I would like to suggest that never ever purchase any product from Glen . There product are fake and faulty like their service. I purchased glass cooktop in Jaipur and after few months it was not working. We called up service center and they sent one guy who did something and go away. After few month gas was leaking from burner and we called up service center again after few months for this. Now they are charging for the service and faulty part. It was totally the service man mistake who did wrong to part and didnt change. Now it's been 1 year and now they are charging. This shows how greedy they are about fetching money from customer in every way. Be cautious while buying anything from Glen. there products are not good.There managment is very poor. Arun malhotra (GM) is of no help and take side of their service center whether they say truth or not.

Hi Arun,

Whatever was repaired that was only from Glen service center. Its not from outsider. Earlier Deepak from glen sent the service man to repair it. I guess it is replaced by him only. The guy who came today said that nozzle is duplicate that means earlier guy is totally provided the duplicate parts. I want you to take a look at this matter who was that guy.

Hi,

I have purchased the Glen 3 burer glass cooktop. I want to let you know that your service is very poor. Its not even 1 year of purchase.

Issue: Flame was very short on big burner so we called the guy. He changed the nozzle so flame was coming big but after that there is a small leakage problem started happening. We called the service center of Jaipur but they said that we would charge an amount of rs 200 for it. I want to ask for what you will charge it.
It was totally a Glen customer care guy mistake for what he has changed the nozzle and due to that leakage started happening. Glen should take the responsibility of rectify the problem without any charge. I would request the higher authority to take the action on it.

    Hi Sir, I had raised a complain for my Glen Chimney service because it got burnt on Monday as a emergency for which they promised me to look after it on Tuesday but no one came till 5 PM even after calling many times .Wednesday technician came and took the filter for cleaning and till today i.e. Saturday no one came to fix the issue after calling several times.

      Hello sir
      i purchased chimney and hob from udaipur dealer and i got it installed it was pain to get it done after that
      25 days later gas stove blast and due to there poor quality of service i have to get new one and after 6 month chimeny start giving problem no one shows up at my door step and finally i went to dealer at surajpole he is fraud
      rater complaining about other brands he didn't look after it own and told that it was not thr responsibility whether it work or not and told us to not to come again he is fraud
      please don't go to them
      The gas burner needs cleaning. low flame in all the four burners
      The chimney motor was burnt
      ..Your technician came and changed it and took 3000 rs and now the suction is nt proper oi.keeps dripping out.Motor fitted s wrong and.does not work with this nodel

        My Glen cooktop GL-1043 GT, bought on 4th April, 2015 from Electronic Hub, H-15, vikas marg, Invoice no. 1259, blast while cooking, spilling all glasses from edges of glass top on me and food nearby, was lucky to save my eyes, its so shocking that such reputed company product met with such an end, called up customer care the same day all they say that i have to get new one installed myself, why should i pay for the danger we face, what is the guarantee. They pay no heed to the grievance the customer face, this is so sad.

          On 8th jan almost 1 week back we have been installed a glen combo chimney & hob worth 29000/- (Inclusive of installation)

          On very 2nd day of its installation chimney not working.
          Hob burners are not starts ignited easily
          No one came from glen to check the installed apparatus.
          Installer men was forced us to give 200 extra as an installation charge.

          Product is not good as compare to my last one of faber product.

            I had purchased chimney from Glenn after confirming with the dealer that he will replace the same with another model in case the purchased model does not fit in to the existing modular kitchen. But since last 1.5 months i have been struggling to get in touch with the customer care. The engineers simply disconnect the call. The dealer turns deaf ear to my repeated calls and visits.
            Unable to connect to Glenn directly.

              The worst comapny to work with worst after sales support.
              Megha appliances indrapuram/ vaishali ghaziabad are the worst... sales people called to know if we can change the chimney but informed them its nt working fine .. she said i will get this rectified and took contact details for the same... 1 week after sales person called and whn i asked what happed to complain.. said no complain is registerd... called megha appliances service center.. they put me on hold for 2 min and asked we dont have the complaint... pathetic and they only care to sell the product... this is with an AMC customer..
              Never ever going to recommend this glen appliance company products to anyone.

