Dear sir i want to draw your attention regarding going on comercial activities in fake loan department, e846a, gda mig flat, pratap vihar, ghaziabad.
Daily around 70 people come in this office. We feel very unsafe due to this.
This property belongs to mahinder yadav.
We have not received any positive response discussing with landlord.
After all this i am approaching you to resolve our problem. Hope for early response from your side.

I'm a resident of madhuban bapudham gda ews flats and we are not getting water supply from past two days as our water tank motor is damaged. As this is a festive week so it's my request that kindly look after this problem as soon as possible so that we can not face more problem in celebrating festival.

Unauthorized covering of balcony in kw srishti (F-004, g-001) and some other also. When we try to stop this work they started rudely discussion with us with abusive language and said that we will complete our work any how by hook or kook. When we called it is against gda he replied that the work is not stopped u want to register any complaint gda you may proceed. Your requested to kindly do the needful.

I had purchased one flat in unione residency, cbi colony, akbarpur behrampur, nh 24, ghaziabad where builder communicated before selling flat that 3 parks will be available in society, but now builder has constructed building on mostly land and still construction going on on vacant land.

Kindly look in to the matter and take the action towards builder.

Dear sir / madam : sewear in dlf dilshad extn2 bhopra in plot number b-1 and flat numbers 60 to 68 and flat infront of it. All the sewear s are blocked and there is water onvthevroad. It becoming very difficult to live and go anywhere due to water filling. Residents doing some construction to avoid water filling in there house or flat area is making it more worse. Please do take steps to resolve urgently.

We live in f — block, sector-11-12, vijay nagar, ghaziabad, up-201009 the problem is that there one person un-authorised riksha (Raidi) in the park so gda park is damaged and after parked these peoples are smoke cigaratte, ganja and drunk at night 19:00 or 20:00 pm and after that that person lock the gda park gate.

Hello. Sir,
I am resident of plot no 19 shakti khand part 2 near cambridge school. All roads / streets are in very good condition except my street. I don't know that why your officials is ignoring this issue consistently.
Above said street is in very bad condition and it is very dangerous to walk on this. Many senior citizens and kids are residing there. It is requested that please give your attention on this issue.

Dear sir
We buy a flat on loni road near happy gas plant builder name is harsh associate we book the flat on 20th actober 2017 and he loan approval date is 20 april and ragistry date is 25 june but till date builder is not give the possession. And from april to till date our emi is going to bank and also rent is goint to landlord becasue of he not give the possession.
This problem is many of customer and every one complaint to him.
I request please take the action against that builder and i want to know when only 40% work is done so how bank approved the loan becasuse of loan should be approved after 90% of work done.

Sir/madam, while taking u turn just before entering raj nagar extension from hindan elevated road, just after himalaya tanishq apartment, the tree growing in divider are causing problem in sighting the traffic. Numerous accidents have taken place. Kindly, put small yellow speed breakers just after shiva gas agency or star rameshwaram apartment such that the traffic slows a bit before joining u turn. Kindly help.

Myself vishvendra singh, i am living in 12th floor, emerald 1 tower, gardenia glamour phase 2, vasundhara sector 3, ghaziabad. We all living in garenia have problems regarding the garbage which are placed niear us.in the night the garbage is always burning and the smoke came to our homes. We are not able to take the proper breath in this situation. Please take a serious action against the complaint else i am going to place a fir to againt the ghaziabad nagar nigam. Please consider it very seriously.

Wish to bring to your notice that unauthorised construction has been done forcibly by occupants of 507, second floor, sector-5, vaishali. Owner has covered the shaft without consent from occupants of other floors and without a permission from authorities. Owner is himself in police services and is trying to influence by his position. It is requested to take a necessary action.

Dear sir,
As we have compliend earlier regarding the prking issue with our builder at plot no mm -50 dlf ankur vihar, loni.
Builder has made the shop at our common parking area and doing the activity of commercial which is very much disturbing for all of flat residence, we would like to inform you that a notice has been issue to builder to clear the parking space or demolition will took place by gda in specified period.
To concern office and vc madam i want to bring your notice that action was not taken any thing nither builder has cleared the space nor demolition take placese, after pass the alomnt one month of notice period.

Kindly look in to matter and do the needful on priority.

In addition to illegal mobile towers installed at r-12/26 raj nagar, ghaziabad, the house owner has given building on rent to a commercial office of air tel, where more than 40 employee disturb the residents by putting their vehicles in front of other houses throughout the day.
Kindly immediately seal the building as well as mobile towers
Owner of the building - sudesh sharma, is highly capably person, nobody dares to take an action against him.

Ref. To complain no. 26962 dt. 23.03.2018 and, i have the honour to draw your kind attention for your justified action at an early date.
1. The damaged walls and balconies are to be painted and complet before dewali, as agreed by the builder"s represantative in presence of the jr. Engg. Gda.

2. The outer wall, above my rooftop is extended (1"-2") towards my rooftop., which i have shown to the jr. Engg. Gda and the builder"s represntatives. Both of them ensured me that before plastering of the wall, the extended portion would be completly cut out and the plastered wall will be outside my boundary wall. But presently without completing the cutting, they started plastering. The plastered wall is leaning towards my rooftop qutioning safety. I could not have my morning walk on the rooftop due to rubish and cement dust. For more than six momth. So i have no way but to stop plastering from my rooftop.

3. All the construction materials are layinging uncovered since jan.2018, causing environmental pollution and health hazard inspite of repeated request.

4. Ref. To our jon it application of six flates owners, gda has directed the builder to demolish the unauthorised construction, extending to the road,. But it is not done completly.in fornt of representatives of six flates, the jr. Engg. Gda justifed the encrosment, saying that there is encrosment in our buildings also, which have been constructed and passed by gda, 10-15 yrs ago.

That sir, i am a 66 yrs. Old woman, suffering from these troubles, for no fault of mine. During the last construction period of about 10 months we have suffered mental and physical harashment. So your justified intervention is requested at an early date and obliged.

Road of plot no 18 to 27. Shakti khand 2 indrapuram ghaziabad up is in a very bad condition and need to be constructed. Big potholes on the entire stretch which leads to water logging every day. Urgent construction of the road required. All roads of nearby areas of indrapuram are constructed but somehow ours is left out. Hundreds of online as well as written complaint about this issue was done in gda but nothing happened. And this problem is from last 4 to 5 years. Sewage overflowing and bad damaged road. Kindly look into this matter urgently

This is to bring to your notice that few ghaziabad nagar nigam parkings are charging more than price printed on parking slip.
I have observed it at ghaziabad gaur mall near new railway station that nagar nigam employees are charging 20 rupees for bike/scooter and 40 rupees for car. However, printed price for bike/scooter is 10 rupees and 20 for car.
Similarly nagar nigam parking at movie world ghaziabad is charging double of what is printed on slip. When asked they give different excuses and do not allow us to park vehicle unless we pay as they ask.
