P7max gionee is under warranty. My phone is heating up to 52c° while charging & using net or watching videos it seems like it will blast due to heat. Battery backup is only 3 to 4 hour and draning very fast.

I Bought Gionee Phone in January 2017 which costed me 16K, which has a warranty of 1 year. Within 3 months the phone stopped working. I submitted to gionee service center on 23rd march. I bought a handset of gionee. After few months my battery was not charging properly. I went to the service centre. They registered my complaint number and said you will get new battery after few days. But after whole month our complaint was closed saying : we hope your handset has been delivered to you and your complaint number has been closed.

I have gionee s plus model. I had complaint in customer care (Mp nagar branch) on 23 march and return it back on 25 march as it is with no change. I told them problem with the display but they do nothing just format and updated the software. I told them again and again problem with the display. Very unsatisfied with the service.