                We bought a four burner gas stove from glen company. But two of its burner are not working properly when we on or off the gas. Please fix it as soon as possible.when we off one of the burner then it makes a very weird noise. And it is some time risky also.                   We had purchased a gas stove glass top 6months back and 2 days ago it caught fire. I am surprised that a company like Glen can offer such malfunctioned product. The fire was caught in burner and pipe and could be really dangerous if left in noticed . I am very disappointed by the product and would strongly urge to replace my product with a new one and detail clarification on the issue.

                    I have brought a cooktop on 16/08/2016 from Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) & started using it from 01/09/2016. In just 15 days, the black toughened glass of the cooking gas slowly and gradually started falling down in pieces day by day!
                    I have no idea what the hell has happened to the glass? I mean I have used 1-2 cooktop of other brands in last 10 years, but I have never faced such a blunder issue. Now, I went 60 kms to aligarh from my residence to get the issue resolved but didn't get any help or solution from the distributor (Venus Sales, Aligarh)!
                    Now, willing to get a response from your side that can help me out in how to replace (or return) the blunder I just recieved!!

                        Glen 2 burner glass cooktop are the worst cooktops i purchased the cooktop on 10th of april and started using it in may end with 2 months o[censored]sed todayi suddenly heard a blast sound from kitchen and to my surprise the cooktops glass has fragmented in several piece and the whole kitchen is seen around the expelled glass pieces of the cooktop just one burner was in use that too tea was there on the stove what a worst company they fame it to so much hype but worst product glen india please take care into this matter.

                          I had already informed you about this unresolved poor service of glen india by their franchise chakra services in chennai. Repeated emails to their customer service in india sees no response. The boss of their chennai office by email states the flexible duct end cover is interference fit which is incorrect. His team has fitted a rusted mild steel screw instead of the correct non rusted one. The instrument was installed without a light working which is not yet replaced
                          We have purchased the Glen Stove 4 burners in the month of february 2016. burner nobs are coming out from stove giving lot of trouble. Gas leakage is happening from stove is under danger condition.

                            I have a Glen Hob which I had installed January 2015. After installation i am having regular problems with the burners. For last one year the big burner is not running. I had given several complaints but after giving several complaints for consecutive months one service person turned up and took the service charge and could not convey the proper problem so one more service person came after my call and again he couldn't rectify the proper problem so again he went away and after one week again one service person came who destroyed the total system and said it won't work properly anymore but you have to pay as i have changed the valve. When i denied to pay as the burners were still not running properly he opened the valve and destroyed my another burner and went off. Now my two burners are not working at all.
                            After this harassment should I wait for three days for your reply or should I move to the consumer court directly?
                            I need to get my burner running otherwise i will publish this nuisance to public media to aware others.

                            Gas Hob purchased by Mrs. Tithi Bose was out of warranty to make it functional to the satisfaction of her Service technician replaced the Gas valve against payment and closed the complaint on 7th of July 2016.
                            While using it recently the gas smell is coming from it. Need to check and service the appliance accordingly. We had checked the gas cylinder, regulator and connecting tube with the Bharat gas who is providing it. They say that the problem is with the Glen appliance. Please check at the earliest.
                            Horrible glen customer support.

                            I am complaining for the last two months in glen customer care number [protected].
                            But every time they listen to my complain but they are not willing to give me any complain number. So every time my complain is new. Since then they never turned up as repeated complain for my hub burner problem.

                            Last Monday on 12th June 2017 they took my number and address confirming visit on 15th June 2017. Every time i am stating that it will be a paid Service but they seems to look for permanent business so called AMC.

                            But when I gave them a call they denied. I am surprised to see all these complain and still they are running there fake business openly encourage by dealers. They should be penalise for mental harassment.

