Please provide me my replacement my mobile phone. I am very disappointed product purchased gionee handset.

You have not responded to my last email about this issue and i am not sure if you are still interested in this my problem,.
Day by day problem created new problem. I m going to service centre but not escaped your service centre my mobile phone. And not registered my complaint.
My new issue proper white my display any time.
I m working person. Please replaced my phone.
I am very disappointed with your service and your product.
I am 2month faced problems

I told them to replace the battery coz I hv gone through the same problem on my Xperia z1 and problem solved by replacing battery. but they didn't listen to me. unskilled boys.           Hi team, I am Aarti Rawat Pun from Roorkee, Uttarakhand. I purchased GIONEE A1 on 8th June and within 4 days I get to know that there is a problem of charging in the mobile.I talked to the shopkeeper and replaced the cable wire of the charger and after changing the cable wire, charging point of the mobile was not working well... So I Searched the GIONEE service center and told them about the matter. They took 1 day time for service & take the set from me. After 2 days they showed me the mobile is in airplane ✈ mode with full charging. And they showed me that it is working now. At home 🏡 I used the whole battery till left 10% Next day when I plug it to charger it took 3 hours to charge 25% and got too hot. Its hotness was not easy to touch.. I am scared..with this problem It can be burst.. Kindly replace it before 8th July..

            My jeonie a1 is a back button which is not working in a normal way because of which i have to face a lot of trouble and this trouble is happening since i have taken mobile when i got information about this before also gionee service i have given it in the center but there has been no effect and there was no solution to my problem, so i request the company to replace my phone.

              Iwith the reference to the above i purchased gionee marathon-m-5 lite on 26/10/2017 from faizul mobiles, sno:5-8-512 to 517/a, ground floor, emerald complex, chirag ali lane, abids, hyderabad, bill no:7996, phone is excellent and features were good,, few days back phone slipped out my hand glass broken in the corner side of the phone even after protected with pouch and glasse being under warranty with the hope that, new brand company i, thought that you will iprovide me free replacement i called to service centre siri communications service centre phone no:[protected], for guidence of address they simply gave me improper address and disconnected the phone, when i tried to call again they did not bother to lift the phone, after lot of struggle in finding the address when i consulted your service executive, she rudely, said that it will not come under warranty i have to pay rs.3800/-being new brand company you have to provide free service or you have to take nominal charge from customer reputed companies like samsung provided me the service with free when it is under warranty, i also brings to your notice that your phone is excellent, features and camera quality is fabulous because your worst and unethical service centres people is willing to gionee because of service problems, i advice you to hire efficient service centres and good voice based customers in the city hyderabad and secunderabad, i request gionee authorities to intervene and provide me service for for free or with nominal price, i have heard heard from mobile stores that gionee give very good service to customers even give complete replacement to customers when problem occurs but after my experience with your service centre in khairtabad i felt very bad for choosing your mobile even branded mobile company like samsung provided me free service when my fell in water for free of cost when it is under warranty and i advice you to take strict action against your service centre executives provide better service to the customers, otherwise i have no option to approach consumer court or media, early action very much appreciated.               wi reference to the above my complaint Mr.Sarfaraz executive of Gionee called me at 17.41 pm, without eeven liste ning my version about Gionee inefficient customer service and your product quality of Gionee M-5 lite even I have protected with tempered Glass and pouch it is broken same I explained to Mr.Sarfaraz, He seems to be in hurry, he did not send his details and also not noted faults of the Gionee customer care and present value of the product being a chine phone present value of the phone is less he told me price total Rs.2300/- being my phone under warranty try to get it repaired at reasonable price.Regards.G.VIjay Kumar.Senior Officer.Debts.Recovery.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected]/[protected].

                Dear Team Gionee,

                This has with reference to the series of mail sent to you since 11th May’17, I bought Gionee S6 Pro bearing Sr. No. [protected] from Mobile Villa on 19th Mar’17 vide their bill no. 9459, copy of communication mail is attached for ready reference.

                Since day one, some of the issues noticed which is mentioned in the mail. I have personally visited your service center 7 to 8 times personally, in which software formation, replacement of adaptor etc. been provided to me.

                I purchased this phone with a great zeal to overcome with the issues being faced by me during operation of my old phone.

                The selection of Brand “Gionee” considered due to goodwill in the market and features offered by the company. Another best part was quick service.

