I have purchased some goods (Baby Diaper + Soap) from Amazon on 26th May with order number ORDER #[protected]. Assured delivery date was June 12th June. Daily wise i use to track the order & finally i see around 10th June its reached the final Warehouse, Kharagpur location . I though it will be deliver with in another 2 days as my place of delivery is located 60 km way from Kharagpur. around 12th June i got a message from Gati that your order from Amazon out for Delivery . I thought it will be deliver on that day which is 12th June, but my surprised, again i got another message on that day evening that due to concern person not available your order has been reschedule for Delivery, but nobody contacted me neither anybody visited my house. i called to amazon customer care they told don't worry it will be deliver. Next day Gati Currier person called me & told i cant go to your location & asked me to come to a location which is around 17km way from my house, i said its not possible because i have some other work to do. Then he said i will return it back & will not deliver. I call to the both customer care amazon as well as Gati both promise me to deliver the product but after 5 days i saw a message that due to unavailability of concern person & address your order is returning back which is not true.The Delivery person was rude to me when i asked him the contact number of Branch Manager he refuse to give & said whatever consignment will come for your place i will not deliver. I requested to amazon many times not to send any item via Gati KWE but again they have send via Gati(Tracking #:[protected] & i am very much sure this time also they will not deliver . when i am writing this complain today, also i got the same message for my recent order that my order is out for Delivery.

My luggage was relocated from pune to bangalore on 7th may 2017 and i was given assurance by gati that it would reach bangalore on 10th may. Not only the delivery was delayed by 1 week they also missed some parts of bed. During the 1 week we suffered as we had to take outside food, we slept on floor by using rented beddings etc.
Gati told us that they would compensate for my missing bed part by giving me rs. 3000 via paytm but they didn't do it.

We had to follow up so many times and that also didn't help.

It is complete harassment and i will provide the 2 phone numbers below who are either not picking up calls or their mobiles are coming switched off. The phone numbers of gati pune office are :-

They also didn't provided me the docket number. I escalated this matter to gati customer care and they didn't seem to care much either.

I placed an order with amazon on 6th june. The product was shipped with gati-kwe. The shipment was kept on hold by the courier's gonda office for almost 5 days for apparently no reason. Meanwhile i kept on contacting amazon's customer care and was promised about the delivery. I received a call from delivery boy telling me that i have to go to bahraich to collect my package a their "service" is not available at my location. I requested him to deliver it at my place fakharpur (271902). He gave me the number of gonda office.
The contact person told me that if i do not come to collect it the package will be returned and i am not the only one whose package will be returned so they will not be making any arrangements for delivery. The person's tone was very rude.
I kept on talking with amazon customer care and was told to wait as product will be delivered before estimated delivery date (17 june). Anyways, the courier initiated the return without my concern and now amazon is telling me that they can not do anything regarding this as gati is a third party courier. I'm attaching the screenshot of delivery estimation page of amazon.in.
I tried contacting gati's customer care and have been asked to contat amazon.

Temaco booked consigment thro' gati-kwe vide dkt no[protected] dt[protected]. To bhiwadi, rajasthan. Out of two items, one item has been wrongly delivered. We personally inspected & found that item (Printing material) of titan watches, hosur, tamil nadu, has been wrongly delivered. Our item (Test equipment costing rs 15, 360/-) is misplaced. This has happened at bengaluru jigini hub of gati_kwe, since item belonging to tamil nadu has been delivered. We made several request to gati-kwe with photo evidence since may 18th 2017, no action has been taken.

Hope you are doing well, but people who are dependent on your products are suffering, well if you check above docket number then you will get some idea if not there here is what i am having in complete..

I got a courier from china and he said by 12th of this month i will get the thing, (Lol it's almost 29th midnight). On 17th i got a message like "undelivered due to mismatch in address & pincode".
I thought there might be something wrong with the address i called the person who has sent the courier and cross checked address and looks good to go..

That was really annoying so called customer support of your and they said by this weekend we will ship that your location. (I. E max by 22nd) i was happy it was a bit delay but finally i will get that package.. (Happy for what it's almost 29th lol)

No response so i called customer support again on 27th and she said sir just wait till monday morning you will get it at your door step.. I was a bit clam and waiting for my courier finally i have waited till evening and called customer support again and what they said me really annoying and pathetic.

First she said 2 more days when i put pressure that i need on urgent bases she transferred call to senior person.. And what he told me that sir we can't deliver that package to the address.. (Lol they took 17 days to realized that they can't ship to my address wow.. That's really annoying).

What should i do?? It's been 17 days

I order tv through flipcart and it has to be delivered via gati courier till 2nd may 2017 but. My shipment[protected] is not delivered at given time because from last six days my parcel not shipped from bharatpur and when i complaints in customer care they told me that we are arranging a delivery and it will definately shipped and it will delivered with in 2 days but they are false at given timing and still they are unable to delivered my parcel.

This order was booked on 23/04/2017. The expected delivery date was 02/05/2017. Tracking shows the product reached the destination on 29/04/2017. But even after 8 days of expected delivery date, innumerable complaints (Both mail& verbal), follow ups and calls have not received my product yet. Today i received a mail from gati that my product is untraceable. I have always trusted gati as a reliable courier services. But this time as a customer i feel cheated and want a full refund of my money back for the product. Kindly resolve this matter (Either the product/ refund of the price money) as early as possible.

I booked my consignment of household goods to be delivered from one place to another on 14 apr 2017. the goods were delivered on 26 apr 2017 after a lot of persuasion and follow up. once the goods were delivered it came to notice that one bicycle was not delivered and few other items including a motorbike were damaged.

