I am a resident of Supertech Livingston in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad.
Supertech has illegally done construction up to 2nd floor between Galaxy Tower and D2 tower and also between Galaxy and D1 tower. Construction done in common space between the towers is illegally sold to customer making 3 BHK sanctioned layout of Galaxy tower to 4 BHK up to 2nd floor. Please see attached picture of the site.

Due to this illegal construction, resident living in D2 and D1 tower is facing problem as this illegal construction is blocking their balcony and open space.

Connecting road from nh-24 to crossings republik ghaziabad is in very bad condition and there are many holes in it and due to there is always a traffic jam there. It is very difficult to cross that road. It is our request to gda to construct this road. This is 1 kilometer road only and it can be built easily with few days. So, pleas look into this and please built this road immediately.

Respected madam, while a notice was sent on 29.07.17 to de-install the illegal mobile towers at r-12/26 raj nagar, there is no action being taken by anybody, although nearly two years have been passed. Please let us know the status.

We feel no change in this yogi government since these towers belong to a influential political figure - sudesh sharma and hence no action has been taken so far. This fellow is using this house of totally commercial purposes although he does not live here. He gave this premises to a mnc where more than 25 personnel are working and their motorbikes disturb whole residential area.

Respected madam, rwa of assoteck, windsor club cabana, vaibhav khand, indirapuram, is charging very high maintenance @155/= per day at its studio apartments (A & b blocks) without giving any facility. They are taking extra charges for every service including cleaning etc., which is not justified. Thus, they are eating public money.

Kindly set up and enquiry/audit against the rwa authorities.

Why gda is not taking action on sealed building construction which is going on in full swing at plot no-249, gyankhand 1, indirapuram, ghaziabad.

This building rubbles and diesel generators sets used by contractors causing a lot of pollution in the area for nearbuy residents. This is a residential area.

The building workers are misbehaving with residents in the area. The children cannot play due to dust and smoke emnating from the construction.

Can you please take immediate action against the builder and workers. Or our rwa has decided to approach higher authorities in gda.

Despite repeated complaints no action taken, sealing by GDA is also done but illegal construction is going on on plot no - 249, Gyankahnd 1, Indirapuram Ghaziabad .

The construction is going on in full swing, the diesel gensets used by them are causing a lot of pollution in residential area. The labourers are misbehaving with residents nearbuy causing law and order situation.

Kindly take action on urgent basis.

Illegal construction on roof top in d153 a lajpatnagar sector 4 sahibabad so this affected all the ground floor building so please take action regarding this even this is going on near by also on roof top already so if this roof is also constructed than it will affect all the building this is totally illegal roof is for all building members but upper floor owners using for it's own by doing illegal construction so please take appropriate action regarding this thanking you

Earlier the complaint for providing the water facility to the resident of the area was registered through jansunwai mobile application on 21.9.2018. The same is reproduced below: -

We, the resident of e block, indraprastha humbly submit as under: -

Almost 15 families consisting of 8 to 10 members each are residing in the area. This area is a govt. Approved from gda but the facility of drinking water is not provided by the jal board. At present we are living on drinking water purchased from the market and using sometimes from available boring water (Submersible pump) which is hard water and is injurious to health i[censored]sed for a longer period.

It is requested that the facility of jal board water may kindly be provided in the colony area by giving connection to the pipelines already laid down for the resident in the colony area. Since the network of laying the pipelines is already available, a simple connection of the jal board water supply is required to be given which is possible at your level.

Hope you will consider the basic human requirements of drinking water to the residents of the e block.

The reply thereof has also been received from the ghaziabad development authority vide their letter no. 692/4/ee zone-8/2018 dated 04/10/2018 (Copy attached). It has been intimated in the said letter that work of construction of pump house has already been taken up and the facility of providing water supply to the residential colony shall be provided shortly.in this connection i would like to submit that as of now, 5 months have already lapsed, but no improvement appears to have been achieved in providing the water facility to the residents of the area. Should we hope that the construction of pump house and providing water supply to the residents shall be accomplished immediately without further delay.

I wish to draw your kind attention to block e, indraprastha, phase-2, near banthla railway crossing, opposite delhi international school, loni, ghaziabad - 201012.

