I bought a Gionee S6 about 5 months ago and it has some issues from the beginning, the ram clear touch responds automatically without even touching it, the retailer is not helping and the consumer services are very poor, it has 6 months of warranty period left but it's of no use, it's a damaged phone from the beginning which has serious manufacturing defects, so I would like to replace this with another one, as per the consumer service goes, and the performance of the set it is thumbs down for me.

Gionee s6 issue, front camera phone is not working well. When I go gionee service center, they all are non experienced working service seems so dull and my problem are same as. What can I do, my front camera blur images.

    I baught p7max from cell care, mizoram. From the beginning, it has a heating and battary drainning problem. After 2 week, i went to lk solution, mizoram. They told me that before 7 days of purchasing, they cannot replace the handset. Is this the company warranty cheme? I want to replace my handset as fast as possible. I thought the the company product defect must be replace with a new one.

      I am an engineering student belonging to a middle class family. My father is a teacher and he wanted to gift me a nice handset. The shopkeeper suggested your phone (Gionee S6s) and we purchased it. I wish I would have not bought it. It’s now that I regret buying it. It was not even one month I bought it and it got battery backup problem. I went to your service station and they told me that PCB got Moisture inside it. They also told me that, even if the handset is not even one month old, I won’t get any warranty on it due to your warranty policies. I very responsibly say that I used it with utmost care and didn’t dropped it in water otherwise water would have damaged other parts of the phone also but nothing such happened and hence I raise a big question on the built quality of your company handsets that even in the month of January it was not able to sustain a little moisture in atmosphere then how the hell will it even manage to survive in rainy season. Now they say that it is short circuited and is of no use till I through another 7000 rupees on it to get PCB replaced with new one. Sir for you Rs.16000 may not be a big amount but we are very simple middle class people and for us bearing a loss of Rs.16000 is very difficult. I am sorry to say that I as a customer is very disappointed with your product and services. It’s a heartfelt suggestion from my side to kindly improve the built quality of your handsets to make them more reliable and a humble request to kindly get my phone repaired or replaced. Thank-you.

        Hi I bought a Gionee handset M5 Lite just last month on 11 the Dec. There is a serious problem in my handset of receiving the signal ..There is no range in my home and it fluctuates a lot when outside, internet also doesn't work even if the data pack is on and there is a range. I have checked with my service provider company and its working absolutely fine with my old handset ...
        It's really irritating when we have to struggle for basic facilities in smartphone.

            Please check with the updates that you provide and the customer service centers. because after purchasing a new phone and running to the service center the very next weak is very difficult because first of all they just do a software update and when i say the real issue they deny clearly saying that this is the common issue.as for me my phone is getting badly heated up and battery is draining very fast they just did a software update and the issue continued. i requested for the set replacement they clearly denied it is just few weeks old phone.Feeling very disheartened with the phone and the after sales service.I trusted and bought the phone but now i think i was wrong.If this kind of service is provided from a well known company like Gionee then it is very disheartening. And I will give a second thought before buying from gionee because after sales there is no response that i got. this is for your kind notice and please see to it because you are my last person for escalation so i am writing this to you.

            Phone P7Max Gionee is under warranty.Kindly tell the nearest service locator. my phone are heat 52c°and power switch botton not work regular. batter backup only gave 3 to 4 hour.
            please replaced my set.I brought a set after 6 or 7 day's set get problem.
            My gionee p7 gets heated up too. And its lagging.
            Bought the gionee p7 max last week but only after few hours o[censored]sage, the phone has heated a lot and the battery drains quite fast with extremely very very less backup and the phone got switched off again and again by itself. I approached the seller for replacement but they said that only the service centers are authorized to do that. I then went to the the service center and told the problem. I was surprised by their response that it is just a minor issue and that replacement cannot be provided. An issue for a new phone minor or major, it is still an issue. And they just did a software update and returned the phone. But after two days o[censored]sage, the same problem occurs!!! What am I supposed to now? As per the response from the seller, they need a kind of certificate from the service centre for replacement which is not willing to provide. It's very disappointing to have to face this. Does not gionee have any responsibility for its products or it's after sales services? I've send emails to gionee customer care but they never respond. I can't use the phone much now. Even when using whatsapp, facebook or instagram, it gets heated. It's a waste of money going for gionee. I really do regret so much. With such an experience I'm facing, I wish I could return the phone and get a full refund. And also, does the 30 days revised return policy even works or is it just a theory to lure consumers. And to have to visit the service centre again and again for a new phone of few days it's really sad and disappointing. I wish you could help me as I've got no other hope to settle this issue. If possible, I want to get the said certification as asked by the seller for replacement or if possible for return.

