I had purchased some products from Amazon.in. Amazon.in shipped the products through the Gati(your) courier service.

Incident 1:
First product tracking number is[protected], its reached on 31st October, 2016. The courier person did not make any attempt to reach me on 1st November, 2016. I had contacted the Pondicherry office, Cuddalore office and the courier person but the reason mentioned for not delivering the product is "Customer requested another date of delivery". The same thing happened again for next day and till 3rd November, 2016. At last I had travelled to 7+ Kilometers to get my package.

Incident 2:
Another tracking number is[protected], it reached Pondicherry on 05th November, 2016. No one contacted me till 07th November 2016 but in the tracking details the reason for not delivering the product is mentioned as "Customer requested another date of delivery". On 07th November, 2016 the delivery boy contacted me and asked me to come and get the product. I had informed him, its 7+ kilometers from my home so deliver it to my address/home. He said, I'll try. On that day, the product returned to the hub and the same reason mentioned "Customer requested another date of delivery".

Incident 3:
The tracking number is[protected]. Today(09 November, 2016) no one contacted me and the courier person contact number was unreachable for the whole day. When I contacted the Pondicherry office, the attendant said he is leaving now so contact me tomorrow. Now again the reason mentioned as "Customer requested another date of delivery" for both the incident 2 and 3 courier packages.

Now I need answeres for these questions,
1: How can you blame a customer when the fault is your?
2: If you can't deliver the product to the particular location then why do you offer to ship?
3: How come the delivery boy and the hub authorities giving irresponsible answers?
4: Why should the customer contact the courier person to get the product?
5: Will I get my product or I've to see the same irrelevant reason of "Customer requested another date of delivery"?

This is with regards to my docket number[protected] this was booked from kolkata to Bharuch on 21.10.2016. and assured delivery date as committed by pickup team and also mentioned on POD is 25.10.2016. Till date docket not receivd by me. I made a complain in regard to this (complain No[protected] but the are not responding to the complain seriously as the are always replying that document will be delivered soon. but they are not sure when the delivery will take place.

I had ordered some products from amazon.in with different order delivery dates.The orders had to be delivered by GATI-KWE courier service.The date on which delivery of orders was to be done has already passed and when I have tried contacting them, they are not replying with any relevant action.I have
e-mailed them several times, they are not taking action and even their customer care number is not reachable.

And im not getting the product which is looking at the website
The "onlineclues.com" website providing fake product and fake brands.
the website have no return option so they really trapped customers.
they are cheating all customers .

Many times the Gati courier service Champa, Pin code 495671, is cancelling all my orders of amazon.in at the time of delivery and they show i refused those packages but actually they do that because they don't want to deliver my package to my doorsteps because its 24 km away from their Courier center, they call me and say - come to our courier center and take your package if you don't come we will return your package, but amazon transportation service of amazon.in via india post they deliver my package to my doorsteps at my pin 495553 but when amazon choose Gati as carrier the Gati stop the package at pin 495671 which is 24 km away from me and Gati says if we will deliver to your doorsteps we will charge some money for 24 km, why do i spent some more money for those product which i already paid
If Gati could not deliver the package at my pin code 495553 then why they take the packages in name of deliver to my address, only for money?
They cheat with me

I brought a 32inch LED TV from Flipkart on 3rd Oct 2016. Flipkart assured that the product will be delivered before 18th October. But Gati courier service not deliver my order. The item not moved anywhere from 9th October. Gati Docket number is[protected]. I complain to Gati Castumer care but they are giving me fake promises. They told me to wait for this item but when I ask thek how many days I need to wait then they are not giving any satisfactory answers.

I have ordered a product thro amazon. they have sent thro gati courier vide docket no.[protected] . till now i didnt get the parcel. when i contacted customer they are giving irresponsible reply. they say they dont want to commit the exact date of delivery. iam waiting for the product for more than 15 days. let me know when parcel will reach me. i didnt expect such a irresponsible reply from an international courier company

I am sushanta debnath who have sent 6 boxes to Hyderabad and 5 boxes to Agartala. The hyderabad boxes was supposed to be dellivered on 3rd octover and Agartala boxes to be delivered on 10th. I was updated that one of box is un-tracable from hyderabad boxes and 1 box for agartala is still sitting at Bangalore. I am still waitin for my Delivery.