Sir, it has been noticed that people from adjacent areas including factory areas are encroaching in the e block and are throwing garbage and sometimes dead animals body are also found in the vicinity of e block, which has become a hazardous for the residents. At times, untoward elements also take liberty to drink and create unwanted atmosphere. We have been bearing so long but now it has become big problem to live under the unhealthy circumstances. Children and ladies residing in this area are also feeling insecure to have free and fearless movement in the area.in the night in becomes more unsafe.

We request that the problem may kindly be solved for the residents and take appropriate action to safeguard the area by providing compound wall around the e block at your earliest convenience.

This is regarding illegal construction on plot no. 13-14, gandhinagar, ghaziabad.

The following are the objection

1) ownership of plot no. 13-14, gandhinagar, ghaziabad is disputed and under consideration of allahabad high court reference "second appeal (Sapl) - [ 804/2010 ]"

2) plan sanction is still pending but construction started at site

3) being a commercial property it shall have rera registration

4) a part of total layout plot is illegally alloted which is shown as open area in gda layout

Mr. Dev sharan tyagi, a resident of vaishali house no 821 sector 5 ghaziabad 201010 kept his generator in a small garden which occupy common road area and causing problems too many.
Kindly ask him to kept his generator inside his house. Our neighbour could locate the unit in front of the house, they did not seek approval prior to installation. Our declaration requires owner to obtain board approval prior to exterior changes of common road property.

I want to bring in your kind notice that group of dogs around 6-7 dogs attack on peoples and bite them in routine and so many children, ladies, old age peoples senior citizen injured because of dogs attack.

In view of above, you are requested to catch bunch of dogs from my street on priority and deport from localality to alone area and also save innocent old age senior citizen, children, ladies and other from terror of dogs.

Kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis. This is causing a lot of pollution in the area because they are using generators, debris of construction is causing a lot of dust and smoke.

The builder workers are also misbehaving with nearby residents creating law and order problem.

Dear sir i want to draw your attention regarding going on commercial activities in c 222 lohia nagar ghaziabad.
The person is dealer of rajinigandha pan masala daily around 10-20 truck come in colony all time rickshaw come in the colony whole colony road get break with this activity also small kids play they feel unsafe due to this reason. After completing many times to rwa we have not received any positive response. After all this i am approaching you to resolve our problem. Hope for early response from your side

I would like to draw your kind attention yowards construction quality and other important issues of our apartment which got the completion and occupancy certificate from govt authorites.

First i want to tell you that ajnara's sister concern is handling our apartment and getting huge amount everymonth on the name of maintenance and services but not able to deliver as minimum required for residents.

1. Construction quality: every after 2 or 3 months, we got to know the roof plaster is coming out in any flat of any tower. Some pics attached for your reference. One day, it will definately take someone's life due to this.

2. Dogs : residents r facing lots of issues due to street dogs in basemwnt, floors, terrace, common parks, club etc. Several times, we have lodged the complaint but nothing has happened. Maintenance team is not able to handle it.

3. Cleaning : its a major reason for dogs in our society, all garbage shafts r full of garbage without locks, common areas r so dirty.

4. Lifts : every other day there is a news of lifts not working or old residents and kids facing issues due to emergency stop etc.

5. Greenry in society: its now deterioting day by day as builder is making parking space in green area. Even not maintining greenry properly.

6. Maintenance charges and dg charges : its high as compare to other society but there is no upkeep of these services. We have a prepaid meter installed hence we dont have say on it. No auto changer installed in dg. Electricity per unit charge is very costly too.

I request please depute someone for surprise inspection from your team to inspect some houses, buildings, basement, club area, terrace, lift shafts etc. Your team shud not meet builder, maint team or aoa just inspect on their own and report you than only you will get the transparent amd clear picture of our society.

I am writing on behalf of sehyog welfare society, sector 5, vaishali, ghaziabad.
It is a society of around 150 houses. Currently we are facing lot of challenges due to open drainage line floating on the back side of the society. This has now emerged as main breading point for mosquito and number of mosquito generated diseases. The continue emerging stinking smell has almost made our lives miserable. It seems that epidemic can break out at any time here.
We sincerely request you to please cover this drain.
