Sir my set gionee had dead on 4th october 2016 . I went on your authorised service center in sirsa (Haryana) on 10 october . service center repaired my phone on the charge of 250rs. I was really admired of your services . I asked the engineer what is the fault in my phone his answer was in witty that I also don’t know what is the problem but ur phone is ok, so I also don’t care about what he did with my phone as my phone was ok, so I left the vanue with a smiling face as I got my set just in 10 minutes . But just after one week on 17 th october the problem is same the set was dead once again. So once again I had to go the service center for repairing my phone on 19 october 2016. This time engineer asked me to submit my phone to check the fault, as I believe on your services I submit the phone with battery . now he did not give me any satisfactory answer this time . for five days he gave me various excuses, on daily basis I had to go to service center where he always gavee me irrelevent excuse .
Whenever I asked him he said that a hand set will come on Saturday then I see if there is any problem in battery, I told him my battery is ok and after full charge its backup of one day despite I use all type of application . But he said sometimes there are some faults so I did not argument with him at that time but I am really amazed at this type of answer . he asked me to come on moday and guarantee to give set on Monday . I have no other option than to wait for his response .
On moday I called him about my set. His reply was really horrified me that I checked it with another battery but the problem is in your pvc or pcb . so he told me that I had to bear a cost of rs 3500. At this time I don’t know what to do, when I asked him that it is the same problem and at that time you charged me rs 250 now this time what happen .
At this time also I do not argue with them and I politely asked him to give me in writing that sat need to change pvc. But his response was In negative . he said that we can’t give you in writing as it is against the policy so at this point he may be right so I don’t argue on this point . He return me the phone and said we can’t repair it I was really harassed that the company service center also refused to repair it where should I go .
When I asked him about the customer care no. of Gionee this time his answer was really unacceptable he said we have no customer care number but fortunately I am with a friend and I search gionee customer care number I called at that number . on this toll free no. I got really a good response and thanking for this service who saved my money . customer care person assured me that your phone will be repaired by us and the rellevent charges may also apply as I have no problem to pay reasonble
charges .
Today I check my phone status on your site where it showed that your phone is ready for delievery.
As I went there at 12:30 for collecting my phone but this time there was another excuse from service center . they said your battery is dead you have to purchase other battery now I am really tired of these type of answer . I asked him that if there are such type of fault till now then why are my phone status is ok on website, he said they have to show on website .
Now my some points are there please consider on this
1. After 6 days they told me that there is no problem in your handset, problem is in your battery, so is it rellevent to tell this minor excuse after 6 days ?
2. On monday he asked me for changing pvc at the cost of 3500 rs. But today he said there is no fault on my set except battery, I am shocked till now .
3. On service center for repairing my phone engineer need to wait for another hand set of this model, is it rellevent for a branded company .
So sir I request you to take some immediate action so that we can believe on your products and your services .
Si r as I told you my phone battery was ok untill my phone was submitted but when they said there was a fault in your battery I feel that they may change my battery so I am really mentally distrubed till now . so once again I request you to take action against the service center and solve my battery related issue as I feel I am cheated by with your service center because now I have no faith in this service center .

    Hi,

    I have bought my Gionee M4 in August of 2015 and last month
    Aug-2016 my warranty has expired. Now i have a problem with
    my display it has gone blank and there was no physical
    damage nor water damage.

    When i took my phone to authorized service center they say
    that the spares for Gionee M4 has been stopped. So i would
    like to ask if you guys stop the phone model that's ok and
    if you stop the Spares of the model which was launched 1
    year ago what should we do with the phones as per my
    understanding you guys have to provide spares atleast 4 to 5
    years even after the model is stopped.

    They are cheap and unbranded company.

    I would like to inform all the people that do not buy such cheap quality phones better go for Samsung as we get the spares for 10 year old phone also in every corner of the city.

    They have not given me any resolution and i have lost 15k worth phone which should be thrown in the garbage now.

    Sir the problem is with heating, it heats even after a average use like net surfing.
    I just put it in charge and when I picked it up it was heating like lava.

      I bought gionee mobile (model - f103) in the month of february 2016. my product is having warranty of 1 year, i. e. till jan 2017. my mobile is having charging problem and signal problem. i went to the service centre in jhansi named archana enterprises owned by mr. vibhu maheshwari (contact no [protected]) located at 372/a, janki complex basement, near babulal karkhana, civil lines, jhansi. but to my surprise he used abusive language, and misguided me to buy a new gionee charger. the exact problem with my mobile is still not known because the new service centre (gx_mg enterprises, owned by nitin kumar, located at shop no 25, kissan bazaar, mandi road, jhansi) told me that a spare part is to be replaced concerned with charging and signal strength and no need of new charger.
      Old service centre was closed without any notice to the customers and my previous complaint was automatically closed (my old complaint no was gc [protected]). my new complaint no is gc 16a00051240 which was to be cleared till 23/10/2016, but again being misguided by the new service centre people. i was not allowed to meet the engineer and owner of gx_mg enterprises and a person named neeraj khushwah (contact no-[protected]) misguided me again and again that the spare part is still not delivered till 24/10/2016. dont know what to do with these people who are causing physical and mental torture.

