Taken material from haryana party and told him to transferred by air they alled gati ltd logistics and told to deliver by air on 3rd march gati given delivery time on 6 march now after 6 than 7 than 8 i got call for delivery so frustrating that gati ltd is giving delivery by air in 7 days time and asking to pay primium charges as they think customers are fool to pay 5230 which is near to the cost of material for taken so much time to deliver material which damged my reputation and my company service and name as i am unable to deliver material on the date due to gati poor service even though they are delivering material after 7 days now asking to pay primium charges 5230 rupees they are not regretting for poor service and damage they did to my company but asking to pay full charges so shamefull and shameless company and so frustrating.

I purchased community bad 20 qty by paying advanced to singhla scientific ltd company of haryana and told him to send it by air they didnt communicate well and talked so rude after getting money as dont have time and all after that they called gati logistics and send it by air as i told urgent on 3 rd march 2017 after that gati declared there delivery time as 6 of march as on 6 th of march my parcel was showing there in pune after that from pune it took 3 days to come to aurangabad which means by air they sending material from haryana to auranagabd in 7 days which is so slower than even international parcel can took a time and from haryana to auranagabad by road or rail can take this much of time and rather than regretting for poor service from gati logistics as it damages my company name as i comment them on 6 they are asking me to pay full means 5230 rupees which is near to material cost for there poor service how frustrating is this and asking to do what you can still i did not got material from 3 rd march and so irritating company gati ltd is .my docket no is[protected]

    I have taken the nursing material from singhla scientific from haryana by paying 7200 rupees and told to send material by air as required urgently here in Aurangabad Maharashtra .They sent material by there transport as Gati supply and distribution logistics and sent material on 3rd march by air through gati ltd www.gatikwe.com having docket number[protected].Though after 6 days they are unable to delivered material after 6 days also as they are taking charges 5230 rupees to transfer material by air and giving delivery slower than by road and railways so frustrating and i want to lodge complain against gati logistics and singhla scientific who sent material by gati ltd and did not communicate properly and helped us though after paying in advance for material and to gati transports and logistics who is delivering material by taking 7 days by air from haryana to aurangabad slower than roadways and telling to pay charges of air 5230 which is near to the cost of material and 6 times the cost of railways and road transport and giving delivery equals to the road or railways so frustrating.

    i told them to send material by air as it is required urgently here but they delivered material even slower than roadways can take time and asking to pay 5230 rupees the cost of airways logistics if so why your delivering material by taking 7 days time?

      I had shipped 4 packages from Delhi using Gati Courier Services. I have received only 3 and 1 has been short for almost a week now. Also, the packages that I've received were in a nearly damaged position with some very valuable items missing. Some of the items include laptop, shoes, blazer etc. The docket number of the shipment is[protected]. The shipment was made on 24th Feb, 2017.

        I have sent my parcel on the 18th from Chennai to Pollachi. It has been 9 days and I have not received my parcel which was supposed to reach in two days. I am a PhD student. I have borrowed books from important people which are rare and out of print that are sent through this parcel. I have lodged several complaints but no use. They even keep calling me and asking what does my parcel look like which is even more worrying. I am simply annoyed, unhappy and trouble by Gati. My Phd work is stopped and looking for those books. I am in a highly depressed due to this.This should not happen to anybody. I have paid Rs. 935 though the other transports are chaaper for I had trust in this courier!           I made a mistake choosing GATI as my packers and movers. There are 25 household items which has to be shifted from Bangalore to Himanchal. First lie - Your luggage will be delivered within 8 days. Second lie - We will do professional packing.

          my luggage was not delivered on time. I was chasing behind them like anything.

          All my household items are broken. please check attached pictures.

          25th Item which contain 3 bean bags - I am still waiting for the same to be delivered.

          I paid 32000 for the same which include Rs 300000 /-(amount of my items) insurance.

          Now I am chasing for the damage recovery.

          Please do not opt Gati. I hate them

          Customer service is also very bad they are not helping me at all.

            Docket no. of[protected]search at www.gatikwe.com) was to be delivered at Hyderabad. Delivery executive wasn't able to reach me at my provided phone number. So they returned the shipment to Delhi to a person named Rohit instead of returning it to the origin city, that is Hong Kong. Have sent several mails to Gati, called over phone, registered complaints through their website, but to no avail. Gati insist that they have returned to the seller. But seller, that is, Gearbest (www.gearbest.com) cliams that they haven't received the package in return. So cannot refund money.

            I put forward the following queries to Gati:

            1. Why does the status read "delivered" instead of "returned"? Had the message read "returned", then all confusion would have been cleared and I could have claimed compensation directly from the seller.

