DATE OF JOURNEY 30/03/2020

I have requested for refund of my ticket which was booked last year during covid and as said by GoAir that they will provide refund for my ticket so I requested them for refund.

Customer care representative informed me that refund has been initiated and I will get refund in 7-10 working days but on April 4 when I asked for refund, they informed me that "Your refund has been declined by bank so we request you to share bank account for refund" And I have shares my Bank account details for refund over call on April 4 and after 13 days they are saying they will process the refund and it will take more 7-10 working days. now my question is what they were doing from April 4 to April 17, 13 days for refund processing and still no results

I have all the recording between customer care and me.

i want full refund for mt ticket now.

it's two months and refund was provided

I have already number of times for the same but they are just ignoring every mail's

    I have book two flight ticket one in lockdown-1, and flight has been cancelled by airlines and he has refound money to Goibibo teams but Goibibo teams is not refound my money .

      I Gourav Kumar, goair passenger having PNR XYGK8T traveling from Leh to Jammu on 27/4/2021.
      Firstly the airlines cancelled flight no G8357 and G8125. After that reschedule my booking on another flight i.e. G8204 and G8697 on 27/4/2021, but the airlines again cancelled both the flight and reschedule my booking on next day on 28/04/2021 in flight no G8204 and G8697.
      Lastly airlines cancelled both the flight on 28/04/2021.
      Airlines asking me to cancel or reschedule the booking for another day, but this time airlines asked me to pay the extra charges for reschedule and in case of cancellation cancellation charges are deducted from refund amount.
      As the flight is cancelled by airline itself how they can charge such extra charges.
      I already lost my two days and due to flight cancellation the important work which I have in Jammu is already delayed.

        I had booked a flight G8-327 for Mumbai to Delhi on 28th April 2021, however the flight was cancelled by Go Air due to its technical issues. We have not received any communication on refund, sent email, however no revert yet. Will never fly Go air, as it always gets cancelled for some reason or the other.

            I have cancelled my reservations made with Go Air PNR#ZYQW2D on 26-Feb-2021. They informed that refund will be transferred to same mode of payment and that it will be done in 7to10 days. After this period when i contacted Go Air they informed that payment mode was declined and they asked me to provide my account number to perform NEFT transaction. In my next follow up after 7to10 days Go Air informed that refund amount was send to my account on[protected]. Till date I haven't received this refund amount to my account and when asked for clarification they simply mentioned we will check with concerned and get back.

                  The issue that I have experienced was: My wife and son was suppose to travel from Delhi to pune from go air flight on 1st april. But due to covid positive result she is not able to travel.

                  PNR - L63FYS

                  I have discuss in customer care and they cancelled the ticket and insure tha after sending mail they will refund the cancellation fee. After multiple follow up also they have not refund nor replying on my mail.

                  It occurred on: 31/03/2021

                  They should refund the full amount and apologize for not replying. Please help me to refund the amount

                    I am a regular traveller of your airline for years now.

                    I travelled on 30th Jan 2021 from Srinagar to Mumbai along with my wife Zarnaaz Shaikh and when I arrived in Mumbai I realised my hard case bag which was in absolutely good / new condition was completely damaged and cracked open making it not usable ever.

                    I immediately informed the Go air customer service representative Mr Pranav who helped me and filled up a Damaged Baggage Report (attached) and informed me that someone from the Go air team would get in touch with me within 2-3 days but until now which is 2.5 months no one has called me or written to me.

                    I tried calling the customer service about 1.5 months back days back (1st March) and after hearing my issue, the customer service representative said I would get a call and resolution to my matter in 2 days but there has been no call until now.

                    I once again called the customer service number (15 days back) and after talking to Zeba - Customer Service representative this time she informed me that she cant help me on this matter and I need to write a mail or visit the airport for help.

                    Ive already sent 2 mails which have been ignored.

                    I am now being troubled so i could forget about this matter?
                    This is extremely unprofessional from your side.

                        I am in the united states and am unable to contact Goair. There are no email replies to my messages for the refund. I have a huge amount in the Goair credits. Due to covid, I have credits from multiple airlines thus I am requesting the credits to go in the original form of payment. I cannot travel due to visa issues so kindly understand my concern and help me get a full refund.

                        The customer support never reached out to me it's been a year now. All I get is the service number from them and there is no further email conversation. When I try calling they arent reachable. Kindly understand my situation and help me with a refund.

                        I am attaching the screenshot of the automatic reply mails and it said they will contact me but trust me I was never contacted.

                          On receipt of baggage at Pune airport, I have found my baggage to be
                          damaged. I have submitted an official complaint through your customer
                          service representative present in Pune airport. A "Damaged baggage report"
                          has been filed by me and the damage has been witnessed by your CSR.

                          I am attaching a snapshot of the Damaged baggage report and pictures of the
                          damaged luggage. The luggage is not in the state of future use.

