With reference to the above-mentioned PNR N9Y5UJ my flight was scheduled in the evening on 15th of JULY 201 which was changed to early in the morning without informing me over the call, , , owing to which i missed the flight.

Since the day i booked the ticket, i continuously recieved spam msg of you informing the evening time of my flight then the last msg was about rescheduling of the flight to early morning which i couldn't go through.
Why have I not recieved any proper call from your end?
You are requested to refund full amount of my money within 15days of receiving this email.

    I booked two tickets from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 16th June for 17th June flight No. G8 382 with PNR No. XF749U. The said flight was cancelled. I have not received my refund till date even after writing to them Complaint No. G[protected]

        The issue that I have experienced was: My flight got take off before time, so i missed my flight.
        Boarding time was 1400, I was at the counter at that time& I was already web checked in. I was told
        that flight is already on runway & ready to take off.

          Dear Team

          I Booked flight with GO FIRST AIRLINE On urgent base due to reach my home immediately for journey date[protected] from pune to varanashi via delhi.
          PNR NO. H2TB7Y NO. of passanger are two.

          my timeing was 14:20 P.M From pune to delhi with flight no. G8-174, air line company cancelled that flight and reschedule my flight in diffrent flight with G8- 2541at time 16:45 PM, After some time they again cancelled my flight from delhi to varanashi to flight no. G8-182, And reschedule my flight on next day that is 14th of july, and waste my 1 day of 13th july, now again they cancelled my flight of date 14th of july. due to this my 2 days gone waste, and i felt very harrassment because of them, 26th is my returning date but they waste my day again and again, and i dont have much more money to book flight from other air line, they are not proving my miney immediately so that i can book from other airline,
          he said money will return in 30days, so how i can book other flight, neither changing my departure destination so that i can book flight from mumbai to varanashi.. they gave very harassment to me, ii want to complain on company for my return and also harassment compensation money as well.

            Hi this is Gurdeep kumar. I am traveling in your flight G8-182 from Delhi to patna. As the flight was scheduled and the landing time was 12:30 now the flight is reaching 14:50 at patna. As per my plan I have booked my another flight AI 726 from patna to Kolkata. flight time is 17:40 but I can't take my air india flight due to your late flight. Because I planned a buisness meeting in patna and it will take 2 hours 30 minutes. So due to your rescheduled flight I lost my flight and buisness deal also.

                I had booked a flight long back from Bangalore to Jammu via Delhi with PNR LC13RA scheduled for departure on 30th June 2021and on 29th June 2021 I recieve a mail as my flight has been cancelled... I have used your services so many times in the past and you don't even have the courtesy to call and let me know.. what if I hadn't checked my mail that day? And when I called the customer care, which they picked after keeping me 10 mins on hold, they then inform ( after me asking) that Bangalore to Delhi is running only Delhi to Jammu has been cancelled... What nonsense is this?? They gave me only 2 options, one is either i can cancel the ticket on which I get the full refund or schedule the flight for the next day... Different people will have different problems or urgency, can they change it according to your whims at the last moment? I had my marriage, could I change my marriage date??
                Secondly why only the full refund will be given? When we cancle flight from our side, you deduct everything and give us almost nothing, and when you cancle it from your end only full refund?? I Demand the Airlines also pay penalty or compensation to the customers... And they also say that if I take the flight from Bangalore to Delhi, I will not get the refund for Delhi to Jammu flight.. you people are so shameless.. you have least bit of concern towards your customers let alone other people... I had to pay 7 thousand and get a taxi from Delhi and reach Jammu... Who is going to pay for it??? And these customers care executives and the one on the desk are so inhuman, they only give bookish answers, one line answers which are useless, and she says that her manager will arrive at 6.30.. hello my flight was set to depart at 7.30, do I keep waiting for the manager to come to work after having a nice cozy nap... I had had my parents with me, they had to suffer the tension because of your foolishness...
                If you people are not capable enough to deliver on your promises why run an airline???
                I demand that my Delhi to Jammu's flight ticket price be refunded to me with penalty and an apology in writing.
                I shall take this matter as further as I can and boycot GoAir (GoFirst) in the future.

                      Hi,
                      I want to highlight an issue which I am facing from GoAir airline. The actions are done by airline which is very disappointing and also indicates how much they care to their customers/passengers during this pandemic situation.

                      From MakeMyTrip site, I booked a flight ticket dated 22June'21 with travel date 02July'21 & PNR number "IBGHXQ". As I was travelling with my family along with two small kids and by considering the COVID situation, I opted for a direct flight with the shortest duration (2.20 hr).

                      On dated 28June'21, I received an SMS on my mobile with flight change information. Very surprised to see the updated flight details. As per that msg, my booked direct flight has been changed with connecting flight via Mumbai & with a travel duration 7hrs+. First of I was unable to understand the sense of this mapping. Being traveling with family, booked direct flight how can you offer this connecting flight???
                      Anyway I called to GoAir support team and told me as operational reason of this cancellation & they offered me two option with very clear note " This option can be utilized only one time so make sure very clearly before taking any option"
                      1- Reschedule the ticket for other days (next 4 days I guess)
                      2- Cancel the ticket with a full refund

                      As we have to reach destination "Bangalore" asap due to emergency reason and also to save deduction from MakeMyTrip as the mediator for the booking, I had opted option (1) and rescheduled my trip for next day (3rd July) for the same direct flight which had the same departure and arrival time (travel duration 2.20 hr).

