My brother sent household items on 24 june 2016 and when i was tracking it's showing the package reached pune on 30 june..

I have registered a complaint on 7 july..
But i have never receive a call regarding status..
I called daily on customer care to ask the status..
Sir neha ma'am is tracking.. When i tried contact neha she was never received my call...
And one day i have received a call sir u have not replied my mail.. When i checked my mail.. It was related to claim latter..
My product code is 5k...
When i said this is not the actual cost she said sir this is mantione in ur receipt..
But the truth is the gati kwe agent had without asking us he has mantione the amount...
And we have paid 1200 rd for parcel... And he had given 200 rd receipt after 20 day..
Still i am hoping they will take seriously.. But it's more then 1 month..

I am really disappointed and frustrated by gati kwe..
I am posting this complaint because at least they need to understand what customers are facing the problem.. And i want to circulates all over india... I need your support they are playing with us for money..

[protected] this is my tracking id & they r always refused my order by BWDV delivery boys. They r already delivery at the same address then why should they want conformation call for address.

My son Mr B.Pankjdeer booked FOUR parcels with a worth of Rs 100000/ (25000/ each of FOUR) through docket no[protected] from Chennai to Suryapet of Telangana state but Suryapet branch received only Three parcels . Icontacted customercare and I requested them to send my parcel on 04/06/2016 with complaint no15086756 but not at all reached the missing parcel upto 12.07.2016 we once again requesting you to send my parcel in which Somany valuble things Dell company Laptop accessories Newly Purchsed clothes for a cost of 25000/. I have ordered a couple of things from myntra and unfortunately, it is coming via gati courier. they donot care about their so called 'assured delivery date'. i have lodged a complaint and have been following up for 2 days but in vain. their '1st half of the day' turns into night and moreover they lie saying that the item is out for delivery, which is not the case. i am already fedup waiting and calling and listening to lies. i dont understand how they go about their business with this kind of lackadaisical attitude. docket no[protected],[protected]

The docket number is[protected]Nagpur To Saharanput). This Parcel was
supposed to reach by 4th July through GATIKWE. I lodged a complaint
and the customer care guy connected me to Saharanpur local hub vendor
named as Gupta Ji. The guy Gupta started giving me lame excuses for
late delivery. First he said that the mentioned address is not in city
limits the He said there is a transport strike going on in saharanpur.
I feel like laughing at him because the parcel has been reached to
saharanpur on 2nd July. Since last 3 days your employees couldn't
deliver it to the local address which is 1.5 km away from your
saharanpur hub.
Can you please elaborate on the reason of delay in delivery?? Can you
make sure the parcel gets delivered today itself??

I called gati packers and movers to shift things from Pune to Chennai. In call, I asked them very clearly if they will pack the thing themselves or packing should be done from my side. They told me that everything will be done by them, but three people came to pick up things empty handed. Somehow they managed to pack the stuff with some damaged cartons which I had in my house and told me they will pack again properly from their place.They said it will reach in 5 days, but it took more than 10 days. And after unpacking, I found so many stuff missing.

This is complaint against gatikwe.

I booked my 26 parcels from Kharagpur to Mumbai. They have been received by me. Out of which 8 items are in completely damaged state. This includes major breakage in the base of my LG Double door 400 ltr refrigerator Rs 10000, big dent on the washing machine Rs 6500. 6 trunks have been broken worth Rs 14400 & 2 of them I received with locks broken & items inside missing which includes several crystal showpiece items worth Rs 18000. 4 cartons are torn badly and 1 bean bag worth Rs 3500. When the items were handed over by me to Gati they were in absolutely new condition and today i received them in totally damaged state. I demand a compensation of the amount stated i.e Rs 52400 immediately. I am a defence officer who has to regularly move his household items from place A to place B. I have shifted so many times in past but this is a very bad experience i had and hence i demand an immediate compensation of Rs 52400.

The parcel from baroda (Company: rotex automation) had handovered the parcel of the new development parts to gati-kwe service, which they needed to ship it to us @hindupur (Company: wipro infrastructure engg.). As per the below details received by gati-kwe.

Pickup date: 09.06.2016
Assured date of delivery given: 16.06.2016

We had raised a complaint on 16.06.2016 itself, as still we had not received our parcel.
When we are seeing the wrong status as on today after coming from holiday, got a shock. Where instead of delivery to the hindupur its again showing the track to bomd stc.
I have attached the same for your actions,

I m karamveer, serving in defence and recently posted at Mumbai...In Mar 16 i booked my luggage through Gati from Visakhapatnam to Mumbai...They hv taken extra amount to say trhat ther r guarantee for safe transportatrion of luggages..But when my items rerachedf at Mumbai, i was shocked to see the condition of my luggage..
1.My fridge was new one, but they dmage it at many place and due to that my 12000/Rs freedge got lot of scratch on that..
2. My bike no. HR 26AG 2424 got damage at many place, (both front indicator, break handle with base broke, Main stand damage)
3.My new metalic box broke from botton n at many other place .n my crockery items which was inside it broke full)


I m making mail to him since last Mar, but they told they need this thing this thing...i hv sent him all the concern document including picture of damage items but they r giving lollypop since march..

