I Bought Gionee Phone in January 2017 which costed me 16K, which has a warranty of 1 year. Within 3 months the phone stopped working. I submitted to gionee service center on 23rd march. The service center registered my complaint which was closed on 30th of march, but the phone was handed over to me only on 4th april after my numerous follow ups. The phone was handed over to me with all my data being deleted and with some part time solution, the phone stopped working again on the same day.
Again on 5th april i handed over the phone to the service center, after a week i checked with the service center and they had no clue about my phone, I kept following up with their escalation matrix Yuva Bhukta and Madhu Sudan, who in turn promised me with a replace of phone on 13th of april. Till today i have not received my phone, neither are they clearly telling me when will i get my phone.
Inspite of me loosing so many days without a phone, there seems to be no urgency or efforts being made to atleast provide me with a temporary phone or a replacement for a phone which is not even 3 months old.
Looking for your help in above matter

In just 1month of my experience with gionee P7 max I came across battery issues with the phone it drains extremely fast in just 2-4 hours . And whenever I put my phone on charge it heats up like hell . Something is wrong with my handset. My phone is under warranty.
