I am phuntsog angmo, a college student, i had purchased gionee s 5.1 phone that was the first phone of my life, i hope it to work well, and used it with so much of care... From the first week of purchase the phone was malfunctioning.. It used to heat up so much, hangs many times and wouldnt switch on sometimes, but as i was out of town i could not get it replaced. Unfortunately the screen also stopped working out of a sudden. Phone is still under warranty, theres no any damage done to the phone from my side, gionee service centres first told me its manufacturing defect but now they are telling me to pay rs.5721 for the repair though i know very well that it is a manufacturing defect not any fault of mine, this defect is covered under warranty for all other companies except gionee, well i am really very mch dissatisfied with gionee mobile
I would sincerely like to request you to please get it repaired or else replaced to me... I would remain highly grateful to you
