Dear sir/ma'am,
I was traveling from Patna to Goa vide go air PNR KBUKQA on 24 May 21. I've booked the ticket through udchalo. I had got a call from airline on 23 May 21 saying that your flight has been cancelled and full amount of refunded will be processed, but refund has not been processed till date to udchalo.

2. In view of the above it is requested that refund is to be processed to udchalo at the earliest, so that I could get from them

    Am very sorry to say that I made a big mistake in booking a ticket on your airline.
    I booked a ticket on your airline, following are the details, the said flight was cancelled and I did not receive a message from your good office. The cancellation was intimated only on the website and not to me. Am an international passenger don't know what to do. There is no option given on the flight status. Am residing in an island, without proper plan i cannot move from island because of limited local transport to reach airport. More over need a confirmed date to take RTPCR Test. Expecting your earlier reply .

      My flight got cancelled by agent which was from Hyderabad to Delhi on 7th June. Because of that I missed my next flight from Delhi to Bhutan which is really disappointed and very bad experience I ever face due to this GoAir .
      So I already put for refund of my full amount but it showing I will get by next July 2-7 which is very late as ticket was not cancelled my me .
      Therefore please do my refund as soon as possible within this week.

        Did my booking on 31/5/2021, for a return ticket from ixc to bom neither for 5 pm flight, they reschedule the flight to same date but at 11.30am without any intimation further they postponed to 9 june and further to 10 th june.

          Flights canceled by airlines but didnt inform the passengers. Pnr Q63Z9C and U9TW8G . Booked through easemy trip they also did not inform . Came to know about cancellation at the time of webcheckin. Now they are telling that refund will be given in30 days . Whats my fault regarding cancellation. I need immediate refund . Please help

            I have booked a flight on 3rd of June 2021 for 7th of June with Go Air from Jammu to Bengaluru with PNR no. UY98WW on a third party portal named IXIGO. The airline cancelled the flight and I asked them to reschedule it to 8th of June 2021. Today again I got a mail and call from GO Air mentioning that the flight on 8th of June 2021 is cancelled due to operational issues. I had to travel to Bengaluru on urgent basis and airline cancelled my ticket twice and upon asking for refund they mentioned they will initiate it but it will take good 30 Days for me to get my refund in my account. This is sheer harassment on customer as first they cancelled it and then they are making a customer wait for 30 days for refund. I had to travel on urgent basis and cannot travel now as my refund is stuck with them. Request you to kindly take strict action on Airline company.

              I Bhaskar Manohar Rao with a E-Ticket No. T26SGB am booked to travel in your flight No. G8-119 that was scheduled to depart Delhi at 20:00hrs on June 07, 2021 to reach Bangalore at 22:35hrs on June 07, 2021.

              The booking ID on the ticket is NF[protected]

              Much to my surprise I received a message informing me that my "PNR T26SGB on G8 717/804 on 07June'21 from DEL to BLR is schedule to depart DEL at 16:45 and arrive BLR at 21:55"

              Kindly note I have planned all my activities in accordance with the earlier schedule of my DEL-BLR flight G8-119 that is supposed to depart at 20:00hrs. Also, I am flying from Dehradun by 6E-2726 that will arrive in Delhi only at 16:35hrs on June 07, 2021.

              Kindly be informed that your unilateral decision to reschedule my flight timing is unacceptable as I cannot board the flight #G8 717/804 on 07June'21 due to constraints explained above.

              I seek an immediate resolution to the above problem.

                Kindly STOP canceling the flight at last minute without notifying customers.
                Why you customer care contact numbers provided on the website and Ticket stand invalid.

                Customer's time is valuable rescheduling and canceling then providing incorrect customer care contacts will not gain you customers and Profit.

                Kindly reach ASAP to details provided in PNR S5PWMF and share the status for the same
                Customer care contact numbers are not reachable and stand invalid now

                  I booked two flights with GoAir from Ahmedabad to Jaipur on[protected] and[protected]. These flights were cancelled by the airlines due to some reason. I haven't received the refund as of yet and its been more than 10 days.

                    I booked flight from Jaipur to kochi via mumbai for travel on 02.06.2021, my booking FF[protected], flight time 08:10 Am. This flight was canceled and informed me night 11.00 pm over phone and no mail and massage has been given to me. This is very bad . Please give my refund as well as loss.

                      I had booked a direct GoAir flight from Patna to Bangalore for 14-May, but
                      GOAIR has changed direct flight to connecting flight. They gave the option to cancel the flight with full refund if we don't want to board. So, I cancelled the flight.

