Hi had placed order of 1600 inr with club factory on 18th september. On 26 september i got a message that my package has been deliver in india from shanghai. I had word with gati regarding my package from 28th september. First they told me that due to national holidays it will be late 5 days more. After 5 days i asked them for my package then they told me your package is not deliver from china. When i asked club factory about this they told me it is on delhi gateway. And going through clearance process. Now its 10 days gati si giving me same excuses. Even they didnt respond me on my complain. My complain id is[protected].

    Hi,

    I am writing this in order to help the people from getting into the trap of these people. I have suffered alot and i don't want people to face the same situation which i have faced.

    My experience - i had to move my bike from gurgaon to bangalore and i searched for some moves and packers on internet. From the internet i received the number of gati packers and movers. I talked to him and he agreed to get my bike moved at a reasonable amount. I agreed and he took my bike and asked me to pay half amount at the time of picking and half of the amount at the time of delivery.

    I paid half of the amount and gave my bike to him for delivery. Few days later i asked about the status of the delivery at that point his true color came into picture. He asked me to give thrice the amount on which he had agreed and started abusing me. He threatened to dispose my bike in some garbage and told me that i will never get my bike back. I was scared and transferred all the rest of the amount in his account.

    After few days, his phone went off and i was unable to get hold of him. Few days later i called on that number again and the number was back in action. I asked him about my bike, he was very rough and told me its only a bike and i will receive it when it is the right time.

    I waited for some weeks, and i received a call to come down and to receive my bike,

    I was shocked to see the condition of bike with the gear lever broken, helmet lost, fuel tank in a bad condition, lights broken etc.

    I told him about this so the person told me that this was the original condition of my bike.

    So, please guys be aware of these fraud people. They are some goons running a fake business and looting people.

      Purchased a dress from shein, online shopping site on sep 16th. Never received the package. Got a call from jagdish on 23rd sep, gati's courier guy who confirmed the address but never dropped the package. Lodged a complaint on 28th sep, complaint no. 32444183, since then i am coordinating with gati and till date no solution. I was supposed to receive another package but haven't got yet. Their representatives have no proper replies, put my call on hold for several minutes then disconnect or tell me lame excuses that my package is on the way... Will receive in 2days etc. What a shameful service. I have already paid for the product i haven't got.

      I still haven't received my parcel and any solution to my complaint. I received a call from gati on 11th Oct assuring me that I will be receiving my parcel by 12th Oct and I well informed and updated them that they must deliver by the 12th Oct as I will not be in the country till the 18th if Oct. Despite of my update and assurance by them, I have not got my package. It's more than a month I am coordinating with gati and shein but I am utterly disappointed in both the companies. I haven't seen such unprofessional behaviour and coordination. This is a total nuisance and I am trapped in it. I demand a refund now as I am not a fool or an idle person who keep on coordinating with these two silly companies.

          Product is not delivered yet,

          My product actual delivery date is 3rd sept. After my complain, (Complain no.[protected], they shows they attempt to deliver on 4th. But not delivered yet.

          And now it shows, "undelivered due to customer requested another date of delivery" which is totally wrong.

          If i was complained for not delivered on time. How can i confirm them to change the delivery date.

          I complained another time at 8 ' o clock on wednesday 4th sept.

          Also courier boy no. (Ashok kumar singh[protected] given is wrong.
          Many people are complained same thing on this consumer forum. But company does not change their practice.

            Hi, this complaint is regarding the gati packers and movers service that i have hired for transferring my goods from pune to bangalore. Initially the manager, named sanjay kumar (Phn: [protected]/[protected]) was very friendly to me and co-operated with me assured that the goods will be moved to bangalore by 3-4 days, i. E., today or latest by tomorrow, over the call and then we decided for a package of 8000 for transferring 10 cartoon boxes, provided by them and 2 of my suitcases and 2 quilt (Gadi). But as i have 2 box extra and 1 bag and 1 table, so they charged me 2400 rs extra for that. While transporting the goods, that person forgot to take the table into it for which he added rs.400 extra, whereas the table costed me rs1200. Initially it was discussed that i will make payment of 5000 to the person who came to pick up the goods at pune and and will pay the remaining upon delivery. The manager kept on insisting me of making payment of the full amount and to trust his words.

