    Sir.. I have bought gionee a1... The battrey back up and all the features are good... But i just have one issue about bluetooth.. The bluetooth is automatically on every morning...         I have purchased on p7 max on last 30 may 2017 on mobile world (Shivranjni ahemdabad) nd it's a very bad experience on this phone first i have face some software issue and thar person said this issue of bux file nd format my all data nd that time no isue because all data are format nd also i have face a some bad isue of back button key nd option key is not working some time so please replace my pic other wise i have going to consumers court because i payd price is so high of this bad phone nd i have going to social media and thar are not good for gionee.

Kindly tell the nearest service locator. My phone are heat 52c°and power switch botton not work regular. Batter backup only gave 3 to 4 hour. Please replaced my set. I brought a set after 2 or 7 day's set get problem.

            Sir hmne gionee ka mobile marathon m5plus 13/10/16 ko 21000 rs ka purchase kiya tha.. Aaj charging krte waqt woh heat ho gya or usme aag lag gyi.. Meri daughter ne jaldi se charging cable mobile se hatai. Hatate waqt uski dono ungli jal gyi.. Agar woh nhi hatati tou mobile blast ho jaata. Sir aaj hmne service centre mei mobile diya h.. Job no gc[protected]. Sir hme mobile replace kr k dijiye.. Kyuki mobile ka back cover bhi burn hua h or data cable bhi or mobile bhi burn hua h.. Hme dar h k kahi phir se yeh mobile blast na ho jaye. Agar blast ho jaata tou sir hmari daughter ka pata nhi kiya hota.. Mobile tou phir se mil jaata pr daughter nhi milti. Isliye sir plz plz plz sir mera mobile replace krwana ki request kriye..               I, rameshwar mishra residence at ahmedabad, gujarat. 15 days before i gone for tour to nanital with family, and due to technical problem in my old phone i need to purchased newer one immediately so i purchased gionee a1 from parvez mobile master, ramnagar, nainital bill no 1139 on dated 13/05/2017...

              But their is problem in hand set so i contacted authorized service center of gionee, har care - ahmedabad, gujarat on dated 29/05/2017, and service center accept their is problem in handset. I requested them to replace handset from service center then they denied to do that and said to replace handset from where you brought.

              My problem is that, i purchased handset from nainital and resident at ahmedabad. So to go again nainital to replace handset may be foolishness.

              So i repeatedly requested to service center for get replacement from ahmadabad. But they not agree for that so i also ask for refund the amount i paid..

              According to them"s logic replacement done only from where you brought...
              But in case a shop from where i bought is closed due to some reason then what will customer do.. It means company is not liable for replacement. Who manufacture mobile? Company or dealer, i try to convince them but may be they understanding customer is always fool..

              Many other mobile company replace handset from service center.. Only gionee is a company who denied to do that...

              So now i don't want mobile of gionee - i ask for refund

              I was Purcheshed Gionee A1 and after few days I got automatic silent problem in my mobile then I send my mobile to service center Waidhan Singrauli on 19/05/2017 but till date i am not receive my mobile and service center told me my mobile has been lost. Now am going to consumer court

                I am facing some problems in my gionee m5 lite nd when i contact with service centre they also cannot resolve the problem nd my phone is still in warranty.

                The problem i faced in my phone is that when somebody calls on my jio sim nd at a same time if somebody else call on my another sim which is in the phone both of the call start ringing at the same time.

                Soo many times i have contact the service centre but they cant solve my problems.

                And if they cannot solve this problem, they said "that in the phone only there is mistake we cant solve."

                So i asked them to replace my phone nd give me another phone but they are refusing to do this also.

                Now i had complaint here nd i want immediate response under 48 hours otherwise i m going to complaint further in consumer court against these matter.

                  I am a loyality customer of gionee. I have purchase a gionee m2 handset before 1 year. This headphone was not working. Other headphone was not supported. This phone was heavy weight so it was difficult to use. I am going to purches the headphone on patna service center (Gionee care) 4-5 times before 4 month but he told me parts was not available, this model was stop supply now u call us after one week. I am so harassment. If a simple headphone was not available in a capital area then where it was available.
                  Please suggest me how many days we use a headset?

                    Dear Sir there was some problem in my mobile related to its speaker, this problem is resolved by service center on 05th may 2017, after that i asked them that proximity sensor is not working after repairing so that fixed the problem for that time again after a few days i observed the same problem and visited service center and again they rectified the issue but again i am facing the same problem its proximity sensor is not working.I need permanent solution kindly look into the matter.

                      I purchased a gionee p5l phone on june 9th. It is not working properly from 7months. Now it is automatically offing and it is not starting. The apps are opening very very slowly. It is not at all working properly. I also went to service center they are updating the software and returning. But there is no use. After 1 month of purchasing it started troubling. I want a refund.