I have complained to the customer service twice through email with merely a reply that one of their customer service executive will contact. Fact of the matter remains that nobody has taken pains event just to speak.

on contacting the person at booking place it has come to notice that the bicycle has been left behind. however, actions to ship it to its destination are yet to be initiated.
request direct the company representative to do the needful at the earliest to avoid any further inconvenience.

My shipment arrived at Bhubaneswar since 1st May. 17. Not delivered till 3rd May. Nobody has contacted me yet, but tracking shows that I have request for delay in delivery. This is ridiculous. The phone no at local office of Gati at Bhubaneswar is never responded even after tried a number of times. How can they post that I have requested for delay delivery even when no one has contacted me yet. The appropriate authority of Gati may pl take note of it.

I purchased a product from an online website that was shipped through this courier called gati. Well, i never received the product and communication with their customer support showed there was a totally different pin code than the one i had provided. It was surprisingly "delivered" to the wrong state!! I can understand if it goes back to the company because the address and pin code don't match, but it got delivered!!! Goodness. This is nothing but a deliberate act. Someone in that company has stolen my product. And i won't be surprised to see it go onsale in ebay or be sold somewhere else. I don't understand why these companies choose this courier. It's just the most dubious one. I'm attaching two photos just to prove my point. The different pin codes. My address as registered and the address according to communication email from the company. I will not get this product but i want this message of mine to serve as a warning to others who may decide to use it for some purpose.

This is very sorry to state that we have recieved a damaged article, which was booked from moradabad to chhindwara m. P. Through docket no[protected] on 21/04/2017. As we have purchased 2 similar items and the cost of the both is 6500+5%vat = 6825, hence the price of the brken piece is as per bill is 3250+ 5%vat = 3412.5, please settle the claim in favour o[censored]s asap and oblige.

I have ordered AC on 7th april but till today it is not delivered. My product was arrived in near hub at 11th april only but after that no further activity was initiated. Once they called me and assured that it will be delivered within 24-48 hours but as usual it was not done. It is highly disappointing. If they r unable to deliver pls clear it to me. Don't make someone wait for too long.

My courrier was suppose to come at my place bokaro from patna via gati courrier and i was given deadend of 17 but now it 19 but still they have not delivering it when m asking for it they being to rude and saying that when we ll be free then only your product ll be out for your place. And when i am going my self to office they are not giving my courrier to me an saying its our policy if you dont like it then its your problem who told you to bring your courrier from gati. And when i am complaining to you coustomer care they are also not taking it serious and saying you have to wait no other option is there.

No one is ready to take my complaint in gati. They all are in their attitude. They are behaving like they are the only courrier company in this country whatever they want they ll do.

I have purchased a product through paytm. Gati ltd was my courier service for order delivery. But due to some problem i have cancel my order. But the cancellation status show pending & also I didn't get my money back. My order id is [protected]. I have to receive courier from Delhi(ebay) by ghati service.they have to deliver my order on 6thapril.but they doesn't deliver to me upto now.while I am tracking my docket number[protected], showing that product is already delivered and received by some unknown person raju. I am contacting courier person but they even not lifting their phoneswhat should I do now?

My name is Varun mahar, i lives in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. The product AWB no or token no is #[protected]. I have ordered a product on a date of 26 March 2017 from Amazon.in The Amazon handover my product to Gati Courier for delivering me.
My product reached Sagar on 1st April 2017 to the courier hub .And the estimate delivery date is also 1st April but they didn't delivered me, my product.
So the estimate date is extended to 4 April but they didn't delivered me on this date. They are saying that they doesn't have proper vehicle to ship my product.
Sir they're running a courier facility and saying that they doesn't have proper vehicle.they lie to me. I know they have many vehicles for delivering the products.
I need my product urgently but they just saying not doing anything.
I registered a complaint in gati courier department but they didn't do anything..
Please sir take any necessary action against them. Please sir

not the box received on 22 march 2017 after noon..
all the item in the box are not able to eat ...actually the box contain eatable item for my wife ...now all are totally not eatable...

I did not got material till now though i have purchased material on 3rd of march by air to get material urgently but i did not got material on time even they have told delivery on 6 of march and called me for delivery on 9 of march which is too late even slower than by road or railways rather than regretting for the poor service and damage they did to my company and business and name also the material i purchased is of no use only because of poor service and late delivery they are asking me to pay air charges though they are accepting late delivery so third class company frustrating the customer and i want to lodge compalin againt them in consumer board and court and i will not pay to them any primium charges anyhow so 3rd class company.my docket no is[protected].so 3rd class behavious and did damage to my company and business i will pay you charges though your accepting that given late delivery .i will fight in consumer court and board and will issue notice in a week.

I ordered a steel cot through Flipkart (OD[protected]. The vendor had booked through GATI. Since GATI has its own tracking code[protected] Flipkart couldn't inform this detail to me. GATI team despite receiving the material on feb 28th sent it to its press colony office without checking the address. Again it was sent to nilambur office. Every time I called GATI staff didn't tell on material status nor their tracking ID. After tossing the product several times between offices and 15 day delay and escalation the materials were delivered in damaged condition today.

Taken material from haryana party and told him to transferred by air they alled gati ltd logistics and told to deliver by air on 3rd march gati given delivery time on 6 march now after 6 than 7 than 8 i got call for delivery so frustrating that gati ltd is giving delivery by air in 7 days time and asking to pay primium charges as they think customers are fool to pay 5230 which is near to the cost of material for taken so much time to deliver material which damged my reputation and my company service and name as i am unable to deliver material on the date due to gati poor service even though they are delivering material after 7 days now asking to pay primium charges 5230 rupees they are not regretting for poor service and damage they did to my company but asking to pay full charges so shamefull and shameless company and so frustrating.
