GoAir has surpassed all limits o[censored]nprofessional and unethical behavior.
I booked a flight on Goair (PNR–AYBQGQ) through EaseMyTrip from Hyderabad to Delhi.
The travel date is 5/12/2020. Initially, the flight number was G8 421 (attached), which got canceled by the airline on Dec 2. I received a call from the airlines and they accommodated me on a different flight–Flight No. G8 424 on Dec 5 (attached). Last night at 11:10 PM, I received another text message from Goair, canceling the second flight (text message attached) as well. They were unavailable for any form of communication on email or phone call.
Due to the urgent need for my travel schedule, I rebooked myself on a different flight. After intimation of cancellation on both my flights, GoAir then sent a status message saying that the second flight is operational. It was too late on their part to confirm this.
At this point, per the policy stated on your website, I want a full refund of Rs 4006 for my booking, since I have the cancellation messages for both their flights. As the airlines themselves canceled the flight TWICE, I want a full refund as mentioned in their policy.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