            I was also facing the same problem since i bought my p7 max for the last 3week it get overheated even while using and the battery drains up quickly, charger also has been defective and i got replaced a new one from gionee care itself further a new charger also last for just 1week and it get burst while charging . Gionee is not a company what was customers expected .
            Purchased gionee p7 max in end of 2016 in Delhi. After 3 months only it started giving irregular problem of getting off itself. It happened any time when battery was charged whether 100% or 10%. During 1 year warranty period phone was repaired by different service centers 5 times but the problem was not solved within warranty period. Now warranty period is over and service Centre is asking 6, 000 Rs. to replace motherboard while the same was to be replaced within warranty period. Customer Care says nothing can be done as warranty is over. Even a letter was sent to Managing Director in Head Office but nobody is interested to reply. I feel the company is unfair in doing business in India. Company should refund money or give new phone as it was a faulty phone since purchase.

            Hi friends last 1year I have using the p7max phone last few months I have facing over heating and suddenly shutdown it's can't restart then one time fully charged it's stay on by 50% of battery then it's shutdown I noticed all the customer service center there insisted me to change the 🔋 battery it's a battery problem, but for me I didn't accept this reason I thought it's a software so, I want to take a backup on other phone " go to settings in amigo clone it's have 2.5gb on running memory I have shocked by seeing that then I been cleared that specious file it's takes me for an hour " now I didn't facing such of over heating problem and sudden shutdown problem.

              I have purchased a gionee s+ mobile from the mobile store, chowrasta, d. H. Rd, kolkata on 10.02.16 vide invoice no. Wb/216206. The set was working properly but recently it has developed some problem and network connection could not be traced. We handed over the set to the gionee authorized service centre at thakurpukur and they claimed 500/- in spite of warranty period. Sim slot to be replaced. We agreed to pay. After a long time nearly 20/25 days, they returned it without repairing anything and we found the phone totally damaged from them and some of inside parts were missing. On query they blatantly refused to reply and misbehaved with us. I am a satisfied customer of gionee and never faced such problem. The in-charge of gionee service centre mr. Rabi. Whenever we asked for the progress of repair, they simply dilly-dallying to give proper reply. The phone was too much useful for my college going daughter. They spoiled our phone as well as time too.                 sir i m a gionee customer and i have submitted my phone on 10th of november due to conectivity problem in my camera wifii and bluethooth. then they gave me a particular date of 8 novebember, and then i wen service senter on nov 8 they the told that yet the part has not come theni got a message of 15th nov and again i went there n that day also they told the same thing agin i recived message of 21 nov n all the same happened then the i recived the message of 5 dec and again the delayed it to 9 dec then after 5th they again delayed to 12 dec. and even i m unable to track the services also, sir with my all regards please inprove ur service. i went almost 7times tothe service center and arround 10 times i called the customer care. but yet the services all remains same. I hardly request that kindly return my phone as it is i will give my phone to remend in genrall shop bt nt in service center

                  i have taken a Gionee set f103pro on 29.09.2016 from my mobile shoppe and facing problem of charging so given for repair at your Customer care centre -GX-SMART CARE (NOIDA) ON 07.012.2016. I t will be zeck problem and will replace the zeck one or two days. now i have to told for wait 17.12.2016 . How can i survive without phone. and its a new phone. It a betreet with customer. i have seen many customer the same problem which are coming to repair. and they are cheeting the customer and provide him not working zeck. i am facing so much furstration and i am a advocate . my work depends on phone, i will take legal action if not proper action intiate at earliest.

