I have taken bsnl brodband connection trough bsnl franchisee for lanline with number[protected]. I received the refund from bsnl for broadband deposit after disconnecting connection. While the said franchisee still not refunded my security deposit of rs. 2, 295 taken for landline. I paid telephone line rent from sept'15 till feb'16 for the period i was using landline. Called them several times for refund, every time the person rajendra khairnar saying he will settle it within 2 months, but not refunded till now. Need security deposit rs. 2295 plus harassment convince in to addition to this.