My approx damage was about 10000

I am utterly regretting my decision to choose GATI. Its been 10 days and I dont know where my goods are. After repeated calls, no one bothers to call me back or give any status update. I was told that out of 2 boxes, 1 was left behind while unloading. Does GATI employ 6 year old kids in who make such idiotic mistakes. This company is an example of the highest level o[censored]nprofessionalism and laziness. Whenever I call for an update, they say the lines are busy and they will arrange for a call back. It has never happened till date. Please make these guys work and arrange for the delivery of my stuffs.

I have purchased a treadmill online from acme fitness & they shipped through gati kwe on 18/04/2016 with destination agartala, tripura. Docket no is[protected]. But, item is not yet reached. I made complaint on 10/05/2016 (Complaint no - cs113707), but not yet any fruitful result. From customer care of gati, they replied several times in several ways. They are not disclosing the actual fact about my product. I have written mail to gati as well as to acme fitness. Already one month is over, but all are showing less interest to clarify the actual facts in my mail or to contact in my mobile. Only from my side i used to contact them. All my correspondence with gati can be verified, please.

Hence, i wish to get justice on this issue & an early solution. Hope, you will cooperate & support in this regard, please.

Gati has proven to be the most unreliable courier service. It has been a month since we sent a consignment of three boxes from Vasai(palghar)- Maharashtra to Bangalore, of which we have only received two. After constant emails, reminders, phone calls, a complaint register and visits to the branch office, we are still asked to wait on account of Gati's unsure attitude and irresponsibility. The box is of great importance o[censored]s, and the wait as well as reminders to the officials is really inconvenient. It is truly a shame for you'll to function this way and we expect that you'll do something about this issue immediately.

When i received the bike on the 1st of june i clearly mentioned to the manager of gati kwe in guwahati that there is damage in the bike which is the side stand and the sensor. As per the conversation i had with the manager in guwahati branch he clearly told me that i will get the reimbursement for the damage within 15 days. And now someone called me from gati customer service and telling me that i wont get any reimbursement for the damage, i want gati kwe to check the details properly and also talk to the manager of gati in guwahati for the same. At first i was not even ready to receive the package due to the damage however, the manager gave me assurance that i will get the reimbursement for the same and requested me to collect the bike hence, i did so. I believe gati kwe in guwahati will also have cctv cameras all around the warehouse please check that also. On the package its written fragile, but is this the way gati handle fragile things? My bike cost is almost 7 lakhs not 1 or 2 lakh and just the side stand and sensor its going to cost me 5500 extra. I am looking forward to the reimbursement for the damage, if nothing can be done from your end i will move further and speak to my legal opinion to get the reimbursement.

I booked a courier from mumbai to meerut and it was picked up by gati on 18th may 2016. The assured delivery date was of 23rd may. I called them up on 23rd and to my shock they said that my carton is untraceable. I have raised a complaint with them. Complaint # 15043785 but its been more than a week now and i am getting same stupid response from their customer support.
This is no way of handling things and looking at the number of complaints i am amazed how is this company still allowed to function. The loss is just not monetary, the amount of tension and frustration one has to go through should also be accounted for.

I had registered for pick up of two cartoons of books from guwahati to manipal on 1st of MAy. On 5th May it was picked up and on 20th may I received a call from Manipal Gati centre to know that one parcel was misplaced on the way. Its almost a month now and the Gati service is not allowing me to pick up atleast one of the parcel. Doc number is[protected]

I ordered a product with infibeam on may 11, 2016. I received a shipping confirmation on may 13, 2016 and assured delivery of may 19, 2016.. I have been following up since then with infibeam and gati's website tracking but the product is still not delivered as of may 30, 2016.. It is such a pathetic customer service with infibeam that every time i contact them, they keep responding with automatic replies... I called them today and they have the same response... When i requested to talk with a supervisor, the executive says that he will inform me the same thing... Such a shameless and uncouth response from them... Highly disappointed...

Complaint : i have sent 13 items from kazipet to anantapur on[protected] out of which 7 are boxes & 6 are bags. i received 12 items on[protected]. all the boxes got damaged & 1 box(contains cooler) went missing. gati delivery boy said that they sent that box to bangalore by mistake. today[protected] i received remaining 1 box(cooler) which got totally damaged and it can't be repaired.

desirable resolution of complaint : refund.

I couriered an item from pilani to palakkad via gati kwe with docket number[protected] on 7th may 2016. All of the breakable items (Items were not fragile - even the steel rod of the luggage was broken) were damaged. This shows how gati handles their items while in transit.

I had given the courier value as 10000/-. They are still not ready to give any claim on this.

I had placed an online purchase from infibeam on april last week, which was shipped via gati. The docket number for the same is #[protected]. The shipment was placed from infibeam to gati on may 2nd 2016 with an assured delivery date of may 9th 2016.

As per gati site it had reached bangalore on 07th may. I have still not received the shipment and has been constantly told that it will reach within 2 business days from may 9th. This is worst customer experience. I in fact told them that i will go and pick it up myself but they are reluctant to do that..

This is by far the worst experience. They have called me back, but always updated that someone will call me back within 12 hours.

Since 9th may i am getting harassed thoroughly. Kindly help me in availing my courier
