Dear sir, Past 10 years there is no construction made in plot no 877, shakti khand-IV, indirapuram, GB.The plot become dumping ground it's very difficult to stay in the area and it's smelling to make atmosphere unhealthy, it's allowing animal in area and most important thing it inviting disease like maleria, dengu etc.so please give notice to the owner of the plot to clean the area of plot and do something about interest in favour of neighbors.Please look at tha matter.

Dear sir,

Request to you, please get repaired the roads in ghaziabad area (Behrampur on nh-24 near pratap vihar).

As all the roads are totally damaged & undulated. So really it is quite tough here, even in walking.

Because of bad condition of roads, lots of water get collected over the damaged roads & then different different hazardous insects develops here which are infecting the residents.

Even after such a bad condition of roads, neither from the government official nor from the local leader get it repaired or took any corrective action.

Request to you, please get it repaired or get constructed the new roads as soon as possible as all the residents had already suffered a lot from last more than a year.

I write this letter with a heavy heart to complain about the nearly pathetic way the situation in the service lane behind a2, 134, rajendra nagar, sector 5, sahibabad, gzb is being handled. I've attested photographs of this lane covered with dirty water. Other than the fact that it's odor itself is enough to repel any human contact, there have been problems like rise in number of insects due to this deplorable phenomenon. Time is precious. Hence, i'll just say that it's getting unbearable. Look into the matter and proceed with required actions asap.

Dear Sir, Mam, I would like to notice that under our building premises 1 shopkeeper having two premises D-1, D-3, name is respectively Impressive data services Pvt ltd and S.P.G. Industries has been extended tin shed name of shopkeeper is Shailendra. The Tin shed which he is extended is unauthorized and illegal. After discussed with this shop keeper he denied to remove tin shed . Kindly do need full on urgent basis

As we are staying in 2nd floor and we started renovation in our flat.
Our neighbours had done illegal construction on the ground floor all the members of our flat are
Facing problems due his ill mannered behaviour and the tree which is coming from his premises breakes all the windows
And there are several illegal construction in his portion such as shaft space. He extended the shaft space
And made a room from that
When we asked him to extend our part he agreed so we started the work suddendly he started creating nuisance
And said he will break all the pillars as he is using his space for commercial purposes which is on ground floor.
All we want is to break all the illegal portion on his part and the tree which is almost in the house and making the
Roots of the house weak.. Kindly look after this issue..

There is a school in the name of st. Mary in shalimar garden ext 2 block a, they started construction in the play ground area of their premises and as per my knowledge there is still case pending in the honourable court for illegal pocession of children' park. Please do the appropriate action earliest as the school authorities generally started these type of activities at the time of elections.

In classic residency, raj nagar extn there is one school called twinkle toes, they are not only misusing the electricity by putting up sign board which has around 20 tube lights (Huge wastage of electricity) but also violating rules of residential complex (Misusing by doing publicity like this in residential complex). We have approached best possible authorities like aoa of society, builder maintenance office but nobody is listening or helping these strong publicity board (Full of lights) not only disturbing our balcony as we are unable to stand buz of flash of light but also huge wastage of energy.

Requested gda to kindly take strict action against school like them whereas school gives moral values like don't waste water and electricity and they themselves wasting this much energy on daily basis.

I saurabh agrawal s/o harishanker agrawal l-38 a lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad living in this flat last five years. L-38 b owner mr rajeev bhardwaj constracted his house and also they construct unauthorised development on roof. They completely block roof by illegal constraction. Gda has approved only two floor but they contracted third floor due to this constraction building is not safe. Last five years we are facing water leakage promlem from l-38 b flat. They started constraction in his house they told me that within one or two days your problem will be solve but leakage problem is continuing as soon. Water reached to the electricity points and any time current flow started in our house. If any disaster done in our house this is completely responsibility of mr rajiv bhardwaj and i requested to please stop this illegal constraction ion roof of l-38b.

I have get into agreement to sell on 12/10/2011 with m/s. Mhadev housing projects pvt ltd through its director mrs. Sangeeta sharma for the plot no.122, shakti khand -2, second floor with roof right and road facing.

He said i will give possession in march 2012. All we believed and wait for march, 2012. He sold the same plots to so many buyers and got money from them to invest in another places.

We went to police station many times and finally court and now case is pending with ghaziabad court. Mrs. Sangeeta sharma is in jail and his husband mr rajesh sharam working as ticket checker in railway is out of bail, who was looking after the projects.

Mr saket agarwal, who is owner of the above said plot no. 121 and 122 of sakti khand 2, ghaziabad also owned m/s. Keshwana ispat private limited, 123, first floor, agarwal tower flat no. 7&8, madawali, fazalpur, delhi -91 agreement with m/s arsh trading company, 45 arsh manjil, sector 12, vijay nagar, ghaziabad, up through mr. Hazi asif chaudhary dated nil to demolish the building.

On 6th april some people came with their instrument to demolish the building, when we came to know that some one is trying to demolish, we stopped and went to police station for the same.

Police directed us to go to gda for the same and we have given our request to gda on 08.04.2019.

