I had placed an order from lightin the box site which was paid and suppose to be deliver through gati courier. They never tried to deliver and it's been two months i have been calling to their customer care and wrote many mails but no solution. Disgusting ppl and service as they have lost my parcel. My complaint no is 32958455. I have mails with reminders and atleast 10 calls made on their customer care and the answer was that we will deliver ur product shortly. I have paid for that product, either u pay my money or get my product

    Item was to be delivered as assured date of delivery on 15/12/2017 vide docket no[protected]. Registered a complaint vide complaint number 32958198 on 18/12/2017, but no answer from their end. The same had happened 2 months back with a different shipment but the courier service was the same. I had to personally visit their location to bring the item.

      Hi, since friday (14 dec) gati is delivering my package and i haven't receives it till today, every day its a different story and today when i called up in the morning for the information a representative called swati yelled on me and disconnected my call.

      If you cannot deliver my package today, please don't bother for tomorrow i will initiate a refund

      One of the worst courier service providers among the baddest..

        I have ordered a washing machine through flip kart which was booked on gati courier. The washing machine reached here in jammu on 12 dec. The assured delivery date was 15 dec. On 13 dec on tracking it is shown that pin code and address are not matching and the product could not be delivered which is totally wrong statement and can be check on internet by putting the name of place i. E shastrinagar. Again today on 16 dec a wrong statement is updated on tracking that the customer wants different date of delivery and the product could not be delivered. What is this non sense statement. I did not asked for different delivery date.in spite of i am requesting from local gati concern person to send the item since 14 dec and he is just making me fool by saying that it will send today or tomorrow. I am still waiting for product.. One advice for the people's who ordered on gati... Never book on gati... Worst service...

        Again look at below screen shot..my last order was cancelled due to non delivery of these gati courier in time and I ordered the fresh washing machine but again they are doing the same thing..no call again from gati courier that the product is out for delivery and the same wrong thing updated on there tracking id..how you gati guys are working...shame on you people...my new docket number is[protected]...agar kuch sharm baki ho to mujhe kal tak mera Saman pahucha do...

            Services should be prompt enough to the committed delivery date. For my docket number[protected] assured delivery date was 11/12/2017 and status shows as it reached to bangalore from delhi. When parcel was not delivered on 11th, got to know still it is in delhi and worst part is for premium mode delivery n when crossing assured delivery date still parcel is sent by road. I was asked 4 days to wait. I never recommend any one who need urgent delivery. When you grow up to delivery on time till then analyse where you can improve.

            My docket number[protected]... The assured delivery date shows December 7th but still I have not yet received the order. I don't understand why they mention assured when they never do it.
            They have charged more for premium delivery mode.

              Gati kwe lost one of my five packages and are trying to cover it up. The remaining four packages are in bangalore and still not being delivered by gati kwe.

              Gati kwe customer care is unprofessional and unresponsive. Not sure if any of my packages will ever get delivered to me.

              Will never use gati kwe again and would recommend people to stay away from gati kwe.

                I have following points as a complaint against which i will take a legal action :-

                1. I raised a request to pick up the goods from meerut on[protected] but it was picked up[protected] after dialling many numbers and it was picked up at 08:00 pm (I believe gati has earned lots of money so they are least bother about their customers and picking up the goods)
                2. Call center team is also very unprofessional as they committed to call back for pick up / delivery related issues but you would get one time response whereas you have many calls to them.
                3. During delivery, it was communicated that the goods will be delivered within 7 days from the date of departure i. E.[protected] but i have not received the goods yet as it is[protected]:50 pm). Also, my wife and me made so many calls to customers care to know the status of the good as it has already been delayed.
                4. Fortunately, my wife got a call and team said that your goods will be delivered today itself i. E.[protected] time nearby 12:00 to 1: 00 but i haven’t received any call from the delivery men and the time is 08:50 pm.

                I am very disappointed selecting this courier company who does know how to treat their customers. Also, if you take much time to deliver the good then you must change your time period in the documents.

