Take away restaurant is open in residential flat f7, himalaya tanishq, raj nagar extension, gzb. Due to this outsider moments have increased & privacy of floormates interrupted. Also risk factor of living is high as commercial appliances are using in residential flat. Many times it was notified to rwa & builder but no action was taken. Owners are arun & baldev khurana. They don't have any noc and operational licence.

There is one flat illegally developed by builder in ground floor parking area of building. That area is supposed to be parking area for residents of building.

In addition to this, building has also developed 2 flats illegally on the terrace of building. Both ground floor flats and top floor flats are illegally developed by private builder.

With due respect, it is submitted that we are the residents of Plot No. 221, Nitikhand-1, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, UP. It has come to our knowledge that some illegal construction is being taking place in public park (Awanti bai park/Hathi Park) which is situated In front of our building. Photographs of said proposed illegal construction are enclosed herewith. In fact one Parmanand Devli (Priest/Pujari) of the temple along with some unsocial elements wanted to occupy the government land fin order to expand the area of temple which is situated at the corner of said park. Subjected illegal area would be at least 120 SQF that will cover the joggers track in future as well .You are hereby requested to take prompt action into the matter and take necessary action against the persons who are involved in this illegal activity.

we lived in kdp grand savana raj nagar extn. Where some people who has ground floor flat they are illigly covered
so many open area. There roof has collected so many dust dirty articles. Because of this so many mosquito are developed on there roof . Nobody clean those sheds & can't do this.

We would like to know about the guidelines that what are the criteria or rules if one would like to open a car/auto service station so can we open car service centre in residential colony in ghaziabad.

If we can not open car service centre in residential colony then what are the permission we have to take if we would like to open auto or car service station in residential colony in ghaziabad

This is to bring to your kind notice that illegal construction is going on on plot no-249 gyankhand 1, indirapuram, ghaziabad. Inspite of sealing done by gda still construction going on in full swing.

Kindly take not of it since the generators used in construction is causing a lot of pollution in the area. Health of children playing in the area is at grave risk.

The builders labourers and contractors are creating nuisance and misbehaving with residents living in the vicinity.

Kindly take action against the builder

Recently jio team has dug and damaged the water supply pipeline in abhay khand 3 (Gda flats). We have lodged the verbal complaint to jal board office for same.
Then they have pasted a piece of rubber slipper with clamp on damaged pipe. Which is a not a permanent solution and can be removed any time. Pipe is just near to drainage system and can be a severe health issue to all residential.

Please do the immediate action on it.

This is causing a lot of pollution in the area children living in the vicinity health is at risk. The labourers are misbehaving with people in the area. This is to inform you that sh manish agarwal has an unauthorized constructed b-542 roof. They illegal developed this roof as per gzb development authority. This building is near to nala and railway line., agarwal think this is there property and tower... They do not allow us to look after him and they do whatever want with our water tank... They want to make another room on this water tank side... Both husband and wife give threat to me and my children are scared of him... So, you are requested to please direct your official concern to remove the structure and needful action for making this structure against the gda lease rules.

I am a senior citizen and a regular visitor of lohiya park in the early hour of the day. There are three toilets in the park. One at the entrance is always locked for the last more than six months for the visitors. One of the two left toilets is so filthy with no water, no sanitation, no lights and even male urinal pots are with out connecting pipes. And other male toilet does not have light and one male urinal pot with out connecting pipe. Due to this the swatch bharat abhiyan slogan is defeated. I am failed to understand why your staffs at lohiya park does not see the plight of the male toilets.
Number of times i myself has reported this matter on line. Kindly do needful.

Dear sir,
We are constant to make a complaint against the illegal and unauthorised construction by some independent house owners

The occupants has increased the lanter of their balcony area and veradanah/ramp so that they can have large spaces for their rooms. They all are increasing beyond from their permissible limit.

This thing is in practice for quiet some time and you are requested to send some personnel from your department just to have recce of the ongoing construction which is eating out the spaces meant for roads.

You are requested to take immediate action on this otherwise it will be difficult for them stop for further action.

There must some clauses which should be there which clearly reflects the permissible limit of spaces meant for independent house.

Please pose them strict penalties so that such a type of practice will stop taking place.

With due respect in c61 shalimar garden extension 2 their is a illegal tution cum preschool centre operating in basement shop. The owner has also occupied outside road and doesnot let anybody park their and has local goons supoort so they use power and even have fought owner in same building they are not ready to vacate the premises even after many warning i request you to please take an action against same as children harm vehicle on daily basis and the owner doesnot even mind. It is wholely illegal for such activity in the residential area and i request some gda person to seal the same property to make sure such attempts are curbed. It will be very helpful as i am resident of same building and is very much done with all the fighting and stuff which leads to nothing.

I would like to draw the government’s attention to the deplorable condition of the road in Anand industrial area Arthala Ghaziabad. It has been almost many years since the road along this area has been in a dilapidated state due to total neglect of the Department of roads which is the least bothered about repairing it.

There are numbers potholes causing much difficulty for drivers to navigate vehicles.

Near the underpass which constructed recently the road is not there only stones are spread. But it was your responsibility to construct the road as soon as underpass construction work is completed.

Due to which many passengers have met with accident that could have been avoided had the Department of Roads been Serious about the difficulty faced by the people.

How long does it take for the Department of Roads to repair the road or are they waiting for more accident and deaths to carry out their duty?

Other road in areas where government officials and VIPs live do not take much time for maintains, but it is the area where we, the general people, live that repairs to even the busy roads are delayed too much.

Please look into it and help people to get good transport way as soon as possible.

This is matter of an illegal construction at flat number 71, ground floor, neelam vihar, kaushambi, near hotel radisson. The owner of the said flat has illegally doing construction work not only back side of the said flat but also in front of the flat with expansion of 3 to 4 feet, which is not as per the gda plan. Due to this activity, we are facing many problems i. E. Internal road of neelam vihar society getting narrow, lesser space available for car parking, difficult to walk and drive vehicle in the internal road of the society. We are herewith humbly requested to please take necessary action immediately otherwise it will vary hazardous to the society at large.

I'm really sorry to inform you that the gda is not performing it's duties. As a resident it's my responsibility to inform you that on one hand where gda is sealing the residential plots who are performing commercial activities on the other hand the gda officials are letting a cars 24 store to open in our locality in shakti khand-2nd in plot no.176 that is a residential plot. Sir opening of this store would cause very bad impact in our locality as there is not much parking space and the gda is sealing other plots nearby it would be really sad for the people who have there plots sealed to see such a new store coming up near them with the same residential plot issue.
Sir i request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate steps for the issue i really look forward for for action and support to the local residents who will definitely face major parking and traffic disturbance issues due to opening of this store.

Ghaziabad development authority [gda] — broken pipe line since 6 month

The broken pipe line in front of my flat 872 in n. K. 3 indirapuram is creating great issue to all residents. This pipeline is broken since 6 month but nobody attend it. The sewage is on road, foul smell and mosquitoes pose to a danger to all residents and regular water blogging is very harmful.
Kindly resolve the issue on priority as situation is getting worse day today

I am staying in shakti khand 2, indirapuram, ghaziabad. I want to complaint regarding an illegal commercial activity in our residential complex in indirapuram, at 176 shakti khand 2, indirapuram. Cars24 naming company has opened a new store in our building due to which we have to suffer a lot of disturbance and traffic jams, also causing a lot of air and noise pollution. Please take some urgent strict action so that we residents can live here peacefully.