                It is quite disappointing that my experience about Gionee getting change now. I have faced multifold issues during 3 months and moreover response from such a prestigious company found to be unsatisfactory.

                I am working in a private organization which is located 60 to 70 kilometers away from the city, if I have to visit your store, I am compel to avail leave which is more expensive than repair.

                It is understood that the phone is under warranty for 1 year which is still ongoing, but its very painful to visit your service center again and again for issues attended by center many times.

                It’s a moral, mental & fiscal agony too.

                Considering above all, it is my humble request to replace the phone with new handset or other suitable option be given to choose out of the available range, if not amount paid may be refunded.

                This is my final request which may please be considered, else I will bound to initiate legal action against Gionee.

                Hope to get favorable reply on top most priority from your end.

                  I have bought a new GIONEE A1 on 30/04/2017 from Mobility World, Chinsurah Branch, Hooghly District, West Bengal . The sales person forced me to buy this set as it is month end and it is related to his incentive . i told him that let me think what set i will buy, but eventually i bought this set on that day . Now the mobile has gone only 2 months and its not taking any charge due to set issue, there is no problem the charger as i have checked it with other phones.Now they are saying it cant be replaced and it had to be send to service station. they took 1 day time for service & take the set from me but still now did not reply me back with any news after 2 days have gone . I am working in a MNC, with taking care of total Eastern region and its my official phone . If this kind of service is given by Mobility world for a Gionee set, then it is horrible .

                        I own a gionee s6 phone. Recently, the battery charging board of the phone got damaged on its own and i took the phone to a gionne care centre. They told me that the repair can be done only by opening the phone with a machine which uses vacuum and there is 50% chance of screen/display getting broken during the opening process.
                        To my surprise, they informed - it is the customer (Myself) who pays for the new screen/display as well!! The total bill of repair will be 4700 rupees!!! I am paying this much because my phone's screen is broken due to company's sole, defaulty way of opening the gionee handset. So, a charging board repair which should have normally costed me around 1000 bucks will now cost almost 5000 bucks because the company's repair unit fails to open my phone without breaking its display.
                        Im sorry to say but i feel betrayed and dejected to have invested my money in this phone. I did not expect this kind of customer service and repair.
                        If the display is broken by the company, the company should bear its cost, not the customer!!!

                            I brought gionee m4 marathon last december 2015 till date my phone automatic stop. I go customer repairing center godsoom karol bagh he said software problem, reparing centre charge rs 300/ but after some days same problem. I go to dwarks more service centre
                            Service centre person asked same problem software, he charge rs. 500/=
                            Some month gone, same problem, i go to same customer reparing centre
                            He charge another 400/= after four to five month same problem.
                            I talk customer care no [protected], she given service centre address
                            Uttam nager service centre and deposit phone some day exchange new model phone you have pay rs. 4000/
                            I go to uttamnagar service centre, person asked your phone did not working due to battery not working i can not help

                              I brought gionee p5l mobile set last year, this is in warranty period. I have so many problems with my hand set.

                              1) it heat up mostly, i can not talk more than 5 times due to heat
                              2) its hang most of time
                              3) it restart mostly automatically, then show error message
                              I have shown this phone to customer care canter but no solution of my problems.

                                I did purchase this handset gioneef103 pro its highly inefficient battery backup is horrible even the lowest standard phone hold immense good features as compared. Also there was a temper on screen but due to a slight # the screen got broken which u r not dealing in the provided warranty term... Kindly affirm wht should i do its just 6 months from purchase

                                  This problem of non recognition of country code is frustrating... These two numbers are same, but rendered in different formats - national and international formats: [protected] and +[protected].
                                  However, when numbers are saved in my gmail contacts in the international format, text messages appear with the name saved along with the number. But when the same number calls, the caller id does not appear because calls come in national format, which is different from the format the numbers are saved in the gmail contacts. If the format the numbers are saved in the gmail contacts is the national format, calls appear with id, but text messages do not appear with sender id.

                                    Very bad service i purchased f103 pro after 2 months earphone and 4 months charger and then 6 months mobile charged 100% after 45 min 50% then after 15 min off.
                                    I visit service centre in hazratganj lucknow where he told mobile need to update software.
                                    Wait 1 hours then return my mobile with 2% battery when at a time i submitted mobile battery is 85%.

                                      Firstly they say come after 2 days, then they say come after 4 day then i visited there after 9 days, its about 1 month means 27 days, my handset is yet to repair...