                      But I was very much surprised to see on 2ndJuly morning by seeing SMS on my mobile again. Never thought infact never had such an experience with any airline till now.
                      3July'21 was the travel date and on 2nd July again it got canceled and offered the same flight which they given before, meaning connecting flight via Mumbai which will take 5hr+. A very big question "How can you do this again" ?????
                      I wanted to reach Bangalore asap so I didn't want to take chance for next-day travel with the same airline and requested to cancel my booking with full refund. So that I can book the ticket with another airline on that I trust lot.

                      So I booked the ticket of the same day (3rd July'21) with another airline. As we know flight fares change dynamically especially the next day booking.

                      - So as usual I paid an additional very high amount to book the ticket for 3rd July'21 date.
                      - Although the ticket cancelled from GoAir with a full refund but MakeMyTrip deducted a good amount from this cancelled flight
                      - Wasted my time and disturbed a lot due to this cancellation two times at very short time before travel date.
                      - Taken 2 days Paid off from my employer to plan this trip.
                      - Once flight gets cancel from GoAir, offer to passengers only one time change option what about airline in case flight cancel multiple times ????

                      I need the compensation for all my losses financial & mental side. I disturbed a lot due to this cancellation from GoAir side and then I booked ticket at high cost.

                        Greetings !

                        This email is regarding the ticket 100% refund from Mumbai To Coorg dated 18th July 2021 for 2 passengers in Go Air

                        Due to extension of lockdown we would like to cancel our tickets and would like to get 100% refund on the tickets

                        As we had booked our Onward flight from Indigo and we got 100% refund of our tickets. As the situation is uncertain would request to consider the situation and provide us 100% refund of the tickets

                        Looking forward for a positive response in this pandemic

                          Refund of cancelled ticket (PNR QYCGRG ) still not received. How many days required. As per your customer care executive, refund should be with in 7-10 working days. Flight cancelled on 17/06/2021.

                            My daughter’s flight from Bengaluru to Mumbai (PNR U713MC) scheduled to depart on June 8, 2021 at 16:20 has been cancelled by the airlines.
                            We were waiting for the reschedule details.
                            Since we were unable to reach your customer care despite innumerable calls and a request for call back; we have booked her on another airline because
                            We cannot afford to miss the international flight.
                            I have been trying to call GO Air customer care since June 7th and no response. Go Air has to refund Rs. 8400.

                              GoAir is pathetic company. It reschedules the flight whever they want. GoAir shows flights at peak time, which are usually a bit cheaper than competitors, this way they lure customer in booking the flight and reschedule it later to maximise their profits. This happened to me 3rd time now. My direct flight got rescheduled to a connecting flight, which is taking 3 hrs more than original flight. Due to lockdown restrictions I am facing major problems in reaching on time and I will face problems at destination as well as flight will be reaching late now. My sister is travelling alone in that flight and I am extremely concern about her safety now.

                              Please GOI look into this issue GoAir is scamming consumers. You can see similar feedbacks on their social media pages.

                                I have booked my flight from Chandigarh to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad as your organization dont have direct flights from Chandigarh to Hyderabad.
                                So I booked a Chandigarh to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad as i have an urgent conference meeting at hyderabad. PFB the booked flight details.

                                But unfortunately your Organization has cancelled the G8104 flight on the same day when i was waiting for the boarding .Due to an urgent conference meeting I have to take a flight on urgent basis from INDIGO Airways on higher charges from Chandigarh to Jaipur and Jaipur to Hyderabad (Connective Flight). So i have to cancel the Delhi to Hyderabad flight i.e G8 423, just becoz of your poor service.
                                I have waited for five months but still my refund was not credited in my account.
                                I want my complete refund for my both flights (G8 104 and G8 423).
                                If within the next 7 days my refund would not be credited in my account then I will have no option except to go by legal way.

                                    I have booked the flight from Bangalore to Jaipur dated 1 July 2021 pnr no F8DGKJ of 3 adults which got cancelled so I rescheduled the flight on 2 July 2021 pnr no F8DGKJ which again got cancelled and now I had to schedule my flight on 2 July which is 15hrs journey and I had to go from Bangalore to Mumbai then to Jaipur and I will reach Jaipur on 3 july on 7:30am as it was a emergency situation for me to be in jaipur by 2nd July so if they had to cancel then why will they shedule the flight and cancel it are they playing with customers so who will pay for my loss and if I cancel the flight and book other one they just pay me 9000 which is not even half of the flight charges is this what they do to make money just show flight in schedule and later cancel it.

                                      My PNR no F7RG8J my flight is of today ie 30th June from NGP to Pune, yesterday I was not able to do my web check in so I called up your customer service number it was a surprise to me that one lady executive upfront told me she can’t do the web check in and I should do it by myself, when I asked her to give the phone to a TL she said it’s non of my business and banged the phone, this is something just not acceptable. This incidence is of yesterday evening around 6:45 pm
                                      I again called the same number and the other executive helped me with my web check in.
                                      Why such arrogant and mentally disturbed people are kept by you to handle customer. This does not go well with a service industry.

                                        My flight from Patna to Ahmedabad- Flight # G8 8034 of 5th June 2021 was cancelled by the GoAir. First I received a flight delay message and later, was informed that the flight is cancelled. There is no information from GoAir when will the money be refunded. I have written two reminder emails to their customer care but yet to receive a reply till today (29th June 2021).

                                        How can Aviation Authority of India allow them to keep booking tickets and let them fly inspite of over thousand such complaints! They have to be held accountable for such serious offence.