                              Bought a 3 burner automatic gas stove on 23rd march 2015. The automatic trigger of lighter stopped working in june 2015. When complained was asked to change the battery which was done twice still the system did not work. After repeated follow up sicne no one attended the complaint & was willing to come out of the change battery mode; started using normal lighter.

                              Early june 2016 we started facing problems with the burner & on the complaint the servicing agent came & did some cleaning; took rs 300 & went away. When he checked why the automatic trigger not working the wiring was found to be faulty & the cost of repair was estimated a whopping rs 1000 as the same was out of warranty.

                              Also mysteriously the next day the other burner stopped working properly; for which we are repeatedly calling with no one to come & service the burners yet.

                              It is futile to invest in this brand who have opened high end showrooms but with zero response & service quotient. Its high time glen either becomes responsive or shut shop in india
                              Cooking normally today in the evening, the glass top got broke into pieces suddenly. Can someone please let us know the reasons and services for the same.

                              First of all I would like to convey apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to the breakage of Glass.

                              We are using toughened glass in the cook top but it is not unbreakable, and not covered under warranty, so therefore needs to be handled carefully.

                              It may break because of sudden change in the temperature, due to the impact of some object falling on it instantly, it may break at a later stage because of the impact or because of the stresses in the glass.

                              As the glass is tampered whenever it breaks, cracks will appear or it will shatter into small pieces, and that is why it is called safety glass, and used in all the automobiles and consumer durables. As the glass is not covered under warranty, This may be get replaced on chargeable basis.

                              But being a customer oriented company, may replace it at nominal charges or FOC knowing that how old the purchase is.

                                  I have a glen electric rice cooker 3056. Its not under warranty. On 13.04.2016, i made a complaint to service center of glen that my rice cooker is not stable on cook mode. After every 1 minute of cooking rice, it comes on warm mode and because of that i was not able to cook anything. Mr. Satender (Mob-[protected]) one of service man from glen came to see and detected the problem of thermostat change. He changed the part and took rs.480 (280 for thermostat + 200 for service charge) from me. On the very next day it stopped working, mr satender came again and took the rice cooker with him to the factory. I got a call from ms. Mamta (Mob-[protected]) she said your rice cooker is working fine in our factory. We said to return it to us. He came with the rice cooker again and the problem was the same. Whole body of rice cooker is destroyed by them by pushing it hard. Now they are saying the body, element and cut off needs to be changed worth rs.2000. With the only problem of cutoff, now they have destroyed the whole cooker. They couldnot detect the actual problem themselves, and now saying all tha parts are damaged.
                                  I want my product to be repaired at their cost, or replace it with the new piece.

For installation chakra services chennai representative came and instructed me to get my loft cut by plumber and wall too to be holed. I did that after which same technician came. He used a rusted screw to fix the end cover of chimney flexible duct. kept the gap between wall and flexible duct without filling. Also not fix the fused light. From January even after repeated email complaint to Glenn head office nothing done so far

                                      I have recently purchased chimney of glen touch screen model [ GL 607160, 1250 ts black]
                                      From R R Enterprises c scheme jaipur rajasthan on dated 08/05/2016
                                      and I am facing problem to install at my home no body is giving proper response because after purchasing this chimney company technician came to install but when he checked it to fit in kitchen he said it is defective piece will not working properly when I call to the company Mr ankit was picked up the phone and said will send u the new chimney but still more than 10 days he didn't give any response no one picking my phone too
                                      That is shameful for you because a customer who is using branded company product and didn't get the right service from company side or did not get any satisfied response
                                      now I m feeling that I just wasted my money with this company because company taking money for new brand and giving me defective is seems like a fraud or after that no one listening my complain
                                      I juz request to you please change this defective piece as already get frustrated and facing mentally pressure

                                        Purchased a cooking range from the local Glen dealer in Srinagar. As well as the electric chimney.
                                        The top ring of the 3 in 1 burner is scratched by some hot utensil while cooking as if the ring is made of plastic. This happened in the first week only. No replacement provided. Also the suction of the chimney not good. These days in winter esp condensation
