Dear,

Please note that newly reconstructed road in niti khand 1, indirapuram, ghaziabad which had plots 441-512 near swarn jayanti park is really of a bad quality from day one. The road is breaking up and children cycling and vehuicles slip as lillte black slippery black road stuff is there and thus roads are slippery and dangerous.

It has lead to some really bad accidents and sides have already gone down to create hige pot holes. No speed breakers also is a reason of ppl speeding and iot was earlier but afetr the road construction it is under laid.

I am resident of shakti khand-4, indirapuram. I launched a telephonic complaint regarding non-functioning of street light in front of plot no 881 to 899 near tikona park and the team visited yesterday i. E. 17/12/2018. Now the street light is in working condition but one light which is located in front of plot no 891 is not working because the complete fitting of light like led and bracket are missing, it might be taken by the team for repairing. I bring this issue to your kind notice and request you to kindly do the needful. It is a humble request you to make sure that the complete fitting will be again assembled and the light will be worked.

Unauthorized construction is rampant is sector-4a, manokamna appartment, vashndhara ghaziabad. Flat owners are making unauthorized construction and narrowing the common lanes. We need urgent action on this for at least the new construction. I can understand in the past from gda no one has taken action but please get ready to take action for now onward.

I would like to report that there has been commercial activity happening on one of the residential plots in niti khand 2, indirapuram for the past many years on a residential plot which has been empty for past many years

The said plot has a lot of wooden clogs which are being rented for construction of houses. This causes a lot of security hazards within the internal road as well as disturbance and air polllution in the area.
This causes constant noise to the residents and also causing hindrance and safety hazards for parking.

Can an action be taken asap

Sir i am a residence of karhera colony near mohan nagar ghaziabad pin code 201007
Here an banquet hall known as om sai vatika is in residential area causing great disturbance to society they using dj at a very loud noise, using high number of crackers causing disturbance and fear in infants. The owner of banquet hall is using some government land for parking facility where people used to drink alcohol and they many times abusing ladies and reprimand local people of society.
Sir the strength of society is more than 5000people there are many children who can't study in this environment. Please take an immediate action against it.

I am resident of Sector 11, Hno 445 Ground Floor, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. Infront of my residence there is on Party Lawn/Marriage Home by the name of MI Garden which is illegally operating in Residential Area and that to very close to Green Belt of Hindon River.

Moreover they create nuisance, People who come from outside for party/marriage drink wine on road and fight /make noise at night.

The party lawn plays loud music on speakers defying the orders of Court creating mental and health challenges for children, old age people and sick ones.
This MI Garden blocks road of the society and creates huge problem for the residents to commute.

You are requested to take immediate action against Mi Garden in Sector 11, Vasundhara and close all its activities/business in our residential area.

This is about the partially completed bus stop at mohan nagar which is pending from a long time. Only pillars are there but no roof.
We are unable to stand and wait for our buses. Why was this even started when it has to be kept incomplete?

Moreover there is garbage littering all over the place. If this is not completed before this month. We all will raise the concern to media aboutvthe inability of gda.

Hii..

I am a resident of nehru nagar, ghaziabad. We have numerous stray dogs here in the locality that creates big nuissance. It is difficult for the people to move out of their homes as dogs escorts them and even bite them. They bark almost whole night creating disturbance for us and we even afraid of taking our children to play outside.

Please look into the matter and resolve this issue asap

The sewer blockage infront of plot 110 in shakti khand 4 indirapuram ghaziabad is creating great issues to all residents. The sewage is on road, foul smell and mosquitoes pose a danger to all residents. Kindly resolve the issue on priority as situation is getting worse day by day.

Sir this is to inform you that we're getting very dirty and smelly water supply location for h.no.519 nyay khand 3 near eastern height last one week. So it is very difficult for us use that water for our daily use. This type of water if we use so many disease can took place so kindly resolve this problem urgently.

The ground flr owner of G3 (ground flr portion) of B11, Baghban Lane, Ramprasth(distt gzb) has forcefully taken up the car parking space of 3 cars-with pots and plants. She fights, gets violent, abuses and creates problems for the other 11 owners of flats in the same building.
Today, a police complaint was made also.
This woman defied the police who told her to remove the pots by threatening to lie on the road!!! Will the Authority please swing into action and resolve this issue

A underpass was made between vasundhara and arthala rail fatak.
After making underpass the road from arthala side is not made only peddles were thrown there still know it is as it is.
It very difficult to travel on that kind of road most chance of sleeping of two wheeler vehicles.