      My gionee s6 handset is only 3 months old.. And there were creating a problem. I have to gave them service cenntre for changing the baaatry nd they were change it but they can damage a folder of my gionee phone nd now they have creating a many problms nd all so plz u will replace my handset ... My name is divyanshu dhall.. . Nd my no is [protected].. I m from uttar pradesh moradabad
      I am not getting calls while data is on..it shows that number is not reachable. But when I put data is off then I get calls on both numbers.

        Sir,
        I purchased one gionee- S6 from, Sarala Electronic, on 20/09/2016. and on 18/10/16 one green spot seen over the touch screen of lower portion of phone, and on 20/10/2016 I connected the phone for charge and the green spot turn to big size, then and there I inform the mater to shopkeeper and service station at Joynagar, they are asked me that the screen of mobile phone is broken, but there is not a single spot over phone and not even fallen down from my hand.
        Being a reputed company this kind of behavior, we can't accepted.
        So, kindly request you do the needful and thus oblige.

          I have S80 mobile handset which was not working in keypad and I have reported the customer care Silchar (Assam) on 05.09.2016 Job no 9031but due to their negligence I have facing many difficulties. Today i.e 18.10.2016 I have collected the mobile phone after 43 days but service was very poor. If Such type of service provided by them serious problem arises in future in the market. Today I m very upset to know that I have never purchase gionee mobile in future. Sir pls disciplinary against them.

            I purchased l700 black imei no. [protected] on 01/05/16. after 21/07/16 a complaint logged to s care at mecheda (job no. - gc[protected]) for left menu key, * & # button not work, key no function. after 7- 9 days i received my mobile. after 3-4 days again i complained for camera not working but job sheet not prepare. but now my mobile is suddenly off three or four times per day after battery full or half charge and tower problem is very very bad for few days. enclosed my invoice and said job sheet.

            So, please do something for this above mentioned product or replace it immediately otherwise i think its negative sense.

              Sir i am saket kumarfeom ranchi. My issues are below and problem in delaying
              R i am saket kumar from ranchi mob no [protected]. My gionee marathon m4 warranty upto 28 aug 16. I have got these issues:

              1. Screen damages automatically on 26 may 16 and repaired on 15 june 16 and paid rs 3600 which is very costly in dibrugarh ser center

              2. Speaker got faulty after 1 day and again repaired on 17 june 16.

              3. Charging point unserviceable on 20 aug and taken to ranchi ser center on 26 aug 16 job no gc [protected].

              4. Call receved from service center ranchi on 29 aug 16 that your mobile charging socket is repaired and also mother board and lcd both are faulty.

              5. So there are tolal 5 to 6 faults on my handset for 5 other faults as this handset may be faulty.

              . I am very harassed for visiting service center day by day..
              Ihave contacted ser center ranchi on mob no [protected] and their boss mob no [protected] continuouslu but got negative reply... I am very frustrated without my mobile. Kindly sort out my problem asap...

                Respected sir, i have searched your website and try to order gionee s6s. But order not completed due to following reasons.

                1. Card expiry date not showing in order.
                2. Transaction failed after fill up all coloum.

                  I recently got my back cover replaced at rajajinagar service center . I use a Gionee s5.5 and he has done a horrible job the back cover keeps coming out! I ve visited the service center twice coz this and he uses fevibond to stick the back cover and also fails to do a good job! Keeps asking me to visit the service center again and again honestly I don't ve that kind of time! Please help I did not expect this kind of poor quality of work who uses fevibond to fix the phone!

                  It's been forever(around Two Months) I gave my phone nobody is bothered to revert back and now they are asking me to pay for the back cover which I already paid for!! And now they saying my battery is gone. asking me to change my case which was perfectly fine. i am sure your technician s and the ustomer service team in blore needs some serious training.

                  I had purchased my gione f103 in nov 2015, but suddenly it has stopped charging and it is in the warranty period also, pls take an action to it
                  It has been observed that GIONEE M5 LITE has been made of non-standardised products especially Motherboard etc.
                  The phone stops working even before completion of 2 months within purchase time.
                  The service centres in and around hyderabad behave irresponsible failing to deliver the product within the guided timelines.

                    Hi,
                    I had purchased Marathon M5. I had issue of vibration since last few weeks. I had gave my phone to Gionee authorized service center (Anand, Gujarat).

