I have purchased a chimney GL-6062-TS model that was published in newspaper with a discounted price 12998. I have contacted to the distributor details provided in the ad i.e.(Glen Gallery, Outside Surajpole Near Rajasthan Bakery, Udaipur Rajasthan).

Iam living in trivandrum and i contacted glen customer service centre here in trivandrum. I have raised a complaint on friday. The complaint number is 23886. The lady who attended the call told me that the executive will come either on monday or tuesday but till today no one came for servicing and even no one informed to me if there is some delay..

Is this the way the customers are handled?. Iam facing the same issue each and...

1. Sir, i purchase glen mixi 4022 on 21 july 2016. Till 2 nd jun 17, it is not working..
2. Despite several calls to faridabad office, they did not give any response. Which is very bad.

I used glen chimney one and half years. It be worked at two hours at period. More than fifteen times we complained to the madurai service center but service man came only two time. On the first time they told that the problem is in chimney board on seven month before or maybe eight month. After they said that we complained to sev & sons madurai. We are not satisfied with his service....

Got my Glen 3701 induction cooker today through Amazon along with alda Stainless steel pans.

Tried to heat some water in the new pan to test.

Within 3 seconds it started to sizzle and I tried taking off the pan and burnt my hand!!!

The Stainless steel pan got burnt it was so hot in ten seconds!!!

Such a dangerous experience and I will claim damages!!!...

I had recently bought my gas stove of glen but when the stove is on/off it give sound like gas flows towards the cylinder through pipe and while the stove is on with lighter its flame is not proper.That is very risky. Attend this drawback of glen stove immediately so that no any type of mishaps creats from the glen stove. this is also not good for surroundings....

The executives that visited my place to replace a faulty motor installed at my place literally tried to harass me by trying to make me pa RS 3000/- for the motor which was in LIFETIME WARRANTY period.
I had the bill and the guarantee card for it but they said they I will have to pay for it cause I haven't registered my product online which cannot be done now cause there is a 90 limit time limit which has been crossed.

I would like to suggest that never ever purchase any product from Glen . There product are fake and faulty like their service. I purchased glass cooktop in Jaipur and after few months it was not working. We called up service center and they sent one guy who did something and go away. After few month gas was leaking from burner and we called up service center again after few months for this. Now they are charging for the service and faulty...

Hi Sir, I had raised a complain for my Glen Chimney service because it got burnt on Monday as a emergency for which they promised me to look after it on Tuesday but no one came till 5 PM even after calling many times .Wednesday technician came and took the filter for cleaning and till today i.e. Saturday no one came to fix the issue after calling several times....

25 days later gas stove blast and due to there poor quality of service i have to get new one and after 6 month chimeny start giving problem no one shows up at my door step and finally i went to dealer at surajpole he is fraud
rater complaining about other brands he didn't look after it own and told...

On 8th jan almost 1 week back we have been installed a glen combo chimney & hob worth 29000/- (Inclusive of installation)

On very 2nd day of its installation chimney not working.
Hob burners are not starts ignited easily
No one came from glen to check the installed apparatus.
Installer men was forced us to give 200 extra as an installation charge.

I had purchased chimney from Glenn after confirming with the dealer that he will replace the same with another model in case the purchased model does not fit in to the existing modular kitchen. But since last 1.5 months i have been struggling to get in touch with the customer care. The engineers simply disconnect the call. The dealer turns deaf ear to my repeated calls and visits.
Unable to connect to Glenn directly....

The worst comapny to work with worst after sales support.
Megha appliances indrapuram/ vaishali ghaziabad are the worst... sales people called to know if we can change the chimney but informed them its nt working fine .. she said i will get this rectified and took contact details for the same... 1 week after sales person called and whn i asked what happed to complain.. said no complain is registerd... called megha appliances service...