                      Flight PNR is TB8I3Q.

                      I have raised the complain number G[protected] with GoAir but haven't received any response even after multiple follow up.

                        I am writing in regards to cancellation of flight G8-718 on 25th May, 2021 by GoAir without any intimation.

                        We found ourselves stranded at the airport with our 3 year old daughter when we were told the flight is cancelled so we walked to the GoAir representative for help but he refused to provide any solid information on why the flight was cancelled and no intimation was sent to us.

                        Also, the airlines refused full amount refund, let alone the inconvenience compensation and parking cost at the airport.

                        This is absolutely irresponsible, unacceptable and shameful on GoAir airline's part.

                        Attached is an evidence that we received a text message to web check-in the same day of departure at 9AM but not the intimation for cancellation.

                          Sirs,
                          I had on 22nd January 2020 booked tickets online for myself and my souse for traveling from Mumbai to Chandigarh on 25th March 2020 by Flight G8 381 departure at 08:35 hours.
                          The PNR number is GY2TGD.
                          In view of the Coronus Virus epidemic, and the travel restraint imposed by the Government, however, the said flight/ ticket was canceled.
                          In keeping with the Judgement & Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Go Air you was obliged and bound to refund the airfare paid by me together with interest thereon as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court if the Credit Note/ Tickets were not utilised by me by 31st March, 2021.
                          Go Ar has however not yet obeyed/ complied with the said Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. I have yet to receive the refund of the airfare paid by me to you together with interest thereon though nearly two months have elapsed. I have to request you to pay the amount due to me immediately and oblige.

                            When I booked a ticket nowhere it was mentioned it that web check-in is chargeable now they are not allowing to select free seats. Its force fully asking me to pay 300 extra. Why they are not providing these information at the time of booking.

                                I had booked three tickets with GoAir for 10th July 2020. The flight got cancelled just after completing the virtual check-in with no reason & just a mail the PNR can be re-used within one year. Now that corvid has hit so bad I am not travelling I want my money back. I had also posted a complaint on twitter & they said they would process a refund but nothing happened. Please refund the money back its our hard earned money. Please help

                                  Dear Team,
                                  I had (10thApr BOM-IXC-BOM 14th Aprl) flights along with my wife (PNR no. W5NTSV, B2FKHL & FQU8B, ZY3ZUJ)
                                  I regret to inform you that this was horrible experience flying GoAir so would like to claim for full fare refund.

                                  I chosen this flight by your advertising saying “Fly fearless”
                                  But I was really scared today(14thAprl) on G8 382 as there was some issues with seat selection so finally I had to chose automatically allotted seats 20B & 21B,
                                  Both seats was middle seat still we were not given PPE kit other than Mask, sanitizer & Face-shield. I asked ground person about PPE kit if it’s chargeble but he said it’s not there.
                                  WE ARE IN THE HIGHEST COVID POSITIVE WEEK but both o[censored]s were sitted in between two people where nobody told them to wear Shield as it was just handed over and lying in seat pockets of most of passengers.
                                  So there was nothing like CONTACTLESS TRAVEL. On top of that flight staff serving food n beverage without gloves & garbage collection also done barehanded.
                                  I feel this is safety hazard specially in this pandemic COVID-19 situation and should report to flight safety and DGCA.
                                  I was really feeling unsafe and scared, thogh I was already upset of getting booked flight (G8 2507) cancelled due to your operational reason on then provided flight was scheduled 8:30hours early than my booked departure time, Because of this my schedule was disturbed, had restlessness night and wasted money on prebooked hotel.

                                  I have attached Photographs of flight where you can see none of them given PPE and hardly anyone wearing faceshield, contactless travel and your advertisement.

                                  Hope you understand the situation I faced and revert positively for Fullfare refund.

                                      I booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi (PNR WY7GVW) for 20th May 2020 with Go air which got cancelled due to COVID outbreak. On 23rd March Go air refund team has sent a mail stating

                                      Dear Smart Flyer,

                                      This is with regards to your reservation with GoAir of PNR WY7GVW. The applicable refund of INR 3342 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:

                                      If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
                                      If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
                                      If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
                                      In case of cash transactions, kindly send your NEFT details to [protected]@goair.in

                                      Now, it has been almost 2 months since the refund mail but there has not been any refund made to me. Request to make the refund as soon as possible.

                                        Based on my email request, GoAir Cancelled my Booking with PNR A6PHQM on 1st April 2021, Till now they didn't processed my refund, They were keep asking me to wait 10-12 days for my multiple follow-ups, Lastly yesterday also they said 10-12 Days again.