                          I recieved call from some rekha (Mob [protected]) she assured resolution to my conplaint, after that some mr pande manager from gati visited my house secretly and he called without informing me he enquired at my house and building as if am criminal and he made cross verification which indicates clear absence of trust on customer this incidence is insulting to me. No proper reply or resolution to my complaint dated 21/11/2017 same complaint mentioned below

                          I have purchased treadmill via quicker doorstep add id is[protected]
                          Deliver locket number is[protected]
                          And telephonic complaint number is 32795258.
                          This treadmill was ordered and delivered to me under doorstep
                          But delivery was done outside my building with resonn that machine was not fitting under my lift. Even the unloading of machine from delivery vehicle was not done
                          I had to pay 200 to my building watchman for unloading of machine and 500 to other labors for for moving this machine from ground floor where it was delivered to my home. I had paid applicable charges to quicker. Still i had to pay 700 excess money for this deal
                          I have contacted quicker and gati courior who delivered product no response to me
                          This is littrealy harrasement to me.

                          I want refund for extra charges total 700 and apology for cross verification done by mr pande as mentioned above.

                          A courier was sent from Gurgaon to siliguri on 31st oct using Gati but this company incharge didn't send me any docket number and now when I am calling them they aren't receiving my call.
                          This is really unacceptable.
                          This is not the way to treat a customer.

                              We had ordered a product on club factory with order number - s04394627 and the product had been handed over to gati express by them and provided us the tracking number :eq[protected] in.

                              And after frequent follow up with gati people it had been informed to us that the product had been delivered to the mentioned address,.

                              But they haven't made any delivery attempt and we haven't received any product, but in the tracking status it had been updated as the product was delivered.

                              Kindly resolve the issue.

                                I have purchased treadmill via quicker doorstep add id is[protected]
                                Deliver locket number is[protected]
                                And telephonic complaint number is 32795258.
                                This treadmill was ordered and delivered to me under doorstep
                                But delivery was done outside my building with resonn that machine was not fitting under my lift. Even the unloading of machine from delivery vehicle was not done
                                I had to pay 200 to my building watchman for unloading of machine and 500 to other labors for for moving this machine from ground floor where it was delivered to my home. I had paid applicable charges to quicker. Still i had to pay 700 excess money for this deal
                                I have contacted quicker and gati courior who delivered product no response to me
                                This is littrealy harrasement to me.

                                  When i was leaving manipal, i sent all my stuffs to mp through gati. I had 8 big cartons of my stuffs. The gati services said they would make those 8 boxes to 6 boxes so it's easier to transport. I was okay with that. But when i received my package, to my disappointment stuffs of one entire box are missing. Around 20 kurtis and 30-35 tops. And what all i have no idea. When i complained they told me we cannot help you with this since you already accepted the delivery. How on earth will i know what all is missing until i accept the delivery and open the package.

                                    Kindly refer to gati docket number[protected]. Despite taking a bit of time my packet reached here in srinagar gati office on 9th november but as we have seen in the past the gati office here in srinagar was again using those old tricks and delaying tactics to avoid delivering the item. Then they updated their website with another old trick and falsehood that the item could not be delivered because of mismatch of address and pin code and the same thing has been updated on their site which i saw on tracking it today. Let me tell you that this is absolute rubbish and deceit as there is absolutely no issue or mismatch of address with pincode.. For your information let me tell you that residency road is to srinagar what cannaught place is to new delhi. This adreess is in the heart of the city srinagar and is known as residency road with pin code 190001 and there is absolutely no way of any confusion about it. So this is an old trick and deceit of gati delivery center srinagar as they have been doing it repeatedly in the past also. They neither pick up the phone nor they ever bothered to call me.

                                      For courier with docket #[protected], i waited a lot today (11th nov'17) as it was mentioned as assured delivery as 11th nov. I cancelled all my plans as to receive the parcel. To my surprise, at the end of day, status was shown as "undelivered due to customer requested another date of delivery". Not sure to which customer courier boy talked. Really too much frustrated with gati courier service.

                                      Delivery delayed- No update- Docket no[protected]/ complaint no 16885936
                                      I raised this complaint more than 24hours ago & have not received any response yet. I have called & emailed customer service team several times, only to get automated response.
                                      There is a delay on Gati's part and to add to it, customer service team is being unsupportive.

                                        *gati international the sub branch kubakonam, not delivered the product which i purchased and paid on online.

                                        * when i checked tracking status it shown, it was signed by me and received but i am not signed and not received my package
