1 month ago, i have purchased gionee mobile from local dealer.
3 or 4 days back mobile had been switch off after battery low, then after being charge 2 hrs didn't get any response.

I send my brother to gionee service center near kamla market an d they did check the mobile. I don't know what they did actually because today again same problem i am facing.

Again its switched off after being battery low and i did aging charge but not charging.

Please do take necessary action because time is so precious of everyone.

    I had given my phone to service centre because my phone was not switch on and not charging on 24 th of may 2017,
    Their one boy named mohit told me that my mother board is dead and display is dead so he told me the price 8500 rs
    ... So i told that it's too much, after that he told me 65 00 then 4800 and at last 3000, i had given my phone to service centre... Then i collect my phone on 29 th of may... When i told service centre to give my job sheet... They told that their is no need as my phone was in warranty... I contact gionee customer care excutive on 30 and 31st of may... Their they told that my phone had only charging problem and as my phone was in warranty so u had not to pay anything... They assured me to refund my full money... And when i gone to kanpur service centre they again create my fraud jobsheet.. After that i contact service head she also assured me to refund... But service centre owner nitin refuse to refund... After that i file complaint on indian consumer complaint... After 1 month one gionee service head contacted nitin to refund my money... I have all recorded audio which i contact to gionee customer care and service head... It's more than 2 month but they did not refund my money...

      Battery back up problem!

      Battery drain fastly, slow charging and poor battery performance.

      I will check following options but all is ok

      1. Stop unnecessary apps
      2. Google play services
      3. Switch off auto-brightness
      4. Shorten screen timeout
      5. Watch out widgets and background apps
      6. Updates amigo system

      The battery is consuming too much percentage of the battery and its not normal..

        I have given my mobile to change battery at your service center kashipur on 15th jul 2017. I left my handset there and i was committed to get it repaired within 3 days. (15-29=15days)

        After 15 days i am still waiting to get back my handset with new battery.
        No action was taken either by service center nor by company. I am calling every day to know the status but no response from service center. Bad communication and worst service by gionee. Shame!!!

          I have buy gionee mobile model no-e7 32gb white body on 26 june 2017 and after that 10-15days charge got damage after buy of 20days mobile got dammage and not in workin mode automatically. I have visit gionee care a_one communication ludhiana 4 time visited in month which of 2 time for charge and 2 time for mobile phone. One of executive said to me some hardware issue in your phone. As per gionee warranty policy if any kind of hardware issue in mobile got to replaced if with in 30days. But now they are denying to replaced phone saying that old model. Not my fault i have purchased new phone now company responsibility for changing artical. I am attaching service jobsheet gionee please look up this matter reslove asap.

            He says i am repair in one week but after 16 days customer care says your phone not ready wait again 10 days my phone in warranty period today (Date_28_07_2017).                 I had given my gionee marathon m4 handset to your gionee service centre on 5th july 2017 to just change sim card slot. My client number is gc[protected]. When i had given my phone only sim 1 and memory card slot is not working otherwise phone is totally in good condition. Now after keeping around two week in your service centre i received my handset and it is not working. It is totally off. Not even charging like before. I want my handset repaired.

                  My new phone gionee a1 got a bent without any application of external force in a sudden.
                  I bought the phone by trusting the company. The warranty of the phone still exists. Eventhough we submitted the compliant there is no reaction from your side.

                    I am a loyality customer of gionee. I have purchase a gionee s6s handset before 1 year. This headphone was not working. Other headphone was not supported. This phone was heavy weight so it was difficult to use. I am going to purches the headphone on thane service center (Gionee care) before month but he told me parts was charge for repering plus engg. Charge 300.

                    My mobile phone (gionee p7 max) switched off and on automatically and after switch on the Bluetooth automatically switch on. I have complaint in its service centre but they don't do anything.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i harman bharti had purchased gionee m5 lite (M_imei:[protected]) (S_imei:[protected]) on 25/03/2017 from your store in lucknow. I am facing a problem with the handset since the very beginning, further i have visited your service centre in lucknow twice but have not got any resolution to the problem.

                      Recently i have started facing a problem with the screen where it stars rolling frequently i visited your service centre as my phone is only three months old and still in warranty but they said that i will have to pay 2700 for resolving the issue.

                      I request you to kindly resolve my issue and change my handset as i am having lot of problem with this mobile.