            2. If the origin city is Hong Kong why did it get returned to Delhi? Isn't it Gati's responsibility to return the shipment all the way back to Hong Kong where from it originated?

            3. Why weren't the multiple mails informing about updating the phone number sent by me not acknowledged? Why wasn't the phone number updated at all?

            4. Not being able to contact customer via phone and consequently not being able to deliver cannot be an excuse. Does it speaks of the incapability of the delivery executives?

            5. Why aren't the complaints (CS126150, CS123719) being acknowledged?

            Gati should either return the package to the seller or attempt delivering to the destination address again or refund in full along with additional compensation.

              I have placed an order from Kolkata to Tirupati in October. The Docket consists of two packets and assured date of delivery was 4 days. After a hell lot of complaining i received one packet. Second packet has been missing and I registered a complaint on their website and also I called them many times regarding it. The worst thing about their customer service centers is that they never say, the product takes time or something like that. Everytime you call them you will get an assured answer from them saying that would resolved immediately. After following their back for 3 months atlast they said the packet was lost. So I was requested a refund loss and the It has been over 25 days and I didn't receive any update on this. I sincerely request everyone not to go for this Gati-Kwe, even if its costing somewhat less compared to other companies. You will regret the decision. NEVER DARE TO GO FOR GATI-KWE...NEVER...NEVER...BEWARE...

              For suppose in most unlikely situation if Gati-Kwe peopel try to solve my case (I know winning a lottery has higher probability) but in case ---- this is my docket no.[protected]

                  My docket number is[protected] and it is supposed to have already reached gati india from gati china/hong kong as the delivery date was on 27-dec-2016. This parcel hasn't reached india and it has been one week now that the delivery date has gone over. The tracking is not showing any updated status. The customer care helpline executives aren't helping either and on the contrary they speak rude over the phone (Executive's name: sachin). The status has not even been updated but the gati executives are just reassuring me constantly that it will the parcel within 2 days (God knows what does this 2 days factor mean to them). It is already the 4-jan, 2017. On what basis am i being reassured that the items will reach within 2 days when the tracking status doesnt have any update at all?
                  It makes me feel that the parcel has been lost and gati is trying to send me round the house with false commitments.

                    We have shipped one parcel of 4kg with the docket no.[protected] on 14-12-16 by Gati. The booking was from vasai road to Daman (160kms distance). Assured delivery date was 16-12-16. because of the urgency only we have accepted to make a to-pay payment of Rs.956/- for a 4kg material.

                    The material was not delivered even after follow up with Gati. And on 19-12-16 our end customer refused to accept the late delivery, as he was only accepted this high fright charge for timely delivery.

                    Now we are following up with the gati customer care to return the material back to us and they direct us to contact booking office, and follow up with booking office and they ask us to pay for the freight amount which we are not ready to pay for the delayed delivery.

                    SInce it is not the first incident with Gati, this time we want to fight with them.
                    (we shipped our machine on[protected] with the docket no.[protected] from vasai to kochi, and they missed the machine somewhere in Coimbatore and they delivered after a month, and still the customer paid the full freight amount.) why would a customer pay for the purpose which was not done on time?

                    Request the consumer forum to take in-charge of this and get the material back.

                    Also we request the consumer forum and government institutions to take severe action against these non-complying to the service standards companies by penalising them heavily for every late delivery.

                      My docket number is[protected] and it is supposed to have already reached Gati India from Gati China/Hong Kong. The last time I had purchased something online from HK, it reached Gati India within 2 days and I could still track the status. Nonetheless, this parcel hasn't reached India and it has been 4 days now. Plus, the tracking is not showing any updated status. The customer care helpline executives aren't helping either. I am concerned and worried. I have paid a lot of money for the artificial jewelry items. The status has not even been updated but the Gati executives are just reassuring me constantly that it will reach me on the 2nd of Jan, 2017. It is already the 31st of Dec, 2016. On what basis am I being reassured that the items will reach me before the 2nd when the package hasn't even reached India?

                        It is the worst delivery service I have encountered till date. I was supposed to receive my package on 18th Dec and today is 28th December and still no sign of delivery. Upon tracking, I can see false updates such as customer unavailable even though I am calling them thrice a day asking for delivery status.
                        Really pathetic service. It should be shut down.

                            I ordered television set from snapdeal, the dealer handle my product through gati service this is how i get my bed luck, gati courier is very slow, and also delay at delivery. And it is very troublesome to track item, i complaint about tracking trouble several time but they never take it seriously, and everytime i call to gati customer care they always said a same thing like they are working very and updating every single detail of tracking information... And about the delay of delivery they make excuses by saying.. It takes time to pack and transport item.. Guys.. I'll tell you what never go for gati courier.. They sucks...