                      I bought a Gionee phone and I could hardly use it because the Display is not working. One morning, I am trying to turn off the alarm and my screen is blank and till date my alarm keeps ringing every morning and I am unable to do anything.                         मैं Gionee F103 का यूजर हूँ। मैंने अपने फ़ोन के लिए [protected]@ में मेल की थी जिसका रेस्पांस अभी तक नहीं मिला है। कस्टमर केयर में कई बार फ़ोन किया फिर भी सही रेस्पांस नहीं मिला। कस्टमर केयर से किसी senionr अधिकारी का नंबर भी नहीं मिलता और ना ही किसी अधिकारी से बात करते हैं। सिर्फ इतना ही बोलते है। आप के पास 24hrs में कॉल आ जायेगी और फिर उनके 24hrs कभी नहीं होते है।

                        Gionee M5 lyte missed in jharkand. Complained lodged in Thana Sindri, Dhanbad . Also informed to shop owner from where it was purchased. Insurance charge paid along this. Replacement as well as blocking of old one asked for. Dual sim was one from Idea no [protected] other Reliance 4G was on service.Asked shop owner / authority to replace the same as early as possible.
                        Tha affrosaid mobile is lost on Sindri, Dhanbad, Jharkand. Complained to Thana. Now block the number of tha said mobile by company which keeping double sin on one Reliance 4G 79082100 n other is Idea [protected].while it was taken insurance money paid also. Now leaving in Bolpur, Dist Suri, WB. 731204

                          Hello i bought gionee s6 on 26th feb 2016 which had a continuous charging problem and a cracked display so i gave it on 28th nov to gionee service centre shingarnagar alambad lucknow under the name of neha technologies[protected], [protected], [protected])
                          They said they will send it to delhi to change a chip on the backside and get it back in a week.
                          On 2nd they returned it by only changing the display for which they charge 4500/- but the charging problem still remains the same. It charges to only 8-9 %. They misguided my father and said that they did not send the phone as its charging and dosent need the repair but actually hazaratganz gionee customer care clearly said that it needs to be opened and chip change.
                          I loose my time. My handset remains of no use and again i have to live without a cell phone to send it again. Wht a waste of time!
                          Kindly look out for such unprofessional people employed who were also saying that"why buy gionee it has the worst handsets. Buy samsung as its better."
                          Plz look out for neha technologies who are defaming gionee and losing customers faith.

                              With due respect I am Lokesh Kumar Gupta, a customer of the Gionee Handset. Wants to tell you that I purchased Gionee P7 MAX on 17 October 2016 from Ganpati Mobile Point at Ashok Vihar, Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur. I was so lucky to have this phone on its launching day but my happiness could not remain the same as on the 3rd day of purchase the speaker of the phone stopped working. I took the phone to the shop from where I bought this phone. They reset the phone by saying that it is a common error and my phone again started working properly. After 10days this handset again met with the same problem but this time mike also stopped working. I submitted this phone to Gionee Service center. On 2nd November 2016, they performed various operations on the phone and finally corrected the issue and said to me that your phone is now working properly and all the problems with the problem had resolved. They also promised me that no problem will occur with phone in future. But again after two days both the same problems started. Again I submitted the phone to Gionee service center on 4 November 2016. I also complained at the customer care but they left me in the middle of nowhere by not responding me properly. At last they gave me a lame excuse by saying that you will get a revert call from us. I would like to tell you that I also talked to Mr. Sanjay Gehlot and Mr. Sunil (Official Salesperson of Gionee) they told me that we can’t exchange the phone as per our company policy as you have to go with the same handset . I was totally flabbergasted by their responses. On 5th November service center messaged me to say that your phone is ready and all the software are again updated, you can take your phone back. But now I am sick of all these nonsense made by the customer care and service center. I can’t take this phone back as I presume that the same problem will occur again. Finally after verbal commitment of exchanging the handset if same problem occurs within a month made by Mr. Sunil. I had to collect the handset from Service center on 18 November 2016. It was so sorry to say but after one day of collecting the handset, the same problem occured. Now tell me what should I do? I am totally dependent on this phone as I am a UBER Cab Driver. I get all my deals of the UBER on phone. This one month made a loss of approximately one lac rupees by losing deals due to this phone. Now i want a reimbursement of my loss and cost of the handset. I have been suffering from the date of purchasing to till date. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. This is the last time I am applying to you. Further failure will lead me to go consumer forum.

