Iwith the reference to the above i purchased gionee marathon-m-5 lite on 26/10/2017 from faizul mobiles, sno:5-8-512 to 517/a, ground floor, emerald complex, chirag ali lane, abids, hyderabad, bill no:7996, phone is excellent and features were good,, few days back phone slipped out my hand glass broken in the corner side of the phone even after protected with pouch and glasse being under warranty with the hope that, new brand company i, thought that you will iprovide me free replacement i called to service centre siri communications service centre phone no:[protected], for guidence of address they simply gave me improper address and disconnected the phone, when i tried to call again they did not bother to lift the phone, after lot of struggle in finding the address when i consulted your service executive, she rudely, said that it will not come under warranty i have to pay rs.3800/-being new brand company you have to provide free service or you have to take nominal charge from customer reputed companies like samsung provided me the service with free when it is under warranty, i also brings to your notice that your phone is excellent, features and camera quality is fabulous because your worst and unethical service centres people is willing to gionee because of service problems, i advice you to hire efficient service centres and good voice based customers in the city hyderabad and secunderabad, i request gionee authorities to intervene and provide me service for for free or with nominal price, i have heard heard from mobile stores that gionee give very good service to customers even give complete replacement to customers when problem occurs but after my experience with your service centre in khairtabad i felt very bad for choosing your mobile even branded mobile company like samsung provided me free service when my fell in water for free of cost when it is under warranty and i advice you to take strict action against your service centre executives provide better service to the customers, otherwise i have no option to approach consumer court or media, early action very much appreciated. Updated by vijay66 wi reference to the above my complaint Mr.Sarfaraz executive of Gionee called me at 17.41 pm, without eeven liste ning my version about Gionee inefficient customer service and your product quality of Gionee M-5 lite even I have protected with tempered Glass and pouch it is broken same I explained to Mr.Sarfaraz, He seems to be in hurry, he did not send his details and also not noted faults of the Gionee customer care and present value of the product being a chine phone present value of the phone is less he told me price total Rs.2300/- being my phone under warranty try to get it repaired at reasonable price.Regards.G.VIjay Kumar.Senior Officer.Debts.Recovery.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected]/[protected].