The courier (dno:[protected] got delayed. it's out for delivey today 12:30.

Yoday whole day i am waiting for courier. i called to customer care at 4 pm. he said today before 7 pm you will received the courier but i have not received then again i call customer care at 8pm then he said today not possible monday they will delivered.
But just now i say the last status is like customer has rescheduled the delivey.

This is false and fake status i want my delivery today change of status these people are not able to delivery the courier.
I am very disappointed with the poor service and fake status updated by there side. take the action about the person.
I am going to expose this to amazon and other social media.
So that people will aware of there poor service and fake status that these people are updating in track.

There is a gati packers and movers in palm gurgaon they are such a fraud people. I hired them for my shifting from delhi to thane. They promised to deliver in 5 days but they took 8 days. And that also after 100 of calls. Secondly my hul ultima r. O purifier is missing. My car's headlights are broken and my car is driven for 700 km extra. Don't get your shifting done by them. Sharing their no. Too[protected], [protected][protected]

Hello,

1. Booked GATI KWE for logistic Solution
a. Contacted GATI Executive for sending Packages from Belgaum to Ahmedabad.
b. Well Estimation was provided to me and transparency was maintained
c. It was Good till enquiring for my logistic issues.

2. Package Packing
a. Used a single layer of gunny bag to pack my 4 cartons and left the 5th one i.e. rack unpacked
b. I was bit satisfied with the packing as same was promised during the booking.

3. Package Picking
a. After complete payment Made consignment was picked up and Invoice: Docket Number:[protected] was given to me.
b. Simple process not an issue at all.

4. Tracking Status
a. Bit Tricky as it shows the wrong destination on GATI tracking portal. When I Enquired to customer care for the same and it was taken care of and responded on very next working day.

5. Delivery Part 1
a. On the estimated date of delivery, 4 packed cartons are delivered out of 5 and I was told that other package was not able to load in to the carrier from the ware house so that will be delivered next day, I took that normally and I signed the delivery invoice with a comment that one package is left.
b. But I was feeling little weird that the delivery vehicle didn’t had space for single Open Rack. I thought they might have forgot 5th package and human error can be neglected.
c. While delivering 4 cartons the delivery boy left the cartons on ground floor of the building and he didn’t even had the courtesy to at least load the packages in the elevator and deliver the same at my door step.

6. Follow up with GATI for 5th unpacked package which was not delivered for the first time.
a. I was waiting for my last Package i.e. One single open (Not Packed) Rack
b. After waiting for 2 days, I called GATI office and they transferred my call to Nearest warehouse or GATI Office from my destination address, and the Worst Experience of my life Started which forces me to realise that I should never ever go with GATI.
c. The Employee who picked the call at GATI office nearest to destination address was very rude. I guess either he was un-educated or do not have etiquettes to HOW TO TALK WITH LADIES. He was so rude and adamant that while talking that I realised that I have taken one of the worst decisions to opt for GATI - So called brand for logistic solutions.
d. In beginning of the conversation he said that all packages were already delivered but when I threatened him that I will complain then he replied in affirmative. It made me feel like GATI didn’t want to deliver my r remaining package i.e. an old Rack. I guess GATI liked my rack so much that they wanted to keep the rack for themselves.

7. Delivery Part 2
a. DELIVERY PART 2 came in picture due to fault in GATI Management who do not know how to deliver the logistics solution. Delivery boy called me thrice while delivering the last remaining package and asked me to pick the package from a point 500m far from the delivery address i.e. on New CG Road, Ahmedabad.
b. If someone can answer from management then kindly let me know why the hell delivery boy called me to pick the 5th package 500m far from my delivery address, it is the same address at which he had already delivered 4 cartons earlier.
c. When I reached to the point to pick the package I was in for a rude shock. I found that there is one package lying on the roadside and there is no one around there, after investigating there I found that it was my 5th package (old rack) which was not delivered earlier.
d. I would like to ask the concerned authority to kindly let me know is this the way to deliver package ??? Either you or your employees don’t know how to provide logistic solution or kindly get trained yourself and provide some of that training to your good for nothing employees.
f. It was my fault that I choose GATI for my logistic issues but I am educated enough to learn from my experience that do not ever choose GATI for any type of solution.