                    I had gave my phone on 23/Sep and today is 3/Oct. Today is its 10th day and there is no resolution from their side. The service center always said me that "we are waiting for parts". The parts(vibration motor) is in transit since last 5 days, (i got a message that your phone require a part which is in shipment on 29/sep early morning at 6:43 AM). So, the part is still in transit. Within this time transport provider can sent any courier two times or if i gave my phone to for other store rather than gionee service center to repair my phone then he can solve it within few hours. (They just simply call nearest part provider, bring the parts and solder/desolder(replace) vibration motor within 2-3 hours).

                    And as vibration is already been dead then what were the service persons doing between 23 to 29th?

                    They simply use my phone for their purpose.

                    Today i called [protected] (Gionee official service number) for this query. The person had talk with me for approx 10 min. Then he had note my complaint. I ask him for complaint number and he refuse to give me that. I ask for reference number for what he has forwarded my query. He said" I will get complaint number automatically once i will disconnect the call". This was another fraud as its already been 1 hour and 44 minutes but i did not received any message.

                    This is the level of service gionee is providing. I am fed up to take follow up every morning to Gionee service center. They have always same answer.

                    And also i have seen that many customers are complaining that once their phone comes from service center the phone is getting another issue with most common issue of poor battery.

                    So, i am requesting to consumer complaint authority to provide this detail to Gionee Service department as much higher level as possible.

                      I biought gionee s plus in nov 2016 for rws 17500. From nov 2016 it did not work properly. Two times it got out of oder. And i gave it for repair. From 5 sept i gave it to the gionee care centre hamirpur from that date i did not got back it. So very bad exerprience with it and company.                         The handset was purchased on 27.06.2016 but after purchasing the same the phone statrted to become faulty after 20 days of purchase. Service center has taken 1 month time to repair the same, but after that the problem wad not solved properly but new problem started hapening with the hand set. When I again complained the same to the Gionee service center they again took my phone for another 1 month. I dont want to use the faulty phone again. I want either a full replacement or money back. The phone was costs Rs. 26402.00 and the money is really hard earned.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I had purchased Gionee Marathon Plus M5 phone on 24th Sep.2016 at Lotus Mobile Begur road, Bommnahalli.

                          From the day I had taken the phone the battery promised 5200 MAH not even working for 3 hours. I went and complianed to the Lotus mobile, the asked me to go to the service center in Bommnhalli. They did something and said now this is fixed on 26th again 27th same problem happened and a new phone purchased having this problem was not professionally accepted. This is disappointing and I am regular user of Ginonee phone my M2 marathon I am using past 2 years without any issue. Kindly provide a solution

                          Very bade service . i dont suggesed to buy a gionee phone.boz by provide bad service center service .they taken money but they dont do the phone update .so no one can take a gionee phone ...its ...bad phone ...to bad service by udaipur service center.

                            My self Nitesh Grover from Sri ganganagar.I have submitted my gionee p5l phone on my nearest service centre brsales.My jobsheet no. Is GC[protected]. I regularly call to gionee co. They always gave me new dates just making me foolish.when I call on 23 they told you will get it on 26 September then I will call on 26 they told you will get on 30 September and tanImthen I will call on 28 September they told you will get on 4 october.I have also mail them several times but not reply from them.I got mentally disturbed and think to make a strict complaint.This made a huge loss to me.Please suggest me what I will do.

                                The gionee model no. F103 of mine was automatically stopped working and was not switching on. I put it on the charger but was not working. Shown it to the service center here in allahabad as it was in warranty. They submitted it and had given the feedback that it is repaired on 13th but then it kept on delaying. They are telling me that there are some technical problem but still havent given any specific detail. Now it has been more than 10 days, but the set has not been repaired.

                                  I have gionee marathon m3 black model. i am suffering from poor quality of product. it has ringer voice cracking and many more problems in my device... it is very disgusting that even in short time of period i am not able to use my mobile properly due to your very poor quality of your product... its not finished yet..
                                  I have giveny mobile for same problems to your authorised service centre vision care-ahmedabad... at bapunagar, ahmedabad... it has tin no - [protected] and pan no - ckkpk9099r...
                                  They committed me to give my mobile back after fix the problem in maximum 7 days... but it is already 13 days.. still there is no response from your service station.. nobody answered me properly that wat is status of my phone and how much time they needed for repair my mobile... it is very disgusting and i am very disappointed by perchase of gionee.. worst brand ever... i think i made mistake by chossing gionee.. i ll never suggest anybody to go with gionee...

                                    I ve redmi note 3 from Amazon with advance booking. After receiving I found there is some problem in on and off button. So I visited MI service centre Bhubaneswar. after waiting several time in a queue the service engg open my phone apply sharp Blade on power circuit and damage the same in front of me .Then that guy inform me its physically damage out of warranty. After that my phone is not opening at all. Need your help in this regards...

                                        What is the process to get a new touchscreen
                                        I complaining about the service given by service center in bikaner I give my handset at 5 september and still the can't send me a estimate date I so much trusted from dis all first the tell me about the doa and the I deposit the payment the they say that the phone will out of warranty so plz help me out provide my phone worst service.
