I bought gionee mobile (model - f103) in the month of february 2016. my product is having warranty of 1 year, i. e. till jan 2017. my mobile is having charging problem and signal problem. i went to the service centre in jhansi named archana enterprises owned by mr. vibhu maheshwari (contact no [protected]) located at 372/a, janki complex basement, near babulal karkhana, civil lines, jhansi. but to my surprise he used abusive language, and misguided me to buy a new gionee charger. the exact problem with my mobile is still not known because the new service centre (gx_mg enterprises, owned by nitin kumar, located at shop no 25, kissan bazaar, mandi road, jhansi) told me that a spare part is to be replaced concerned with charging and signal strength and no need of new charger.
Old service centre was closed without any notice to the customers and my previous complaint was automatically closed (my old complaint no was gc [protected]). my new complaint no is gc 16a00051240 which was to be cleared till 23/10/2016, but again being misguided by the new service centre people. i was not allowed to meet the engineer and owner of gx_mg enterprises and a person named neeraj khushwah (contact no-[protected]) misguided me again and again that the spare part is still not delivered till 24/10/2016. dont know what to do with these people who are causing physical and mental torture.