            For last 2 days, he kept on sending me watsapp messages (Attached images) and call to make payment. Ideally, the goods would have been delivered to me today by tomorrow.in between of a heated conversation, he revealed the fact that they have not sent the goods and would only move the transfer upon receiving. I have informed them that i am ok to make payment but only upon receiving it as due to his behaviour, i have lost trust in them and thereby i would only make payment upon seeing it getting arrived in bangalore. Now they are threatening to make more payment if i want to receive my goods in bangalore, over the call.

            In order to seek help from this forum, i am lodging complain and expecting some guidance on dealing with it.

                I have ordered washing machine from flipkart and gati is the courier partner, the delivery got delayed, and the delivery struck at nellore branch, and had bad experience with nellore gati management with worst service, giving fake commitment, no response not lifting phone, worest experience with the customer sup[protected]. They are pulling down the gati brand value... With this kind of management... Soon you will shut your business...

                  Hi team,

                  I have received a mail from club factory that our product is already dispached from sanghai to delhi, india to their currier partner gati team. And when i check the details on gati website on16 sept 2017 to track the order for my docket no[protected] it was showing that product is in sanghai. So i call to their customer care number and the executive was arguing with me that it is reflecting on their website the product as been reached to delhi. I said him that i have check the details on your website after 12 sept 2017 there is no update but this executive was 100% sure that it is visible on their website that it is reached to delhi and on priority he will be arrange the product to be delivered to me on 20 sept 2017.

                  After waiting for a long time again i call them on 20 sept 2017 they all giving wrong commitment and being in an escalation team "ridima" giving a wrong commitment on call that product is still in shaigai. But i know that product is in delhi gate way on hold due to custom work.

                  And again i called them on 23rd i told them that i m not bothered about the delivery but i want to know the true fact what is happening and these people again said the product is hold on customer but sure they will make deliver by 28 sept 2017.

                  Also i have mail to gati team and i got the revert back that it will be resolved with in 2/3 days. But after that no update customer has to call them again for follow up and remind them the issue again and again.

                  And again when i called on 28 sept 2017. On one was able give a proper details and one of the executive was blank on the call and he was insisting me that he will transfer the call to his senior. But i haven't asked him to do so. There people don't have a capacity to handle one call. But they know how to lie and fool their customer.

                  I hope you guys will understand what situation we are facing and i don't bothered about my product or money. I new what is custom issue and all then to they are trying to fool us from past 20 days. It was a mental harassment for me.

                    Delivery date of my parcel was 25th september. But today it is 26th. Still i didnt get my parcel. And the tracking info shows that my parcel is out from delhi atc on 25th september. When will i get my parcel? Why is it too slow? I booked my parcel on 9 th september. You know from 22nd to 25th the parcel was held on delhi gateway itself. Why cant it be delivered soon?

                      I have booked my household articles from cheenai to kolkata. They promised they will deliver it within 1 week but thry delivered after 3 weeks. That was not an issue. But the issue was when i received my goods most of them was damaged.. Fridge was badly hitted from one side and repaing can not be done.. Tv was not working that i repaired and reparing cost me 1000rs.. And more items was damaged.

                      They told to file claim that i filed and they are asking documents again and again which i already send. They are not respoding properly. I think thry are not in a mood to settle my claim.

                      And moreover thier cutomer resolution team and delivery people behaviour is very worst...

                      Gati kwe is pathetic overall!!!

                        I was importing some items from an online shopping website who use gati in india. The products were due to arrive ten days ago. I have repeatedly called gati as i was to travel to a different city soon and they have not responded. I have emailed them and placed complaints. They are now avoiding my calls and not answering my emails.
                        This complete lack of care for the customers plus neglecting their duty to deliver within the prescribed time, is unacceptable.

                          We had to receive consignment of 16.09.2017 which is booked on 13.09.2017 for docket. No:[protected]. But till now we didn't receive. What is the use of booking it by air & getting delayed by so long. We are very much disappointed by your service. This material is so urgent & because of the delay we are at loss of fifty lac rupees order. And this is not the first time, we suffered last year, november 2016, similar problem. You assured it will not happen again. Why should we suffer because of your bad service...