With competitors like Agarwal/DTDC/Bluedart/Ekart I think your days in this industry are numbered. At least I will not be availing your services in future and I will ask my dear ones to follow the suit. Remember not everyone is a Salman khan who do not require word of mouth publicity for their films to earn – you guys are in consumer facing service business and here consumers like us are the KING. If you provide good service then we will recommend you to others else vice-versa. I think I have given you enough free advice, but I know you guys are so lethargic you will not even have the time read my mail.

Dear Sir/ Mam,
We M/s. Alpla India India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad supposed to receive consignment from one of our supplier M/s. Magic Special, Navi Mumbai, wide docket No.[protected]. Though the consignment arrived on 31st Aug'16 Gati Hasn't informed to us, we contacted them on 6th Sep'16 for delivery and we assured them that we topay amount will be paid against delivery. But they said that on receipt of topay amount they will deliver the consignment. We did several followups for RTGS details and the amount has been transferred on 7th, the same was informed to Gati and requested for immediate delivery as it was very important to us. But they not delivered .

Customer with ref. to docket no[protected]booked/requested for packing and moving service from bengaluru to new delhi. My commodities reached in delhi on 10 th aug, i had to give them multiple calls and received the same after 2 days delay .

I had to pay extra money to the delivery guy just for unloading till 1st floor which was not agreed before, as I have already made payment for everything in advance (Rs11700).

Maximum of the goods were damaged and received in VERY bad condition .Out of 8 items which were all most new, 5 were received damaged from one or the other end .(find attached images )

1. Diwan : received broken, tyres/rollers were broken, cracked on almost all the side .

2. Double bed : Parts and screws were missing .

3. Mattress : Was in torn condition, very badly packed and were received in very dirty condition .

4.Dish antenna: Received in such a damaged condition that it can be used .


Seeing such condition of goods, I very disturbed. .

Adding more to it, the delivery guy was ill mannered .
Horrible experience with GATI KWE

I have received only one parcel out of two. It's been a month and now i am really tired of hearing "we are searching". These guys dnt know how to do business. I request you all to join "don't use gati" group in facebook. We will spread information about how gati is cheating people. They have thieves inside their logistic system who steal things and say we are unable to track. My docket no.[protected].

As mentioned above my docket no.[protected]. This material was subject to deliver me on 13/08/16 but till date i have not received this goods yet. I am continuously talking to customer care executive on [protected] they are just giving me complaint no. Which is 15305837 and telling me other nos.

What am i suppose to do? Today on 18/08/2016 when i am dialing several nos likewise [protected] - chandni (Switch off) [protected] (Not our concern) [protected] (No one to receive).

Sir i had a parcel from New Delhi through gati courier on 30 jul .
But i am yet not recive my parcel.
When i was tracking it on website its shows parcel delivered on 6 august .
When i was trying to contact gati courier customer service no one respond me.they shown my destination Bhubaneswar but my destination Dhusuri, Bhadrak .
Its clearly gati courier cheats me .

I ordered pendrive from amazon.In and they parceled it from gati courier. The parcels destinatin was sheorinarayan chhattisgarh but they are saying that this is not aur delievery area than i said them to deliver in janjgir. Now they are saying that they will not deliver it in working hours. And i m not getting my parcel. Its about 4-5 days but they are not paying any attentions.

Gati kwe damaged my motorbike while transporting from amritsar to mumbai. I think my motorbike was mishandled. My motorbike's main stand, guard, colour and front magwheel is damaged. I received bike with flat tyre. My front tyre looses air in 1-2 days due to damaged magwheel. I need my damages to be covered by gati kwe as i was promised that the bike will be delivered without damages.
