cross verification which indicates clear absence of trust on customer this incidence is insulting to me. No proper reply or resolution to my complaint dated 21/11/2017 same complaint...

I left the job from gati before 9 months ago & i have clear all the dues before exit as 18mar2017... But till this time my f&f process not done.. I had so many times discussed with epnq concern hr but no one is responding from their.
So pls help to clear f&f process because i need withdraw my pf balance.

And after frequent follow up with gati people it had been informed to us that the product had been delivered to the mentioned address,.

But they haven't made any delivery attempt and we haven't received any product, but in the...

This treadmill was ordered and delivered to me under doorstep
But delivery was done outside my building with resonn that machine was not fitting under my lift. Even the unloading of machine from delivery vehicle was not done
I had to pay 200 to my building...

Despite taking a bit of time my packet reached here in srinagar gati office on 9th november but as we have seen in the past the gati office here in srinagar was again using those old tricks and delaying tactics to avoid delivering the item. Then they updated their website with another old trick and falsehood that the item could not be delivered because of mismatch of address and pin...

For courier with docket #[protected], i waited a lot today (11th nov'17) as it was mentioned as assured delivery as 11th nov. I cancelled all my plans as to receive the parcel. To my surprise, at the end of day, status was shown as "undelivered due to customer requested another date of delivery". Not sure to which customer courier boy talked. Really too much frustrated with gati courier service....

*gati international the sub branch kubakonam, not delivered the product which i purchased and paid on online.

* when i checked tracking status it shown, it was signed by me and received but i am not signed and not received my package

* when i called sub branch manager shakul.. His phone number:[protected], he used vulgar words and life threaten me

* he said he will not deliver and wont refund money.....

I had purchased xiaomi smart amazfit from gearbest.com in the month of august and it was sent via tracking order no[protected] through gati. After a month i was told that the pin code in the address is wrong and it went to aizwal instead of imphal, though the gearbest staff told they send to the correct address. Please refer to my previous complaint bearing id 1749886. After filing of above ref complaint, i was called by a company rep and advised to get in touch with new jalpaiguri office. It is apprised to you that the recipient of parcel met your local office at njp but no solution provided.in fact what came as a shocker to me that docket number[protected] dated 14/10/17 booked with gati kwe was handed over to safexpress on 15/10/17 at kolkata itself....

Item booked from bhuj to ranchi through gati kwe docket no.[protected]. After scheduled date i tried to contact ranchi gati its number wrong online site then tried gati customer care number. It is apprised to you that no tangible action has been taken in my above referenced complaint.