                          I have been offered a compensation of 1500 INR by GoAir which does not cover the expense of this bag

                            I had booked on 28.01.2021 a GoAir flight from Delhi to Cochin scheduled to depart on 01.04.2021 and arrive on the same day with a travel time of approximately 3hrs.
                            A few days prior to my planned departure I recieved a call from GoAir informing that the flight has been cancelled and I have an option of rebooking or getting refunded. Since the ticket charges were now almost double of what I had paid, I opted for a rebooking and was rebooked on a connecting flight with a layover at Ahmedabad scheduled to depart from Delhi on 02.04.3021 with a travel time of almost 6hrs. Note that not only had my travel time increased but also my leave plans had to be changed on short notice.
                            Then 1 day prior to my new departure date, when I tried to web check in on 01.04.2021 I came to know that the flight I was rebooked on has also been cancelled without any prior notice. On the contrary, I had just recieved a mail 2 days ago on 28.03.2021 reminding of the departure time of the flight. When I called the customer care, I was informed that there flight has been cancelled and the passengers will be getting notified shortly even though the scheduled departure time was not even 24hrs later. I was again given the option of rebooking or getting refunded. But the only option available was a flight with a travel time of 10hrs and so I was forced to get a refund.
                            I had to then book a ticket in a different airline at twice the price.
                            I feel that I was not duly compensated here.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked from Bangalore to Delhi on 31 March, without my confirmation they rescheduled my fight to 1st of April with extra 3044 amount, when I went for web-check in then I got that my flight is rescheduled and I need to pay 3044. once I contacted customer care first she told me that will update you after 24 Hrs. then again I tried to contact customer care this time I got an update that it's not possible to allow you on the actual date of journey(31st match 2021). we can refund you the booking amount 4520 or you have to pay 3000 for 1st of April journey if you want then sudden his call got disconnected, once again I called now I got an update that you have to pay 3000 if you want to travel on 1st of April otherwise you have to wait for 24hrs for further information. now my concern is no clarity on what is a solution for this one guy comes with one, 2nd comes with some other, and so on.

                              All above details are discussed on 24 March 2021, Today I contacted customer care again first person told me your flight is rescheduled for 1st April with no charge will send you rescheduled ticket within 15min, I received mail and i need to pay 3044, now i am not able to understand why extra charge again added if you told me rescheduled is free. Then again i called and get update that you have to wait for 24hrs more.

                              If flight is rescheduled for 1st of April and it will not change then I will not pay any kind of single amount.
                              Please confirm my journey without any chargeable.

                                As I booked 2 air tacketes in go air from Delhi to Srinager my flight time was 8:45 I arrived on airport at 7:55 but they did not allow me to get boarding.As teckets cost 17000 I requested many time to the manager of goair but he did not listen a word form me and get my flight miss ther was enough time to get my birding .now I want to solution of my problem .

                                  I booked a Go air ticket last year dated 24th April'20 during pre covid situation of course. Unfortunately it was cancelled by the airline due to lockdown. However they didn't refund any amount which is 7715/-unlike INDIGO airlines and asked me to arrange for travel later on. The requirement of my travel was on those and not now due to a medical situation. Now the expiry date of those tickets are 03'May'21.
                                  Its very unprofessional and disappointing for the airlines to not refund the amount.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and arrange for a refund as soon as possible.

                                    Had booked two tickets in name of chumki naha and Anita naha on 2nd june'2020 from Bangalore to Ranchi with PNR YF3F8U and fight no was G8-873, go air had cancelled the flight for that date and till date no refund has been given to me.
                                    Had taken several follow-ups since then also wrote several reminder mails to them still no response.
                                    On 9th aug '2020 as per the advise of one of the representative I had also raised a service request no-G[protected]/01268601 and it was said that matter will be resolved within next 5-7 working days.
                                    Now it has been almost 10months I'm writing reminder mails but I'm not receiving any response and my matter is still pending for refund.
                                    Go air is cheating their customers.

                                      Had booked tickets for 2nd June'2020 from Bangalore to Ranchi PNR-YF3F8U and Flight No-G8-873 for two passengers and it got cancelled from GoAir's end and since then have not received my refund.
                                      Had done several follow ups also raised a service request on 9th aug'2020, G[protected]/01268601 as I was advised by one of the representative and I was said that within 5-7 working days matter will be resolved.
                                      It has been almost 10months now but still my refund is pending also I'm not receiving any update neither any response from GoAir's end.

                                        I have booked seats for myself and wife under PNR nos: DCZLRN for Amitava Chakraborti and U75URC for Mrs. Anjana Chakraborty in flight G8-7511 on 14th March 2021 from Mumbai to Kolkata.
                                        I tried to Web check in on 11th night and again 12th morning but find all seats blocked in spite of my ticket being confirmed. I am not able to web check-in and CISF will not allow to enter airport for manual check-in. Please help.