                          Bought the gionee p7 max last week but only after few hours o[censored]sage, the phone has heated a lot and the battery drains quite fast with extremely very very less backup and the phone got switched off again and again by itself. I approached the seller for replacement but they said that only the service centers are authorized to do that. I then went to the the service center and told the problem. I was surprised by their response that it is just a minor issue and that replacement cannot be provided. An issue for a new phone minor or major, it is still an issue. And they just did a software update and returned the phone. But after two days o[censored]sage, the same problem occurs!!! What am i supposed to now? As per the response from the seller, they need a kind of certificate from the service centre for replacement which is not willing to provide. It's very disappointing to have to face this. Does not gionee have any responsibility for its products or it's after sales services? I've send emails to gionee customer care but they never respond. I can't use the phone much now. Even when using whatsapp, facebook or instagram, it gets heated. It's a waste of money going for gionee. I really do regret so much. With such an experience i'm facing, i wish i could return the phone and get a full refund. And also, does the 30 days revised return policy even works or is it just a theory to lure consumers. And to have to visit the service centre again and again for a new phone of few days it's really sad and disappointing. And to keep a new phone even for a day or two in the service center for observation, it's very disappointing... Am i lying??? It's a new phone, why do i have to go through such trouble. I wish you could help me as i've got no other hope to settle this issue. If possible, i want to get the said certification as asked by the seller for replacement or if possible for return.

                          And after a week o[censored]sage, the charger gets heated!!! Does everything heats with this model. I really need a return. I'm really fed up of this phone. And I don't know what the next problem will be. How can gionee launch such a model. It's a shame for a brand like gionee to have such a product. I REALLY NEED TO RETURN THE HANDSET AND A FULL REFUND. Help me achieve that.

When i called customer care, everytime your executive said withi 4-5 days i vl get my mobile but still nt received. Today when i called they said 9 more days wl take. I want to escalate this to ur ceo otherwise i vl forward this issue to media about ur frustrating, irritating service if i have not received my mobile by tomorow. I vl suggest the people not to take gionee mobile. Its very pathetic customer service.

Sarfaraz executive of gionee called me at 17.41 pm, without eeven liste ning my version about gionee inefficient customer service and your product quality of gionee m-5 lite even i have protected with tempered glass and pouch it is broken same i explained to mr. Kharida hai tab bahut paresan hu charge hota hi nai kai charger change kar diya show karta hai ki charge ho raha hai par hota nahi hai aur kabhi charge ho bhi jata hai.                                   I kapil gulrajani resident datia m. P. Purchase gionee p7 max handset mobile from your authorized dealer m/s satguru mobile service having tin [protected] vide invoice no. 898 date[protected] amount rs.14200/- imei n0.[protected], [protected]. I am sorry to say the handset four times deposited at your service center for mazor technical problem default. There are about four & half month set had the service center and mother board replaced two chances & one time display & charger socket replaced also. This means the above handset is manufacturing defected please it is a requested that i am not satisfied with your services & replace my handset & inform me immediately.

                                    I purchased a gioneea1 mobile phone in the month of april 2017. Two days back there occurred a bent in the phone without any external forces. While approaching the gionee service centre in our locality, they responded in a lazy manner. Even they didnot give any proper response.

                                    Only because of the faith in the product, i purchased it by the time, it launched in our locality.

                                    Kindly replace my phone with a new one else take necessary actions.

                                      I had purchase gionee a1 on 11th april 2017. On which i was supposed to get prebooking freeie in 1 month. But i did not recieved it yet.
                                      I had lauch complaint on email to [protected]@gionee.co.in and also on toll free no [protected].
                                      On mail i get only one reply and complaint id[#[protected]].
                                      Which i agin replied with details, after that they did not replied to me.
                                      Same thing happend with phone conversation on toll free number, in which the executive noted my mail id and ahead guided with some deatails and said they will try to solve and disconnected my phone. But after that i didnt received any mail from gionee. And now a days i am trying to call on toll free number again but after connecting to customer cre representive it got disconnect from their side.
                                      And this happened 4 to 5 times when i called.

                                        Hi i`m susanth t
                                        I bought gionee f103 pro in last 8 month back, while this period i have to attend service for three times which was in died condition. Still this is in died condition, the gionee care service technician are not realized what the problem, i`m really disappointed to use the gionee, i have missed lot of my data which i stored in my phone. I hope gionee as a company take up the mater and do the need full.
