I purchased my gionee s7 in September and there was a line in display, my phone is in warrenty, and given at near by service center, but they have still not recived the part. and company is just giving promises and not doing any thing for the same. they are also not giving any information though I try to call them daily.

please do something for same.

    I am using gionee s plus unfortunately my charger's usb cable is not working.
    I called in your service centres & I really shocked with their reply. I asked solution
    for my problem & they said that, accessories are not available & it will take 3-4
    days to arrange.

    According to your service I need to wait for next 3-4 days but my cell phone's battery is dead. So how could I manage my work and all without my phone. That is why I paid 17000 INR for this pothetic service. I am loosing my leads bcz I can not contact with my clients. Who will pay for that.

At 10 th months there are 2 handset good services to me but this time in 2 handsets no download any applications as whatsapp, facebook, and any other application sir i have feel bad your gionee mobile phone please solved this problem early otherwise i will complaint in police station against gionee company because i mentally disturbed from your service

        I was purchased your product on october2015 from that there was a problem in minimizing, in last 4weeks ago my mobile is dead they said mobile got software failure. I send it to gionee care centre but they not return my mobile, the customer care number is not also responding. I am so disapointed about your product and service.
        Even iam fear to recommend the your mobile for my friends.

            I am raju sureliya from rajkot (gujarat) i owned gionee s plus 6 month ago, currently i have facing charging problem,

            On dated 23.07.2016 i put my handset on repairing purpose at service center (tarang techno-rajkot (guj), today, they cant solve my problem and not return back my, charging problem is minor problem and i think is to late for it, still they cant commit any specific date.

            I many a time call and mail to customer care helpline number and complain for the same. but not received any satisfactory answer.

              Dear sir/Mam.

              I am using Gionee F103 from jan16 to till now in this time I am facing several problem in my handset ie.
              Some time this will automatically hang.
              Main screen there will appear black spots.
              Battery life is very low, the battery will drain in 4 hour when it is full charged.
              I have already discuss the same with your local service center and 3 times I have submitted my phone for repairing. The local team will send this to Chandigarh and they will make changes in his parts,
              I have repaired my phone 15 days back from gionee service center. And on 16th day my phone have same problem.
              Now I am fed up with the service of gionee and also from this brand. You are requested to kindly help me otherwise I will go to consumer court .

                    I bought a gionee s plus mobile in jan 2016. From the second month i started facing the problems. But in june thr screen of my mobile went blank and battery started leakingl. On 16 th june 2016, i contacted service center and they told that they could not take two complaint of handset and battery together, first they will repair handset then they will replace battery.

                    But they took approx 24 days and return my phone on 8 th july 2016. My warranty of battery was expired on 6th july. Service center denied to change the battery. Within 7 days battery leaked heavily and swallen heavily. I given it back to service senter on 19th july 2016.
                    I contacted customer care and mailed their customer care but there is no reply from their side and now on 21 st july i got massage that they are charging me rs. 430.

                        Touch screen of my phone was not working after 2 months of purchase only, i submitted my phone in service centre and was told that it will be returned back within 7 days but unfortunately i got my phone after one month and i hence i am very much dissatisfied by your service, further to add to my distress the screen guard was also removed from my phone and when i asked for a new screen guard from your service centre they replied that i have to buy it on my own. I request you to please provide me with a new screen guard and solve my problem. Hope my request will be taken proper care and will be resolved as soon as possible.

                        I am Ranjithkumar from Triplcane, chennai - I bought this Gionee S6 two months before at chroma @ Triplicane; Now while charging the mobile the charger Gets Heated and charging gets stopped (Say from 25 % to 35%). And should i get the new charger???

                                I have purchased gionee p5l mobile on 10 jun 16 from reliance digital, pinnacle mall sector-10 dwarka new delhi for my daghter. after 4-5 days i put the sim and my daughter started using the phone. with i 2-3 days she complained about sluggish response of touch screen. i thought it may be because of more apps she might have downloaded. but, after another 4-5 days she complained about few thick coloured lines on the screen and very sluggish response of the touch screen. then i realise that touch screen is really not responding. i called up reliance store and complained. they informed to take it to gionee service centre. after some follow up they asked to deposit the handset at the store and they will send it to service centre for replacement (if product is faulty) or repair.

                                Gionee service centre at dwarka informed that display unit is faulty and they have send the phone to the company for repair.

                                Now my complain is if the product is faulty why the customer should get a repaired product. either i should be getting my money refunded or my phone should be replaced with a new phone.

                                My problem is i have purchased the phone on 10 jun 16 and could use it for 4-5 days and then facing the problem and deposited for repair on 04 jul 16. till date neither i got phone replaced nor i got my money refunded. please communicate to the reliance store for refund.

                                    Its a useless product and there is no response from customer care and i have also surrendered my mobile in the month of march and it was lying with them for 2 weeks for changing of charger point.

                                    And again on july 4th i have sent the same mail for the same reason but there is no response.

                                    And july 09, 2016 and when i asked the service center why the same issue is repeating they are unable to answer and asking me to talk to customer care.

                                    You bloody, taking money and not responding and actually you need to replace with a new phone where you people are not doing it.

                                    If you are unable to do the needful to the customer just shut down your company and dont disturb the public.

                                    From july4th i have sent a mail to your customer care why have not contact.
                                    You compare yourself with samsung and other mobiles companies.

                                    If you does not know to give the quality, shut down your company.

                                    I think i have spent my 16000 rupees for a night thinking your company as a broker.

                                    How many times, we have to the mobile stores and while buying they promised to replace the mobile within 24 hours if there is any issue after buying there is no response from them.

                                    Why you people have not responded for my mail sent on july 4th.

                                    Gionee Communication Equipment customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Bought the phone the very first day charger and earphone not working.dealer said he cant do anything. its lying with service center for one week now..they don't have sparepart.not used the phone for even single day.want the phone changed now because it came damaged the very first day.

                                      Sir/mam, I can't downlod even a content from google playstore and also updated files .my mobile is Geonee P4 .How can I access google playstore ? I am really worried in this matter. I can't use any apps till now from google playstore .I have been using my geonee P4 over one year . hopping to give me a good solution - PC SURESH

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have purchased gionee m5 plus on 1st june 2016 and there are problems with the display within 5 days. while booting the phone it shows "andoid is starting... optimizing app 31 of 126"... even i can't switch off the phone... the phone automatically stops after battery is completely exhausted. i have complained the matter to the dealer immediately and they have given it for service nearby gionee care.. they said that the board is complaint and it has to be replaced... i am not at all happy with a repaired phone.. so i want a replacement.. if it is not done i will report to consumer protection cell that will affect the company's image. i am waisting my precious time for this handset gionee!!! may be your "precious brand". so i hope you will consider my case and do immediate action.