                        I am not able to send service message to idea company as i want to upgrade my sim card to 4g it is showing error in com. Android.com switches of both network when i send an sms for a second or 2 all sms are working properly only service sms are not able to send form my mobile.                           I have purchased one gone s6 pro from reliance trend at diamond plaza on jason road on 18/12/2016 but the mobile set has creating problems of hanging and creating problem in charging device/point. I can't spare time from busy schedule to attend any service centre and last upon i visited your service centre on kalicharan ghosh road near sinthi more dum dum kolkata 50 just approx one month back for the charging problem as well as tuch pad not functioning. Your service centre returned me my set updating the software and replacing the charging cord only.

                          Yesterday again the tuch pad of the set is not working and set did not take charge accordingly i have visited your same service centre today. They received the set in good condition with the checking of problem of tuch pad not working as well as charging point creating problem and just after one hour they call me back and told that your lcd of the set is having a small crack in lower portion resulted the tuch pad is not working and told me that the service/replacement of lcd is chargeable of rs 4265/- approx.

                          I can't understood that last time after rectification of same problem of tuch pad the set was run up to next one month only and again creating the same problem. The service centre has received the set after verification and did not told me for such cracking of lcd but they have put stamp as received the set without verification which has not been checked by the undersigned in hurry.

                          The lcd may crack during their operation for rectification of charging point and it is strange that a mobile set of rs 22000/- is creating for the same problem in just 4 months

                          I need my mobile set either by replacing a new set or rectifying the same without any charges

                            I have purchased gionee P7 on April 6 2017 from the dealer Value plus retail ltd kanpur and from day 1 there was an issue with charging. The phone was not getting charged despite charging it for several hours.
                            We went to the authorised service centre and it came to our surprise that they said there are some traces of oil n bcz of tht phone is giving prb.though we dint believe them and we wanted it to replace at any cost cz that was not our mistake but they said they wil change the socket and prb wl b solved and they just fooled around us n whatvr they repaired we dont knw but the phn kept giving same problem of n on and nw it compeletly stopped working.
                            Now the question comes if there was some oil in the phone and that part is chaged and repaired then why the same problem of charging has statrted again????
                            We bought Gionee phone keeping in mind that the brand would be worth buying but after using, it seems Gionee is the worst brand with worst customer support available and will not buy nor recommend this brand to any one.

                            I need the replacement of my mobile immediately or i will go the consumer court wil take the help of social media and file the case for the harrasement .

                            Suite a case against Gionee in consumer court with all details like Bills, Job sheet for service of mobile and other supporting documents. Also write a RTI letter to Gionee Service center as well as Gionee company.

                                I had purchased Gionee A1 from a store at Kandivali on 12 April, the phone got auto formatted for 4 to 5 times in 3 weeks.

                                All my data got formatted, further i went to Ginoee "CUSTOMER" care at Malad and I told my concerns and ask them for a proper solution or replace my cell. But they just upgrade my Andriod version, i asked them for replacement but they said no as they have to justify the reason for replacement, i don't know what justification they are seeking. Buying a 20000 phone and no replacement for a phone which is getting formatted in every 3 days and in whole service center there was only one person to take care including repairing, is this your standards of operations?

                                  I purchased headset in dec 16. Same day the mile of mobile is not working. I deposited the headset. Again after fifteen day the headset not working i deposited it no positive reply. On 16 apr 17 battery of headset not working. On 13 may again i deposited the headset in lucknow. The employees of your company misbehave d with us. Bolate he jo karna he karlo. Please look in my matter otherwise i will do polish complaints or i will go to consumers courts. I have requested that please do my headset change within 3 days against your company policy. What should i do. Please inform as early as possible on my mobile [protected] as i wasted 10000 3rd. On your mobile please do needful as i am defence personal i wait till monday for your reply other wise i will longe polish complaints against there defolter. Please change my headset, as two times they not registered complaints. Thanks

                                  I mohit bansal, i have gionee m4. Its folder getting damage, not folder is availaible in customer care. So either provide folder of my phone otherwise give me a new phone.

                                    I have one Gionee A1 mobile, recently launch by your company through amazon wherein it was mentioned that free JVL ear phone will be delivered.But i have received only the mobile phone from amazon. My amazon order no is #[protected] on 9th April and product was delivered by amazon on 14th April'17 without the JV Lear phone.
                                    Since then I am complaining to your customer care representative and they are assuring us that the same will be delivered within one month and your Sales executive will contact soon .But as of today I Do not receive the product and not even received any phone call from your end.
                                    I want to inform you that if I do not receive the product within 3/4 days then I am compel to inform the matter to Consumer forum as well as local newspaper and will initiate legal action against you.

                                      I'm sweta kanchan ekka carmel teacher at buxar, my phone gionee p7 max bought on 8th march 2017from s. D. Enterprises, buxar, extremely heats, unable to use+ place call/ internet, for the whole month i have face all the problems, 4 times it was sent to the service center not cured its a humble request help me if not i'll complaint to consumer forum in 1 week

                                        I am replacing my phone glass in gionee service centre udaipur "rishabh telecom". When i am recieved my phone. Phone does not working properly not heared calls voice sound, not starting back camera so i am given phone to sevice centre but they only repair their speaker. Not camera. I am goes to "rishabh telecom" 4-5 times but they not solve my problem. And camera was damaged by service centre and they not take responsibility and saying coming for tommorrow.