The road is in very bad condition there.
Please repair it as soon as possible.

Updated by Lovin choudhary I would like to draw the government’s attention to the deplorable condition of the road in Anand industrial area Arthala Ghaziabad. It has been almost many years since the road along this area has been in a dilapidated state due to total neglect of the Department of roads which is the least bothered about repairing it.

There are numbers potholes causing much difficulty for drivers to navigate vehicles.

Near the underpass which constructed recently the road is not there only stones are spread. But it was your responsibility to construct the road as soon as underpass construction work is completed.

Due to which many passengers have met with accident that could have been avoided had the Department of Roads been Serious about the difficulty faced by the people.

How long does it take for the Department of Roads to repair the road or are they waiting for more accident and deaths to carry out their duty?

Other road in areas where government officials and VIPs live do not take much time for maintains, but it is the area where we, the general people, live that repairs to even the busy roads are delayed too much.

Please look into it and help people to get good transport way as soon as possible.

Concerned authorities are requested to intervene to protect greenery of harit patti. Law abiding citizens (Elderly / old) are facing ball hits and injuries several times due to unruly playing of cricket in small park. Gda horticulture deppt have planted grasses / flowers several times but it have been destroyed deliberately by some vested persons of same lane. Hence pl do needful to provide relief to law abiding citizens of this locality.

In RADHAKUNJ Brij Vihar surya nagar contractor constructing floors without parking space in E107 and 108 which will be sell out ar flats.Where 12 flat owners park their vehicles. Please V C GDA look into the matter seriously and direct contractor for parking space. Earlier in E114 and 115 flats are constructed which is against the law.please see

In our society attached circular has been displayed by the maintenance dept that "no commercial utilisation of flats". As per guidlines from gda. Firstly i want to knoe the meaning of "no commercial utilisation of flats" as per gda. I hope circular has been issued by gda after inspecting and going through various pros & cons. But, here question arises on gda that is every circular is for common man /flat owner only and not applicable for builder (Since they keep authorities in their shoes by bribing money).in our society builder is running maintenance office & marketing office at gf of c block & d block respectively. Is the attached circular nor applicable for builder. I have already mentioned in many complaints before to close the above commercial activities of builder in our society, but gda is very much engaged in those complaints where they are benefitted. One of the worst department in country. Looking forward that complaint with be dealt with full honesty and will get a concrete reply and will see both offices closed soon. Also, looking for circular against builder that "no commercial utilisation of flats"

Plot no. 910 niti khand 1 indrapuram gzb . This plot is worst plot. Plot owner make jhughies inside for purpose of rental income. People which lives in jhughies of that plot no. 910 they damage water pipe lines which cause roads full of water etc. Pls help us. We are disappointed on this.
Pls take action on this and clear the plot.

This is to bring to your notice that road condition in Indirapuram, Shakti khand 2 is in pathetic condition. It's a very good source of mosquito as water remains accumulated in the humps in broken raod, also it is very much prone to accedents.

Need your immediate assistance to get the raod repaired.

James a resident and business man, who is also indulge in conversion of hindus to christian is constructing godam in residential apartment plot no-1/10, ashirwad apartments-2, sector-5, rajendra nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad. He is constructing godam in basement of residential apartments in name of guard room. Supreme court had put stay on any construction in this region now but he is still violating all laws. He works for christian missionaries who are converting hindus in to christians. Few peoples are supporting them for their lure and benefit of that apartment. They behave as goons.
I request you to take strict action against them. He is running business in flat no: g-1 too in residential apartments. Many complaints had been already lodged but all were closed without any action as he managed the things in his way. This complaint will be sent to cm also including mla and mp, if action is not taken soon.

Builder for commercial purpose.
This is causing a severe security risk, disturbance to the resident of the building and nearby

This is a parking area and illegally covered by the builder

I request to visit to our society & see the place & audit our books of accounts also because our accounts in Bank of Baroda is also near to zero
