Dear sir,
This is to inform you that our Landline connection (Contact no :[protected] is not working since last 8 months. Making a complaint by many times, your technician visited the office and was trying to checked the issue. As per his confirmation, all wires are damaged and not getting Cable wire which was installed below the land of the road area.
He was telling that this will take a time to resolve don't know when!! He has given his supervisor's contact no to take it further. His supervisor Mr Sable has confirmed that this issue is running since long time. All Bhyander west MTNL connections are not working because of this issue.
As a temporary solution they are diverting all the calls onto the given mob no. Yesterday, I have also received the same resolution to divert my Landline calls to Office mob no.Now temporary my Landline contact no has been diverted to my mobile no : [protected].
As I asked to give me a permanent solution, Mr Vagle denied to give me a deadline to resolve the issue. He was telling to divert the calls and don't know when the same will be resolved..
Kindly take this forward and do the needful as I am getting the regular bills from MTNL for not rendering any service!!!
Below is the period for which I have received the bills for making a payment. Out of which some bills are already paid from my side. Attaching the payment acknowledgement for your reference.

Request you to arrange the rebate against the bills which I have already paid.
