In just 1month of my experience with gionee P7 max I came across battery issues with the phone it drains extremely fast in just 2-4 hours . And whenever I put my phone on charge it heats up like hell . Something is wrong with my handset. My phone is under warranty.

    I Bought Gionee Phone in January 2017 which costed me 16K, which has a warranty of 1 year. Within 3 months the phone stopped working. I submitted to gionee service center on 23rd march. The service center registered my complaint which was closed on 30th of march, but the phone was handed over to me only on 4th april after my numerous follow ups. The phone was handed over to me with all my data being deleted and with some part time solution, the phone stopped working again on the same day.
    Again on 5th april i handed over the phone to the service center, after a week i checked with the service center and they had no clue about my phone, I kept following up with their escalation matrix Yuva Bhukta and Madhu Sudan, who in turn promised me with a replace of phone on 13th of april. Till today i have not received my phone, neither are they clearly telling me when will i get my phone.

    Inspite of me loosing so many days without a phone, there seems to be no urgency or efforts being made to atleast provide me with a temporary phone or a replacement for a phone which is not even 3 months old.

        I bought a handset of gionee. After few months my battery was not charging properly. I went to the service centre. They registered my complaint number and said you will get new battery after few days. But after whole month our complaint was closed saying : we hope your handset has been delivered to you and your complaint number has been closed.

        While using phone which is frequently restarting since last two months, but sometimes if we are removing sim which may stand by long time .its the first time i am facing the problem.But it now it is consistant.

            I had purchased gionee mobile (P7) handset on 18th march 2017 from vijay sales, prabhadevi branch, 384. V. S marg, ddar west. I purchased it for rs-12, 999 /. The mobile functioned well for 3-4 days. The trouble started there on. I was unable to receive call nor could call. I visited gionee gallery on 6th or 7th at dadar west, opposite to dadar station. They set right the problem. After two-three days again the same problem persisted. I visited the service center again on 17th april 2017. The problem was set right. Again the same problem occurs. Some times the handset gets hanged. It has really caused great inconvenience for me. I purchased the handset just by the company name and its reputation, but has been very unhapppy.               With result to the services which you are giving in Gionee, now i have decided to make it viral in a social media what kind of services you guys are providing

                I brought this phone 8 months back. Just in 8 months the problem arises. My phone is not charging. I am connecting to the charger for 8 hrs, its showing charging but its not charging at all. What the hell product company is making I don't understand.                 My gionee s6 isn't charging properly & sometimes charging the entire night brings no solution. I paid a visit to service centre @ Puri, but they simply handed me another charger cable @ 250 Rs. But after 1 month same problem arises. What should I do. My warranty is on.

                  I have purchased Gionee S6s (IMEI No. - [protected])which stopped working on 15th March 2017, I confirmed the service center through Gionee customer care who advised me to visit Liberty Mobile point(Gionee Authorised Service Center) at Malegaon- Maharashtra, the service center person first didn't identified the fault and put my phone under some liquid for hours and finally returned the phone by saying he is not able to repair it, I again approached Gionee customer care who again advised me to Pune where I approached Cell care services (Authorised Gionee Service Center), where they advised me there is moisture marks in the phone, on which I informed him it is due to previous service center at Malegaon who put phone under liquid(some chemical), it is there fault.
                  Now they have repaired the phone but ask me to pay more than Rs. 7000/-. Why should I pay when phone is under warranty and it is not my fault. I wrote to customer care Gionee but they are answering to my mails.

                  Kindly help so that I could get phone repaired under warranty.

                    I have purchased a travel charger for my M2 from gionee website.but it is not working properly immediately after 2 days of my reciept.I have also gone to service centre where they checked and suggested me to return back.When i wrote to gionee customer care they continuously harass me and inspite of getting picked up from their courier they are asking me to send.Charger as entity is not allowed in courier due to billing and safety concerns by an individual but manufacturer can send it as they have licence and bill.I request gionee team to get it picked up from my address where it is delivered and replace it with new charger.Already month has passed but there was no response of resolution only harassment calls are made from gionee side.

My cell earphone jack not work so i give for repair but mansrover service center not repair it after than i m go in delhi and gave there than i know that my cell screen is not work properly because mansrover service center not care it. Than they change my cell screen but after two day one green line come on the scdeen vertically. I m very sad for service center work and i want replace my cell other wise i will go consumer court i have all proof which are required for it.                             I have purchased a gionee f103 pro mobile before 2 month. During this period I have facing some problems. I have complaint to customer care but they not give satisfactory answer. So please solve my problem and replace mobile.

                            The problem as follows
                            1. Heating problem in Normal using this problem increases during charging and net surfing.
                            2. Battery giving poor back up 4 to 6 hour in standby mode and 1 hour in net surfing.
                            3. Hanging problem.

                                I have gionee s plus model. I had complaint in customer care (Mp nagar branch) on 23 march and return it back on 25 march as it is with no change. I told them problem with the display but they do nothing just format and updated the software. I told them again and again problem with the display. Very unsatisfied with the service.                                     My Android phone gionee F103 has started showing problems. Everytime I open any app or even the photo or music section it asks for permission and when I touch the allow option it shows screen overlay detected... I'm not able to do anything after this.. Screen overlay says that I've to go in settings of apps and turn off all the screen overlay apps... Please help how can it be solved. It's annoying as hell.                                       I have bought a new mobile on December 25th 2016. And it's battery is very worst everytime I have to put in charge. It's not even a 3 month always I have to put charge. Please change as soon as possible because it is just a 2 and a half month that the GIONEE S6PRO always give the charge it has become like a mini tv, that the charger always have to connect with the mobile or it will switch off.

                                        Firstly when i came here they said only motherboard damage nd after 4 days they said display also damaged...and ur enginneers are really hell...like they put tissue paper in my phone to adjust..what the...!!gionee is very bad brand...i suggest all not to buy any gionee product