                          While our md called to get details of consignment to mrs. Vidhya [[protected]] coimbatore office. She used local bad words languages and she is not to hear what did we spell and spoke. She simply attended the call and replied [you won't get the material today] and cut the call.

                              I booked a order on flipkart on 11/8/17 which is arriving via gati on 17/8/17 (Dkt no.[protected] but they didnt deliver it till now and made fake delivery attempt and updated that consignee refused the order (It was a prepaid order how one can refuse). Now they are saying that your order is going back to flipkart. I called customer care so many times but still no solution. It is in a gati office 60 km from my home.

                                My parcel status shows that the delivery date has been revised mentioning 'customer delay delivery request'. I don't know how and why gati people are lying. I haven't asked for any delay. Also, they have used some jargon 'undelivered due to deps (Damage / extra / pilferage / shortage) occur' which i don't understand what it is. Really pathetic. Unexpected services and claims. Hopeless work.

                                  I ordered 32 inch led tv in flipkart. They arranged parcel serve in gati courier. But that local delivery boy refused to deliver the product to my door step. Ask me to come and collect from his nearest place which is 60km far from my home. Placed an complaint against him in their courier service customer care. But the problem is not solved and they also have wrong commitment about delivery. Scheduled delivery date was 16 august 2017. But again and again they extend delivery date. Now the new committed date is 21 august 2017. But that local delivery boy is not ready to deliver on that day also. I wish to take proper legal action against the gati service and looking for the compensation for the delay in delivery.

                                    I have booked my goods (12 packets in numbers) through Aadhar Movers and Packers on 25 June from Ghaziabad to Ranchi. They informed me they have booked the same by Gati KWE and given me the docket number[protected]. When I called the Gati-KWE they told that they will deliver the packets on 10 July 2017. After so many calls and reminders they delivered 11 packets out of 12 at 17 July. But I did not get the 12th packet. I registered many complain in Gati, I have the complain number[protected],[protected] . When I got the delivery of 11 packets, they were all in very bad conditions, I have also the proof of that. They are not listening for delivery of the 12th packet. Kindly take the action against them so that I can get my 12th packet and also charge them penalty for my loss.

                                      First of all, gati doesnt deliver on time.
                                      I prefer professional or local logistics to gati. But seller insisted about safety of the product which he said gati would deliver.

                                      Result : damaged delivery.

                                      Customer response: please read in detail. You might even find gati's policies funny.
                                      1) you complain on their website about the damage. (They have caused)
                                      2) after 1 day they will call you and confirm about the same.
                                      3) they will send a mail with list of 5 pdfs.
                                      You have to take print out of all the pdf. Fill it manually, scan it and zip the files with all your proofs
                                      And send it finally.
                                      4) according to gati when your goods are damaged, you have to go to repair, show your product (Even if it weighs more than 50kgs you must carry), get a review estimate (Which hardly is given by any shops). Then scan the receipt and compress all the files (Including one submitted before) and send them.
                                      5) imagine your order costed : 500 bucks.
                                      Courier carged by gati : 800 bucks
                                      Damaged by gati then you only get part of 500. May be around 300 or so. Now you have spent around 1300.
                                      You went around all the procedures. But the compensation (You might get) is 300.

                                      I had received an order from delhi. It was delivered with damage so much so that i had to buy a new one. Now i lodged a complaint with gatikwe. They asked to send numerous details about the product. Now the mistake is of gati but the formalities has to be filled by customer which is pathetic as gati would ship only after bill and declaration. Even after sending details gati wants the repair estimmate. That means i should buy a new one and then produce the bill to gati and then claim will be addressed. This is the worst policy of any logistics i have come across. One thing is my product is damaged, now i need compensation and then only i can buy a new product of same. These nonsense policies of gati will sure result in negative response of many people. Learn to treat customers.

                                        My order[protected] dtd 2-7-2017 not delivered so far. It's reaches kerala kollam gati courier on 9-7-2017. I contacted gati kollam [protected] first he says that to contact amazon then he says he is not in office call after half hour. After half hour i called him but he don't attend my call. From 15th to 26th i called him several times but he didn't respond. On 23rd sunday he makes a fake delivery attempt. Gati courier kollam kerala mob. [protected] is irresponsible. The last date for delivery is[protected].
