Hello, i have filed this complaint because of the poor battery life of my smartphone. I am using Gionee p7 max, the blue edition. I noticed this problem right after I first charged it. In 10 minutes the battery life went from 100 to 90 % while using it normally like any other smartphone. It's very sad for me because I always have to charge it and when I go out don't usually use my phone as much as my friends do fearing that the battery might...

Charging of gionee s6 smartphone is extremely slow.takes around 5 to 6 hours to get charged.there is no problem with the charger or with the wire as they are brand new and official products.please do something.either send a software update or do whatever but please do it.this is not only my problem.As a proof you can see the review section of famous website gsmarena.com.Here people are fed up because of this issue....

I have a elife s plus and i am very disappoited with this device . i had purchase this device before three months ago and i had given three times in service centre now i am very tired with this device so i want too replace this device bcs also in this device very big issue bettry problem, ... so i want to replace my device to any 1 else device...

My gionee elife e7 mobile hanged all of a sudden and i was unable to operate the mobile...I consulted a service centre franchised by you in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, i.e., Y.N.Technologies..They told us they will refer to the software problem and solve this... When I visited them after a week, they told that if we do software update the mobile will be dead and the data will not be recovered...

I am purchase Gionee m[protected] [15800]after 3 week phone is complaint -dec.15 last week phone replaced. new mobile unfortunately mobile restarting problem started on 1st week January 2017 your service center kollam told that

Frequent Software problems. (Purchase date:- 24.01.2017)
Few Problems with in one month for your reference:-
1. Suddenly mobile data not working in mobile. but it is working in laptop with usb connection
2. Screen overlay detected error
3.I am unable to send Text SMS. But I receive SMS.
4. Now Wifi signal not working. Wifi symbol now showing with exclamation mark.

I had visited to your service centre, manager esteemated rs600 for repair of chrging pin And software change, but he did not gives the bill and excuses that for bill i have to submit the mobile for 7days, and takes money without bill. and gives me unusual response

It was really very worst product Gionee M5lite .mobile, Also not getting proper resolution with the Executive .
After spending 14 to15 k and we have to wait for all this stupidity this kind of service is not acceptable.

Servicing ia not good. No available parts at all time. Staff is rude. No fast delivery always delaying. Keeping the phone for 1 month. Not accepting the mistake and arguing and fighting staff. I had register a complaint about my gionee P5 Mini smart phone at your thrissur serivce center on 1st Feb. 2017 (complaint no. [protected]). The problem I was facing with the speaker. After checking they updated my phone software to solve the speaker issue; no issue. Then they told me that the speaker has to be changed and according they ordered new one. While coming back they told me that it will normally take minimum 10 days to get it....

Hello Respected Gionee Mobile India Developers ! I am the fan of Gionee Mobiles ! Right now i am using Gionee M5 Plus since 4 to 5 Month ! It is great experiance for me to use Gionee M5 Plus ! But i have one issue that no more updates like android 6..0 Marshmallow ! When i bought gionee m5 plus the customer care persons said it will update soon by gionee but till now no updates ! What to do when will we get update or it is not possible !...

The handset messaging app automatakley stop so i have go to service center and it have to update the software but the same problem have to face after updatation of 3days so please resolve the problem, these type of problem have to face so i have face the problem of send to messages and recive the message so i have face the some problemes. Sir I bought a phone s6 n facing some problems with this I went to the service center 4 time they don't give proper solutions then ultimately I tried to call center but from last 25 days no body gives me responce n today one of the employee name Garima Sharma who is very ilmannerd she don't know how to talk to the customers and sir this is my last trying otherwise I don't have another choice apart from consumer court I'll just wait for 24...