                              I got furniture shipped from Jodhpur to Pune and paid Rs 14, 442 for it. For moving furniture to my apartment from ground, the Pune office quoted 500 Rs for taking my furniture using elevator and 4000 if by stairs. Charged me 4000 upfront saying it cannot be moved by elevator and that it is standard Gati practice to charge in advance. Then they moved it by elevator and did not return me 3500.

                              Opened a case with customer service. Lakshmi from head office handed over to Jyoti in Jaipur office. Now Jyoti does not pick my my phone and hasn't gotten back as promised. On top of that the Pune office is lying(Ingole and Ganesh) saying they got 12 people and moved at midnight. Truth is he got 4 people and arrived at 9 and left at 10. For this they made me wait 9 hours - were going to arrive at noon and kept pushing it and finally arrived at 9.

                              Overall - cheaters and schemers. I am going to go all out after them legally as well as swamp the internet with my experience with Gati Couriers, India.

                                I had booked on 30th November. 3 Packages
                                On 6th november shipment says out for delivery. At the end of the day i am told 1 package is missing hence cannot be delivered. complaint number 15676812.No one responds to the complaint. They give me number of sukankya ([protected]) who never picks up call. on 7th Customer care tells me package has been found and is out for delivery and give me number of delivery person . [protected] (Ranjit Kumar). His phone is constantly switched off. I call customer care three times and evertime they say its out for delivery. On 8th I call customer care they say its out for delivery with ranjit kumar. I call ranjit kumar he says he is not going office for 2 days and givs me another number [protected]. This person says your package is not present in warehouse it has not been found.In the site the constantly update wrong information. I will file consumer court complaint for fraud, lying and misleading the customer.

                                  I have booked 3 parcel from new delhi to kolkata on 03 october 2016 having docket number "[protected]" till date ( present date 17 nov 2016) I only get 2 parcel. While calling courier persons they only said they are searching the 3rd one. Many times they even don't pick the phone. They give me the name of person named "Pradeep" having mobile number [protected]. Even Pradeep till date humiliate as waste most of my phone talktime with no sollution. Should I have to lodge F.I.R. against that, Please do me a favour of getting my 3rd parcel.

                                    Gati is always late in delivering my online products. They are not once. They are everytime late. I don't know why. I found that it is one of the worst courier services in india. I have been waiting from 5 days for my package but till no info about it. Rwo days befor the delivery man came around my place and told me to come 2km and receive that order. Then what is meant by home delivery. I asked them to deliver it to my home but they refused and delayed the delivery. Till now i didn't get it. It have been 3 days

                                    It takes minimum 12 days to get package even from the near city. IndiaPost used to deliver within 5 days. Gati is too much disturbing.Most of my friends apply for refund when see the carrier as Gati, and forget about the item. Gati includes areas even 50 Km away from their outlet, in their coverage area.

                                        I had purchased some products from Amazon.in. Amazon.in shipped the products through the Gati(your) courier service.

                                        Incident 1:
                                        First product tracking number is[protected], its reached on 31st October, 2016. The courier person did not make any attempt to reach me on 1st November, 2016. I had contacted the Pondicherry office, Cuddalore office and the courier person but the reason mentioned for not delivering the product is "Customer requested another date of delivery". The same thing happened again for next day and till 3rd November, 2016. At last I had travelled to 7+ Kilometers to get my package.

                                        Incident 2:
                                        Another tracking number is[protected], it reached Pondicherry on 05th November, 2016. No one contacted me till 07th November 2016 but in the tracking details the reason for not delivering the product is mentioned as "Customer requested another date of delivery". On 07th November, 2016 the delivery boy contacted me and asked me to come and get the product. I had informed him, its 7+ kilometers from my home so deliver it to my address/home. He said, I'll try. On that day, the product returned to the hub and the same reason mentioned "Customer requested another date of delivery".

                                        Incident 3:
                                        The tracking number is[protected]. Today(09 November, 2016) no one contacted me and the courier person contact number was unreachable for the whole day. When I contacted the Pondicherry office, the attendant said he is leaving now so contact me tomorrow. Now again the reason mentioned as "Customer requested another date of delivery" for both the incident 2 and 3 courier packages.

                                        Now I need answeres for these questions,
                                        1: How can you blame a customer when the fault is your?
                                        2: If you can't deliver the product to the particular location then why do you offer to ship?
                                        3: How come the delivery boy and the hub authorities giving irresponsible answers?
                                        4: Why should the customer contact the courier person to get the product?
                                        5: Will I get my product or I've to see the same irrelevant reason of "Customer requested another date of delivery"?