                              I bought Gionee S plus on April 2016 and it is not working or giving me battery issues with the battery not getting charged at all since the fourth month, I got it repaired once but the same issue started on the sixth month again... I am very pissed off with this product... and hence ask for a replacement of the same.

                                Hi.. i was used to buy a gionee mobile phone model p5l in august 16 with in a week mobile screen was damaged due to slip from my hand and it was just 2 feet height it drop as it was my mistake i just used to go and repair the screen from authorized service center. They registered my complain and my complain no. was GC[protected] and on same day service center call me that your handset screen was ready plz collect that and they charge me 1970/- rs and when i asked a bill they told me to collect after 5 days. ON same day i receive a massage from company that your complain no. gc [protected] has been closed.
                                now after two months there was a black spot on screen arrive suddenly and when i reached their they refuse to replace that screen and major thing is that they used to give me a bill of rs 1761/- that was the old one screen for that they charge 1970/- that time. they are used to give me rs 200/- cash back also but i refuse to take back... i think this is heights of fraud by them

                                  Sir/Mam, I have bought gionee f103 in the month of April, and now I want to update my phone from the gionee care centre but they are regretting me. They told me that they will not update unless it will be out of warranty period, it will be updated after the waranty period will be over. Now what should I do.

                                    My android gionee s6 submit last 6th november 2016 for no charging set. But service centre received my set on 6th november and returned 14th november. But this android set have again no charging problem. Now i see this gionee set is not suitable products. Now i get very troble because my contacts more than 1500 nos are load. Now i think bye a sumsung android set.

                                      This is Amritha from bangalore. I got a Gionee P5 mini mobile on 23rd October 2016 at Chroma showroom, Bangalore. Within one week the mobile is not working properly.. The battery is getting very low within half an hour and within one week it starts rebooting again and again. We are having the guarentee also.I have asked the same showroom where i bought the mobile. But they are not responding properly. I'm getting the irresponsible answers from the showroom. Please take steps to exchange the mobile.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I would like to inform you that i'm a good customer of your company and i'm using a gionee p5l set from july 2016. Nowadays my mobile memory was not showing in computer/laptop through data-cable. So i went a gionee service center, sigra, varanasi, uttar pradesh on dated 24 october, 2016 at 05:05 p. M. But there was a female employee whose listen to me after 10 to 15 minutes and tell me that after 05:00 p. M. I can't take your mobile, here sever is down, etc.,, etc.., etc... I was shocked because i was reached their after 50 k. M. Travelling. I was many time requested her but she was rudely said no. There was a good guy i think that his name was ravi... Something i tell to him. After his telling to their colleges she had many discuss with good guy and finally received my mobile very rudely and tell me that after two or three days we'll call you. But today is 27 october, 2016 and no any call back from service center. So i had call to service center they are ask my name, model no., etc... And tell that i'll call back after 30 minutes. I had call back again and their replied as same as above. It's happen six or seven times but they are not give me any replied and now they are not receiving my calls.
                                        So, i kindly request to you if it is out of your understanding (My mobile's problem) please return my mobile and give me a letter that i can't do. And i want to know also "is it a rule that after 05:00 p. M. Your company not received mobile phones at service center?" if yes please provide me a copy if possible. Why are they not receiving my calls? In this regard if you have any rules that not receiving call please provide me copy.
                                        I'm enclosing here a soft copy of my receipt given by gionee service center, sigra, varanasi, uttar pradesh-221010. This service center is suggested by you but your service center is not responding me and your customer care asking me job service no. Etc. But i didn't got any number by your service center. I'm very worried for my mobile. I kindly request to please concern your gionee service center, sigra, varanasi, uttar pradesh-221010 as mentioned in enclosed receipt and ask them job service no. Etc.. And inform me as soon as possible.