Case is in the court and how the owner can come for demolish the building, it is against the law and we need our justice.

We shall be grateful if you could kindly look into this matter and do the needful

The builder namely jai prakash aggarwal is raising illegal constructions in his various properties in connivance with the government employee and he already did this in his so many buildiings and curruntly indulged in various illegal constrtuctions, without sanctioning legal and valid site plans from the authority concerns.
Kindly stern action may be taken against him as he is a highly influencial person of the society and in the locality there is no one to dare complaint against him.

I wish to bring it to your notice that the ground floor of house no - 777, sector - 5, vaishali, which is completely a residential scheme and 72 families living in the lane, is being used for objectionable commercial purposes. This floor on plot no 777 has been used as a boys hostel and there are more than 12 young unidentified people living in this small flat. The background and whereabouts of all these young men are not available and also not verified by the local police.

This is causing disturbance to the people living in this lane as all possible nonsense is created by these boys day and night and the ladies and young girls are not comfortable in their presence as they are found on the road after evening hours.

A prompt action from your end is sought through this mail. The matter has also been reported to the local police for further investigations.

Please verify the above facts and then take appropriate action asap.

I am a resident of house no 583 vaishali, ghaziabad. The common sewer line passing through my house has been dumped and all the sewerage cleaners have told only one solution of replacing the sewer line with a new one and for this the whole floor of my house has to be dismantled and replaced again but my neighbors living on 1st and 2nd floor are not at all supportive and not ready to pay any expense. This situation has persisted from past 20 years. I want that the sewer line to be separated and all my expenses to be distributed among all and all my past dues on them to be cleared. I also want an immediate action to be taken on my problem because i live along my family which include my 2 son's, one of just 6 years and other of 15 years and the oxides of sulphur has created an extreme health issue for all o[censored]s.

Kindly draw your attention at illegal construction of 4th floor in b-419b, lajpat nagar, sahibabad, ghazibad. Owner name is mr. Satish raghav. We submittedd many application in your gda department ghaziabad. We meet with ms kanchan verma many times but no action is taken on serious note.

I would like to request request you please stop this construction as eaerly as possible.

I am resident of vaishali ghaziabad . I want to draw your attention towards the
illegal construction in roof of building. The people are making full facility rooms in roofs of buliding which make us unable to go to roofs as they have locked the terrace.Now they are not satisfied with that too they are making it more better, construction work is going on roof which causes sound and irritation to old peoples and it is a high time for board students too .So i request a strict action against them, as i compalint many times but nothing happens . i hope this time you will take a strict action

Entry in city forest is being illegally charged from senior cituzens and children and there is no display at the counter about who all are exempt such as senior citizens children upto 12 years o age armed forces personnel govt employees handicapped personschildren in school uniform please ensure proper information is mentioned at the counter itself

The builder named as superrealtech pvt limited controlled oxy homez, near koyal enclave, loni raod, ghaziabad is not taking care of the health related issues of the residents. The soft water supplied through all pipelines to the residents are mixed with sewer water and foul smells is coming out every time. Inspite of making repeated complaints no action taken by the management. This issue is continuing from the time they have given possession to the residents. Our children are getting infected with various health problems on account o[censored]sage of this dirty and highly contaminated water. No other water supplied to the residents for any other usage other than this contaminated and dirty water. People are also getting infected with skin rashes and other diseases on account of this act from the management. Please take serious action against the builder.

I want to know about circle rate of a flat at ground floor bearing address iii-a/221 rachna, vaishali.

It is at 45 meters road, double storey construction, first floor belong to different man. Area is 149 sq meters with built up around 90 sq. Meters/100sq feet as per laws 2bhk. This was built in around 1994.

I consider it should be less than 52000/sq yard for ready built in vaishali as construction is old (26 years) and double storeyed.

Dear sir,
We are constant to make a complaint against the illegal and unauthorized construction by some flat owners/ occupants at ground floor and first floor.

The occupants of the ground floor has enchased in common area which is meet to various amenities i. E. The duct in between blocks and flats and the site back and left back which was felt open under the sanction plain.
Some of occupants have increase the projection hy laying the rcc lanter either in duct and a various balconies which is adversity altering with privacy and security of the adjacent flat. Beside the illegal and unauthorized construction which is made of poor quality and poor workmanship is dangerous to safety and security of neighbors.
The following flats made this unauthorized construction.

Even though they used to make every interval time some construction. They also ready to fight and misbehave.

Kindly take necessary and immediate action against illegal construction which is still been carried on.

There is illegal butcher - they making life miserable - each every day bad smell spring in colony sharp sound cutting of meat is spread everywhere - even they are not having proper license of butchering work.

I have taken possession of flat (Details below) from the builder in jan-18 and complete amount including parking charges of rs. 1, 95, 000 were paid on time before taking possession. Registry of the flat is also done in mar-18, however i have not yet issued my parking slot till date. From last one year i am parking my car at some non allotted space and even someone broken the windscreen of my car. As i don't have allotted slot for my car, it is very difficult to manage parking on daily basis. Request for your support
